Wat is Udio?

Udio is ontworpen en ontwikkeld door mensen in de zwemsector en helpt je bij het beheren van de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering van je zwemschool, inclusief boekingen, lesplanning, betalingen en communicatie.

Je klanten kunnen ook profiteren van een upgrade naar de portal, waarmee ze boekingen kunnen maken, wijzigen en annuleren, geautomatiseerde betalingen kunnen instellen en de voortgang van hun kind kunnen volgen.

Best school/institute management system!

Opmerkingen: The parent portal was a big help to us since it solved a lot of difficulties. In addition, the Udio crew is always accessible to address my queries. I've been quite pleased with the software since the beginning.

Pluspunten:

We found Udio to be simple to use and learn; our institute's personnel rapidly learned how to use the program. The email tool is fantastic, allowing you to send all of your clients in a single email.

Minpunten:

We encountered some troubles with the email system, and emails did not always arrive at their intended destination. There is also no SMS capability for fast texting clients. Everything else is flawless and perfect.

Opmerkingen: LOVE IT! We went from having dissatisfied customers and staff with our old system to overnight team members and customers commenting on how user friendly the new system (Udio) was. Changing systems is never without hiccups, but Udio and the team made this transition so easy. Nothing is ever too much for them and they make us feel like VIP's at every interaction.

Pluspunten:

[sensitive content hidden]! The customer service at Udio is amazing, from the onboarding process to the ongoing support. We love her step by step videos and quick response time. The system is easy to use. It makes sense & you can quickly navigate your way around it. The reporting is fabulous and can really quickly identify issues with numbers & figures.

Minpunten:

We can't wait to see the APP for parents An easier way for the team to mark achievements. Schedule View - love easier way to see lane view for an afternoon/weekend shift

Initial review of Undio

Opmerkingen: I love it. It is going to significantly streamline our booking processes and provide a much better user experience. - for customers and staff.

Pluspunten:

It makes a completed process manageable. The onboarding is superb with all the assistance needed to tailor this product to our specific needs.

Minpunten:

Initially it is a challenge working out the most effective ways of using the system because there are multiple options in order to cover multiple scenarios. Undio is, of course, aware and open about this and more than compensate with real in-person support

Works well for us

Opmerkingen: Sue is always available to answer any questions I have she has helped me understand and use all the features available.

Pluspunten:

we find Udio easy to teach our staff, we use the direct debit facility for our customers which is easy. I use the bulk email and the reports are great.

Minpunten:

not much. sometimes our staff enter a new swimmer that is already in the system so maybe it could flag if you start to enter someone already entered?

Opmerkingen: Udio has been so helpful. It has hugely cut down on my admin time and immediately made my business more profitable as bookings are so much easier. It's been a bit of a learning curve but the customer support has been excellent. Every question has an answer. There has obviously been a lot of thought put into every aspect of the software. I'm 5 months in now and loving it. So glad I made the switch.

Pluspunten:

I love the streamlined booking system on my website and the very responsive and knowledgable customer support.

Minpunten:

I do wish I had a more seamless way for customers to join my waiting list when I don't yet have a class for their particular age group. Honestly though, with how good the customer support is and how intuitive the software is, there probably is a solution and I just haven't realised it yet!
