My funds were held up without clear explanation, timelines kept changing, and getting accurate information from support was not forthcoming even when they transferred me to a Manager. This created unnecessary stress, especially since money transfers are time sensitive and require trust. While Remitly markets speed and reliability, my experience did not reflect that at all. After 6 days I finally gave up and am now using Wise. Transparency was lacking with Remitly, and the resolution process felt slow and impersonal.
