The best ERP system you have never heard of

Opmerkingen: Best decision I have made. The system is easy to use and they are continually updating features. Their customer service is the best response time out their. I would highly recommend looking at this system you won't be disappointed.

Pluspunten:

Multiview is a very easy to use system with the ability to load as much detail as you need. The implementation process was the best I've participated in.

Minpunten:

Multiview reporting writing is the weakest link. I know it is on their radar to fix, but you can download as excel and get it into a format that way.

Multiview Review

Opmerkingen: Overall, it is a robust system. AR innovations have been lacking. Some setups are not intuitive and since they are not done on a regular, require assistance to find the one box that needs to be checked to make the information flow as needed.

Pluspunten:

How much there is to customize per user and some of the functionalities within the modules.

Minpunten:

The ability to see certain data within certain queries even though the data exists within the same module. This causes the requirement to create custom reports, it that is even possible due to the same limitations.

Not bad Frustrating at Times

Opmerkingen: It hasn't been horrible. It was hard at first trying to learn everything.

Pluspunten:

Easy to cut checks and send EFT payments.

Minpunten:

We are not able to use this for budgeting and forecasting like we were told.

Pluspunten:

The ability to switch companies or departments on line and then drill into the number

Minpunten:

Time lag to log in. challenge to build reports

Lots of capacity and opportunity; you get out what you put in

Opmerkingen: I inherited this system after a rough implementation process. Again, you will only get out what you put in. We were able to work with support to get the system up and running smoothly and are happy with the product. I am excited to continue developing and using the system to its full capacity.

Pluspunten:

I like being able to drill down to find exactly what I need at a detail level. From an accounting standpoint, Multiview is a great product. It has the capacity to streamline processes and is customizable.

Minpunten:

You will only get out what you're willing to put into it. Implementation could be very smooth or very rough depending on how much time and effort you're willing to put into the process.

Multiview

Opmerkingen: I like the product and it has made the general ledger much easier to use. I'd like to see some more functionality but overall, I am happy with the product.

Pluspunten:

It was easy to set up and seems to be really user friendly for the most part. It is easy to get into the invoices and the general ledger sections. It is also easy to see reports and review items.

Minpunten:

I think the budget itself is a little tricky to manage. There are alot of steps and alot of clicks to get to where you need to be.

Exports, and ease to learn. Work flow in AP.

Pluspunten:

It has the ability to give you pretty much everything you need, and you can set it up just the way you would like for it to work.

Minpunten:

It's a long process of getting it setup and getting going, especially if you don't have anyone on your team that understands a lot of the technical terms for programming and creating a product.

Input screen layouts require a lot of movement to get to key filter fields. Key fields located too far down on screens Standard accounting reports not named what I would expect

Opmerkingen: I believe this was the right move for us when we selected Multiview.

Pluspunten:

Early on it was very easy to get modifications to our setup.

Minpunten:

Over time, it has become more difficult to get changes and some of the problems which have come up still haven't been resolved.

Great for Medium Size Businesses

Opmerkingen: Multiview is very user friendly for the functions that we utilize.

Pluspunten:

We use Multiview primarily for the General Ledger and accounts payable processing.

Minpunten:

The financial statements set up and use is below average.

Opmerkingen: I would give it an 8. We are still only 6 months in and it is getting easier to find the information needed but it is more time consuming to download info.

Pluspunten:

Consultants were extremely helpful in setting up the system. They helped build reports and customize information that I use every day.

Minpunten:

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

THE BEST ARP for ACCOUNTS PAYAB:LE

Opmerkingen: My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

Pluspunten:

Multiview is the BEST electronic accounting software on the market today. The software allows the invoicing and billing to be smooth, fluid process. Procurement can be a trying task for some software or they simply don't have the feature. Multiview allows requisitions to be submitted, Purchase Orders to be created and sent straight to the vendor for fulfillment and invoicing. This creates a streamline approach to procurement.

Minpunten:

Sometimes it freezes or just shuts down in the middle of me working; however, the support team at Multiview are on point and responds fast to resolve any issues I may have.

Changing to Multiview ERP has enabled us to consolidate our accounting functions, budgeting activities and purchasing events into one cohesive system.

Pluspunten:

The benefits of Multiview ERP include the following: - Direct Integration with Cerner our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system - Consolidates accounting, budgeting and purchasing into one seemless application - Strong implementation and support team - Competitive pricing for a strong product offering

Minpunten:

As we are in the initial phases of using Multiview, we do not have any specific downsides of this application. As we become a bit more tenured with the system, I am sure some will arise, but for now we are very satisfied.

Opmerkingen: I love Multiview and I don't regret choosing it over Sage. I absolutely have had a great experience the staff both during implementation and with ongoing support!!!!!!

Pluspunten:

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Minpunten:

It can be a little clicky. My search screens (RADS) are not able to alphabetize.

Capable of a lot, but requires work to get there

It's very customizable when it comes to setting up your data fields, running reports/queries, creating invoices, etc.

Minpunten:

It is not the easiest to learn or navigate the site. It can feel very technical at times.

Moving In The Right Direction

The support, they are friendly and great help!

Software is slow and there could be some minor changes to make it flow better. With that being said, they are doing a major upgrade, and both of these issues are being addressed.

Multiview functionality = an efficient teammate

Pluspunten:

I have used Multiview for 10+ years in 2 different companies. I consider the capabilities of Multiview to be equivalent to a staff member/teammate. Utilizing as many features in Multiview, as possible, allows my human team to automate functionality and be efficient.

Minpunten:

After switching to the cloud environment, the processing seems slower. Not sure if that is caused by internal factors, or if a condition of being on the cloud.

Pluspunten:

I love the ease of use and how easy it is to navigate and pull the information that I need. The help desk and portal are extremely helpful and designed for the end user in mind

Minpunten:

I don't have alot of experience with other programs to compare it to, but help desk was supportive of the thoughts I had to make improvements the time I was stuck.

Solid Product with few integrations

Pluspunten:

Multiview does what its supposed to do.

Minpunten:

Not many built in integrations with bigger names.
