Huge Difference to our Maintenance Department

Ease of use, Excellent Contact Relationship Management, Ease of Assigning Work, Ease of Invoicing/Billing
Ease of Reporting and Searching for Work Orders. There is not away for creating custom queries to be written if you are a SQL user. We cannot search by Work Order numbers and in some cases we have a list of particular ones. It would help if we could just type in the Work Order numbers.

Thank you for the wonderful review! Just FYI, if you want to pull up a specific work order by work order number, just go to the work order management/view screen and type the work order number into the work order number field at the top of the page and hit enter. If you need help, just give us a call.
Great option with great support
Opmerkingen: There are a lot of CMMS systems out there that are very costly. We needed something that we could customize for the many aspects of our company and make fit our culture. We operate water/sewer and power facilities and our staff wears many hats. One minute we're blue collar the next white. Crossing over from tools to records keeping is paramount for us. eWorkOrders was/is a great fit.
I can not say there was one thing in eWorkOrders that I would point to and say that's why I would recommend it. I would say the flexibility offered was really what our small utility was looking for. Not to downplay the size as I think this would work on any level. Easy? That depends on the person setting things up and their ability to work with eWorkOrders staff. Open minded and flexible. There is always a learning curve but our staff has picked it up quickly.
The flexibility can sometimes be a double edge sword. If your users find things can be manipulated they will request you cater to them in that aspect. This I find to be a management issue and not really a con but something that could be for some. Missing the true ability to use remotely off line. That's the biggest complaint I find but our staff are great at thinking outside the box and we may not necessarily be using the product as it was intended. Again not a con for us but could be for some.
A Top Flight Product That Fits Any Budget
Opmerkingen: I conducted extensive research of web-based Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) looking for the best product available for an entity with a limited maintenance budget. eWorkOrders won hands down! The support staff is one of the best I ever encountered! An example is when I have asked for additional reports to be designed for my use, they first researched their extensive report library and sent me an existing report or modified an existing report to fit my needs. They did this without a charge, when they could easily have just created a new report and sent me an invoice for payment. You will have to spend many thousands of dollars to get a product with more bells and whistles than eWorkOrders. I highly recommend this product and the people behind it!
eWorkOrders is easy to use. The advantage of the product being web-based, over a stand-alone product installed on the users server or desktop computer, cannot be overstated. The ability to receive instant feedback from customers when a work order is closed out has allowed me to quantify and measure the new emphasis we have placed on an increase in quality customer service. I have many lessees in city-owned buildings that never before had access to the city Intranet based work request system and were forced to place a work request through e-mail, the telephone or a verbal request to a passing maintenance worker. With eWorkOrders, all my customers now can enter work requests that I am able to respond to immediately, receive feedback, measure and develop reports from a single database.
As with any system, eWorkOrders works best with internal admin support. However, we have been able to utilize it well with intensive training of the maintenence staff; with all entries being made by the maintenance workers themselves.
Excellent CMMS software in eWorkOrders
One thing that I like the about this software is that it is user friendly and easy to use. Another thing that I really like is that the customer service is outstanding. Any questions we may have, they have all the answers and solutions. Very easy to work with!
We currently don't have the need to use all of the features that eWorkOrders has to offer, but with what we do use, there hasn't been much to dislike.
The best we have found!
I really like how easy it is for tenants to report their problems, including pictures, and the instant notifications and work order queues that are generated. Being able to access this on my phone or computer is great!
Since this system is so fast and has such good tech support, it really makes our other software systems look bad!

That it organized the maintenance department without having an assistant
My staff and I never found anything lacking and were happy with the program ....we expanded and had to find a one stop shop....where it could take money, allow for signing of leases, etc.

Perfect Cloud Based Maintenance Management Platform

This software is very useful for me to schedule and track my routine maintenance tasks easily. It provides massive features that improves your maintenance work capabilities.
The software is little bit difficult to manage first time but as you familiar with the tool it's works smoothly.
Opmerkingen: We have been able to get a master list on our asset including vin numbers , registration dates , and employee using them . Also , we are have the ability to keep records of our PM's in a more efficient manner while giving technicians more accountability . Keeping track of our expenses by assets and programs has been one of the main issues we have solve, the reports are clear and give upper management an easy glare at everything that is happening on the maintenance department.
Integration process was easy and straight forward , program is easy to use and learn, the program has multiple reports which gives you the ability to look at your expenses from different angles.
I believe the creation of new parts on the inventory could get easier but so far I got no problem with it.
A great product
This is a great product for a mid-sized facilities management operation. I've used it at two different organizations and have been very happy with both the product and their support.
Because of the nearly unlimited ways the database can be configured it helps to have some knowledge of what the user's expectations will be before setting up the program. Support from the developer was critical here.
General ease of us whether it is general work orders , PM management asset management or work order tracking. WE LOVE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. We have been using this product for 14 years. It is miles ahead of any other CMMS software I have used previously or have been exposed to on other sites.
I really don't have any dislikes with e work orders. If you encounter a problem or have a feature you would like to add the e work orders tech support is OUTSTANDING.
Easy to use, easy for control and easy data retrieval
Cloud-based application, run in every device, easy and flexible reporting structure. Possibilities to save documentation (procedures, manuals) in the cloud and expansion to other tasks other than maintenance, ex: sanitation.
Some of the reports I could not export in pdf I have to save as pdf. Not a big deal
eworks came in a very critical time for our maintenance service
The support and capability they have to accommodate to our needs worldwide, our business are not locate in USA continental so reporting from eworks varies from country to country, eworks have been able to provide us with a proper response for all our needs, I know we have more challenges as a company, but so far they have met 100% the expectations and needs required
we have some challenges operating with equipment that needs wifi, I know they are developing a system already to be able to uploaded but in the meantime we are upgrading our systems to work with local cellphone companies to use sim cards to eliminate this problem
Very Intuitive and Snappy Work Order System
It's very quick, efficient, and intuitive. The best part for me are reports. Just a phone call and they'll make a custom report for anything I need.
Doesn't really work for fleet vehicle mileage and parts tracking.
Easy to navigate
It is easy to navigate around the program to put in work orders and print them
Sometimes finding a specific work order it difficult because the type filters that are offered

Service catalog menu names need to allow more characters
The product is extremely user friendly, easy online access, and excellent overall results. The vendor always responds to our needs within moments; very accommodating and always carries a high level of professionalism; and great technical support. We have 320 employees who have access/user ability to the software, we have not had any problems with the software or user complaints.
We have no complaints. The product is excellent for work order tracking and reporting. All levels are able to use the product with ease. The facility directors seem to be very happy with the work order system.
Has absolutely made my team more efficient and accountable for repairs and timely completion.
This program is great for tracking repairs and the reports that can be generated helps make crucial decisions on equipment and costs of repairs at each store.
Haven't found any deficiencies that were not corrected by Norm. Does what we wanted and much much more..

eWorkOrders is the best system out there
Opmerkingen: Highly recommended. Especially for high volume companies that send many Work Orders. This system is easy to track and get exactly what you are looking for when you need it. Highly compatible if you enjoy a paperless office.
This system has really made creating, editing, tracking and sending work orders extremely easy. We have used other systems before and nothing compares to eworkorders. All management screens are user friendly and do not require much data entry. Email, Fax or print from your desktop directly to work order recipient. Many fields and reports were custom designed to our needs. Customer Service is always available and any technical questions are answered immediately, usually within a couple of minutes. Call directly or email doesn't matter always get a rapid response. Thank You eWorkOrders for making my job easier.
Only Con is that we tried so many other Companies before finding this awesome system.

Eworkorders is a dream-come-true for our company as it has saved us much time and money. Not only does this system allow us to organize our maintenance requests and preventive maintenance lists efficiently, but it is also fast and easy to use. This system is ever changing with new updates and improvements that help my business. It is also very flexible and allows us to custom design its features to the needs of my company. What's more is that the technical support service is unbeatable. My questions are answered completely to my satisfaction and any changes that need to be made are done almost immediately.

Prior system was very cumbersome. E-Workorder system proved to be very user friendly; inventory, add/delete/revise services provided were being implemented by our staff. The ease of our tenants to access without their prior cumbersome log-in process was welcomed by all. Additionally, their ease of use has increased our user volume and have found our tenants to be extremely satisfied with their ability to enter their request, automatic notification of their request status and completion. All in all, it has improved our overall performance and tenant satisfaction. Great Job!!!!

Our users easily are able to create Work Orders for all of their controlled document requests for issuance, retrieval, and archival.
Setting up the parameters for the application isn't intuitive. I did have to call support to guide me through the process.
eWorkOrders is really easy to use. Once you know the basics, you can customize it for your own use.
Opmerkingen: I'm not really a database person. I hated that class when going through college. I was really dreading using eWorkOrders, but I have found it to be super easy and the customer service team is fabulous. I usually send them an email listing my issues and someone calls me back either same day or next day (excluding weekends cause everybody needs a break). Once we get off the phone, the issues are fixed or I have more knowledge of what I need to do. I really appreciate having Jeff and Tony to help me out. I definitely recommend this website and this team to anyone wanting a program to help keep track of their work orders, assets, preventative maintenance, and a lot of other items.
