While I needed some help with the initial tech set up, once it's up and running it is easy to use, and if I have a question then the US based OR team is quick to help. Access to property damage protection \& travel insurance policies is a key feature, as well as authorization to collect contracts and deposits from Airbnb guests, and access to the most strict cancellation policies on Airbnb. OwnerRez has a great team of dedicated folks ready to help, whether you have one rental, or dozens.
