The only way to get around it is to purge and sometimes that is time consuming because if a client has an outstand balance we don't want to loose the information so we purge 1 client at a time instead of bulk.

The integration from this system to outside electronic time keeping systems is very easy and effective and can be done without a lot of time used.  The customer service is top notch and very helpful.  They respond quickly and are very eager to explain their process and help with any problem that you may have.  Again, this is one of the easiest to learn and use systems that I have had the experience to use.
