The company has been very responsive to problems and continual updates have been great.
Making changes in the system is very difficult.

Overall Really Great!
Opmerkingen: Envision has been excellent to work with and the customer service is superb. As a start-up company it was pretty simple to get everything set up and going.
Pluspunten:
It has bundled most everything needed into one package and is pretty user-friendly.
Minpunten:
The charting aspect still isn't perfect but much better. Also the client images would be nice if you could take the picture in the software that had a grid to help keep pictures consistent.
Challenging at first but worth it in the end

Lots of documents and reports to pull up.

It is challenging to use at first with many features to get use to.

Choose ZENOTI, rather than PatientNow
Opmerkingen: If you would like a service-based system, then don't use this one. ZENOTI is miles ahead with service and with reporting!
Pluspunten:
Reporting is alright, but the system ZENOTI is far superior!
Minpunten:
Service is inadequate and insufficient, associates have different answers...truly, not helpful at all.

That it logs you out after like 10 minutes of use. It would be better if it’s longer. Sometimes I have gloves with colour on them while a client is waiting and I don’t really have time to re log in all over again. It would be nice if we stayed logged in longer

The schedule syncing to my Google calendar however I do feel it has to be a HIPAA violation in some way
Minpunten:
Expensive for what you get. RxPhoto should be built into the system. It’s an aesthetic EMR. That should be basic. The onboarding process was worthless. The support staff are not very responsive. Poor integrations. Our rep was terrible

Opmerkingen: horrible, would not recommend them to anyone, the customer support is awful, and they do not care that you are trying to run a business and need the funds from the services you have provided to function and run

everything, their support is awful. I switched my bank accounts to which my transactions would be deposited into on July 1, 2024. I received my deposits into the new account with no issues until July 16th, when they put my account on "hold" to "further verify the account". I sent in an entire months' worth of bank statements for the account, they said this was not sufficient since it did not have the routing # on it, I then provided a voided check, this too was not sufficient to them since they said the business name on the check (the company LLC) did not match the patient on my patient now account (which is my DBA) we are not 10 days into this mess with me not receiving a single deposit from them and multiple calls, unanswered emails has not gotten us anywhere

We like that it's an EMR and back office/invoicing system.
Minpunten:
It's complicated to learn and not as intuitive as other EMRs that I have worked with. The marketing side called Rx Marketing got switched to Incredible Marketing. Not sure why.
Very basic and ot useful for detailed medical charting.

I did not find it useful. Poor customer service I am still waiting for a response from customer service after 3 weeks.

Best stress free EMR
Opmerkingen: Overall, When we used it it did perfect for what we needed. We are a small office and having a reliable EMR system is super important. I loved how simplistic and stress-free it was to use.

This EMR is probably one of my favorites I have used. Its simple and easy to navigate

Honestly, it might not be the best if you are a super busy practice. It still has great features but might not have all the bells and whistles for every office
Let Patient Now Bring the Patients to You
Opmerkingen: Great team to work with, attentive to the specific needs of the practice and is a leader in what they do in terms of SEO and website management for our practice.
Pluspunten:
Patient Now has helped us create fully functional website that allows patients to find us and interact with us. The site also allows patients to send us direct requests for services which has increased our volume and built up our client base. They have done a great job managing our SEO and communicates well with our practice to determine what our needs are and then help drive patients to us based on our needs.
Minpunten:
The cost can be somewhat prohibitive especially for a smaller practice with limited resources.

I love being able to toggle through scheduling patients, looking at medical records, notes, photos and more all in one program!
Minpunten:
Does have unexpected errors more often than we would like!

PatientNow sends duplicate texts to patients to confirm their appointments even after the patient has confirmed the appointment.
Amazing Program
Opmerkingen: We love patient now. Everything we need is in one place and very easy to navigate. We also love that we can have access from different locations, and we can get work done from outside of the spa as well.

I loved how hands on everyone is with helping you navigate, learn, and setting up the program for your specific needs and wants.
Minpunten:
I wish it was a lot easier to put in forms for online signatures. Struggling to figure out a good layout that doesn't look outdated.
PatientNow in an office- based surgical center
Pluspunten:
We use PatientNow for everything. We schedule, confirm, remind, and follow-up from appointments with PatientNow's registration, automatic emails and texts, and created emails. Templates are stored and easily accessible. You can even send and receive faxes from within the system.
Minpunten:
Even though we use SecurePayNow through PatientNow, patients are not yet able to access their accounts and pay directly to their bills by logging into the portal.

It seems like they have thought of everything. From lots of shortcuts to reporting options to the day to day scheduling, it is all very easy to learn and has a natural flow.
Minpunten:
They haven't really missed out on any option that I would like. If there is one, their tech team is very receptive to recommendations and they are constantly working to improve their product and it's offerings.
