"Bad customer service, bad support, bad for business...."
Opmerkingen: Wow. I called to ask if they integrated with QuickBooks accounting software and POS system. After more than 15 minutes of being given the go-around, they said no. That's not the problem. The problem is they didn't want to tell me; 3 different people. They said since we didn't purchase maintenance and support they'd have to charge me for talking. I didn't need or ask for maintenance of support. I simply asked if they integrated with the QuickBooks systems. Really rude, unwilling or unable to answer, not helpful to business people during their busy day. Nothing wrong with not being able to integrate with QuickBooks but refusing to answer and insisting that it was a maintenance and support question? I'd recommend to all my clients to use another software company if they want answers, helpful customer service and a supportive organization all during their business hours.
Pluspunten: Farmers/growers/co-ops all need some version of this software.
Minpunten: The poor service, responses and company support of its clients.
