> **Pluspunten**: MSP360 RMM is a very simple RMM product offering the essentials: system resource monitoring, patch management, scripting, and remote control. It is not nearly as complex as something like ConnectWise, it's constantly evolving, and has a very attractive price point.

> **Minpunten**: While it is considerably more simple than competing products and they are constantly adding new features I would love to see better reporting in general.

> MSP360 RMM has overall been a good experience. We found ConnectWise too big and needing too much hand holding so we were looking for a simpler solution. Having been a long time MSP360 customer we know that the product is relatively new and will continue to evolve over the years.
