> **Pluspunten**: It is very easy to use and run.  It provides a lot of information that can stop issues in real-time.  The support is very good.
> 
> **Minpunten**: The support is only via email, which can cause some response delays.  We still see a lot of false positives, but the system does have ways to reduce them by creating an exception list.
> 
> The overall experience is that the product is one more tool for finding issues in real-time.  With bad actors taking longer in networks before exposing themselves, this type of tool with real-time analysis is very helpful in stopping issues before an issue occurs.
