Cloud HR System for companies in several countries with focus in EU and Latam
Opmerkingen: Good cloud system, with a very strong capabilities in Core HR (Employee Administration, Organization) and Talent Management (Performance Assessments & Management, Learning, Career Management). Modern and userfriendly Portals for Employees and Managers. Many new features in the system are available every quarter. Excellent customer relationship.
Pluspunten:
Real cloud based, strong Core HR and Talent, updates every quarter. Employee and Manager Portals
Minpunten:
The integrated jobsite solution is very bad. They need to invest in an advance time management module.

All HR processes in one tool!
Opmerkingen: We went paperless and are way more efficient, also everything is almost automated and effortless; certainly our employees appreciated.
Pluspunten:
The fact that we were able to some degree to personalize the tool so it could fit our processes and was almost seamless transfer over, was the best part.
Minpunten:
The implementation part in our case was not as good as could have hoped for, in regards of training. Make sure you get people come in over to your company or send over people to get them trained.

Old fashioned interface for end user, looks kind of home-made
Pluspunten:
My organizations uses it for payroll and retribution information management for end users. I can see my payments, personal and vacation information.
Minpunten:
Looks very old. App design needs a makeover. Very specialized in our organization for payroll. Although the suite may have more functionality, my organization decided not to use them and instead use Meta4 as a complement for Workday.
