Opmerkingen: Portal helped to improve collection of the data in one place only

Pluspunten:

The easy to use interface. Relatively very logical system structure.

Minpunten:

Lately many filters are making the system extremely slow.

Brining people into one place - all vendors and stake holders.

Minpunten:

Functions are still very clunky - schedule updates, documentation. User interface could use some improvements.

Voyager for Marine operations

Opmerkingen: Still new product, not went to production yet. Big expectations when it comes to capture and use of data.

Pluspunten:

Smart functionalities for processing task's and task's follow up.

Minpunten:

We're developing a new product/platform with Voyager. I think it would benefit from more flexibility when it comes to document handling following through the task & workflows ref. updates & new versions of same document.

Opmerkingen: Without another platform to compare it to, I would say it has been very helpful and definitely a positive experience

Pluspunten:

Being a platform used/viewed by all parties (carriers, charterers, logistics teams, surveyors, etc) together. Great for organization and having multiple voyage-related tasks all on one website.

Minpunten:

RFQ/ITO viewing and search bars can be improved
