Opmerkingen: This software we continuous configure ourselfe to fit to our business. Implementation, Configuration and Go-life you can manage within 4-6 weeks. Most colleague could identify themselfe and their daily work with this very fast.

Pluspunten:

Full configurable. Huge number of functions. You can get personal support. Negotiate an extended SLA.

Minpunten:

Training is recommended.

Good support for complex projects

Opmerkingen: Genius solution supports very well the process for managing complex projects. In addition, Genius gives good adequate support to users

All the project components for both activities, budget and participants

Integration of the Gant card is not optimal

Experience with GeniusProject

Opmerkingen: My company wanted an easy to use project management application for supporting Prince2. The demonstration made by the genius team convinced us that this software could support our company business. Unfortunately, the experience we have done shown tap GeniusProject is very complex to configure, not user friendly at all and complex to use. Therefore we decided to stop using GeniusProject and come back to excel document.

Pluspunten:

The amount of functionalities

Minpunten:

The complexity of configuration, the user interface that is not user fondly, the amount of small bugs that annoy the user and the lack of integration between the configuration menus.

Use it since one year now!

Opmerkingen: It's a good product, with real powerful features regarding PPM needs. Just need to evolve regarding the ergonomy, and the accessibility, no real mobile client!

Old fashioned, not the kind of software we can expect in 2016 regarding the ergonomy and accessibility, no real mobile application. Interface heavy when you navigate.

Good solution for complicated projects.

Opmerkingen: As the ceo of the agency i think Genius is one my favorit software that i used in the past 8 months. I didn't find any diffuclties to learn how to use it from the first week and it really helped me control different projects specially the complicated ones.

Pluspunten:

Very intuitive and the interface is easy use it's, simple to learn.

Minpunten:

The Response time is a bit slow sometimes.

Genius in Brazil

Opmerkingen: We are using Genius about 5years, the software is very useful and you can manage your portfolio easily. In my point of view, Genius need to find a way to turn faster to access datas in the cloud, in Brazil some regions don't have high speed internet letting people upseted because the time to update the infos.

Dir of Project Management

Opmerkingen: Good overall app, many feature so it makes it a little complicated to do easy stuff. Support is sometimes great and sometimes so-so. Overall if you do heavy project management this is a good system.

Excellent software

Opmerkingen: Our small company found this software to be a vital tool in our daily operations. Its interface is easy to use and is perfect for small teams to collaborate. Assigning tasks to people is easy and we are getting a lot more done since we started using Genius Project software.

Pluspunten:

The interface is easy to use once you get used to it.

There's a bit of a learning curve when you first start out.

Very intuitive

Opmerkingen: I have seen many Project Management tools. Genius Project surpasses most. I have used Jira and they are excellent but it is extremely expensive. Genius Project is excellent for small to medium company. The product it self descriptive and easy to learn.

Works Well, But Not For Me

Opmerkingen: This application works well for what it is. It just wasn't what our team was looking for. We needed more of a task management tool (less project management), that allowed for flexibility in custom fields and linking tasks across projects.

Genius review

Great Product

Opmerkingen: Good software for managing projects at an enterprise level. User experience could use some updates that would help for ease of use.

Sleek and Useful

Opmerkingen: Capterra has a really nice user interface that makes the work feel seamless and a bit closer to using a social media site. The biggest qualms is pricing for the product but if you can get around that then it's a great product.

Expensive but feature rich

Opmerkingen: We ended up not staying with this product and choosing an alternative, but from an IT perspective this product was the top of the line. Feature rich, customizable, easy to navigate and read.

Impressed

Opmerkingen: I was impressed by this product. It definitely is worth investing in. As a project manager, I'm always looking for ways to streamline processes, communicate efficiently with my project team, etc.

Opmerkingen: In my experience it is quite a simple program to use and isn’t cluttered which makes it good in my opinion. Too much going on is a bad thing and this is the opposite

Overly Complicated but great functionality

Opmerkingen: The gang chart was overly complicated to use and found the setting up of tasks more complicated than it needed to be. Had all of the functionality we were looking for.

Research Project

Opmerkingen: I used this project management software for the purpose of my research comparing different project management software. It was good in the pricing and ease of use.

Ingenious Genius Project

Opmerkingen: I reviewed Genius Project after using Microsoft's P M sideward and found it much easier to understand with easier to find functions. Beautifully done!

The appearance and ease of use were most compelling.

I did not get to use this software when I was taking PM course work.
