Registering to the mobile application, getting the scheduling details, and walking into the office after which once at the office to scanning the QR, and getting to the desk, has been a seamless experience.

Minpunten:

I haven't faced one yet! Since this is the only application that is currently being utilized at our office.

Opmerkingen: A strong, Motivated team who has this hunger to make their name in the market and are on the correct path to achieve this. The App has reduced a lot of human & manual-dependent processes and it has brought true digitization...!

Integration with Teams, Seat Booking, WFH / WFO transparency, Health Check & Office preference

The team has taken feedback on this and they have worked it out for us, Initially we dint like the outcome of the floorplan but post review with their tech and customer experience team. We were able to get a better visibility on our floor plans

WorkInSync is the best desk booking software

Opmerkingen: Using WorkInSync for my office was the best decision. It is very easy to operate. While I can select a desk of my choice, it also gives me the option to choose a parking slot as well. By combining all the essentials in one place, the desk booking software ensures that I do not have to open multiple apps to deal with various needs.

Pluspunten:

I can update my preferences. For instance, I like sitting on a particular seat every time I am in the office. By saving my preference, every time I try to book a desk, it suggests that I sit there.

Minpunten:

It is an amazing application. I haven't found anything that I do not like about the product yet. Great job done by team WorkInSync.

Flexible Desking, Meeting Room Booking and Scheduling tool

Opmerkingen: The tool has been very engaging and user friendly. It helps me on daily basis not only to plan my day at work or home but also of my team mates. Their notifications are minimal and helpful.
I will like to highly recommend it.

Pluspunten:

Flexible Desk Booking with interactive maps is an excellent feature. Booking Meeting Rooms, hardware resources and other features like meal bookings are great to have. I especially like how the tool has an element of ML and remembers my preferences. Their digipass based contactless entry is worth mentioning too.

Minpunten:

Parking Spot booking isn't of much use to me since I have a dedicated Car park.

Innovative and functional Employee scheduling and space management software

Opmerkingen: My overall experience has been pleasant. Workplaces are no more how they used to be. Collaboration has been made much easier with WorkInSync and dare I say efficiency too.

Pluspunten:

Space management and meeting room booking has eased out the day to to day planning of my work, it has helped me create a healthy work life balance because I can now be at work only on those days when it is necessary. I can check which of my colleagues are coming to office and plan my in person meetings accordingly

Minpunten:

My only grouse is that the web feature isn't as efficient as the app and is a little slow,

Unified App for Scheduling and Meeting Room Management

Opmerkingen: WorkInSync has worked phenomenally in our office set up and has brought about a great change in our office, Meeting room booking has become simple and booking work desks etc has also become easy and i can block my desk for a whole month in advance.

Pluspunten:

It's a unified app for all property services, including hot desking, Visitor management, gate pass, Meeting room, Mail room, Integration with food app, transport automation.

Minpunten:

User Experience could use some work. I have faced issue with the app loading pretty slow sometimes.

There is so much innovation

Opmerkingen: I have been a user of Workinsync for a few weeks now and I have been so impressed with the vision and dedication to innovation, which is so rare to see these days.

Pluspunten:

The meeting room booking app is just amazing. I can schedule meetings and the notification gets sent to all my colleagues who will be attending. I also like the interactive floor plans. It is so easy to find rooms.

Minpunten:

Everything is great with the app but I wish the UI was better. Also, there is no desktop version available.

WorkInSync has a good desk booking app

Opmerkingen: WorkInSync’s desk booking app makes it easy to find and book a workspace when I am visiting the office. With WorkInSync, I can search for desks by location. Booking can be done for a particular date, and time. I can also view available desks on a floor map.

Pluspunten:

The floor map is extremely valuable when trying to see which desks are available. Also, it allows me to know where my colleagues are sitting for the day. If I need to sit with them, I can book a desk near them.

Minpunten:

The only thing that annoys me about the app is its load time. The floor map takes a lot of time to load and can be very frustrating, especially when I am in a hurry.

Team Scheduling at its best

Opmerkingen: As a manager, it is sometimes very difficult to know who is working where, especially with the current work setup. With the team scheduling software from WorkInSync, I can easily know who is working from the office and who is working from home. This has made life easier for me.

Pluspunten:

I can edit or delete schedules easily from the dashboard. Also, I can share the schedules with the employees directly. In fact, notifications are created. So, I don’t follow up with the employees.

Minpunten:

There are no cons. WorkInSync has really made my job easier. Multiple language feature is not available which could have been helpful due to nature of our business. We have presence in Montreal and west canada where French would have been helpful.

Easy to use, hybrid workplace tool

Opmerkingen: Scheduling of employees has been very easy with this tool. Implementing the mask compliance and a daily check of health status of my employees has smoothened the processes.

Pluspunten:

As an employer, employee scheduling aspect and maintaining the safety of my employees is of paramount importance. The tool has helped me achieve the same.

Minpunten:

Looking forward to Multi language support aspect of the tool.

It provides all the tools we need to develop the remote work environment to suit our needs.

Opmerkingen: WorkInSync gave more value to remote work, as it brought us all the tools we need in one place, and also helped document remote working hours accurately.

Pluspunten:

WorkInSync is a very flexible and easy-to-use tool, with which I can transfer my real office to virtual reality, and I can format it as I want, as there are many great tools that help in performing all my daily duties naturally. I love how I can document working hours, as WorkInSync enables me to record start and leave times, and scheduling enables me to arrange my work program accurately. It also helps coordinate booking appointments and obtaining approvals, thus ensuring that tasks are completed on time.

Minpunten:

I don't see any negative things about WorkInSync, as I find it very easy to use, but I would like more improvements to the meeting room.

Download reports to know office usage

Opmerkingen: Knowing how the office is being used is important. I can manage my workplace better with WorkInSync. The dashboard shows me everything I need to know about the office and how it is operating. Kudos to the team for developing such amazing software.

Pluspunten:

I can download the usage reports for my reference. While I can see everything that is happening in the office on the dashboard itself, I can download the analytics and refer to it if I need to make improvements to the office space.

Minpunten:

While everything about the employees is included in the WorkInSync software, I would also like to get a report on the visitors.

Opmerkingen: As a manager, I know how difficult it is to implement an app. The WorkInSync implementation team is great. The app is the perfect tool for both employees and employers regardless of the setup you have. The team got the app working in a matter of days, and without any hassle.

There is nothing to dislike about the product. Although, I hope they will add more features to the app in the near future.

Excellent flexi desking tool

Opmerkingen: This has been a smart and an easy to use tool that can be used with minimal training. The adoption was smooth and the support team has been hand holding through the deployment stage. Their AI based selfie with masks is a pretty cool feature and how it remembers my preferences for the next use.

Pluspunten:

Choice of booking your desk, and to be able to choose to sit close to your colleague to collaborate is what worked best for me. Ease of booking your requirements ahead helps me plan my day ahead Contactless entry and the sanitization check of the desk I'm going to use adds up so much of peace to my mind.

Minpunten:

Maybe they can capture the recording of attendance at the customers site visit also.

My return to office became breezy

Opmerkingen: When my office announced that we need to get back to our workplace, I was scared, to be honest. Apart from safety, the concern was whether or not I will be able to adjust. With WorkInSync, the process to return to the office became seamless. From their QR-based sign-in to desk management, I am extremely happy to have used this app. The features are well-developed. It is a must for all employees returning to the office.

Pluspunten:

The best feature in the app has to be the desk booking app. I can find my colleagues and see when they are visiting. I can also schedule my desks in advance.

Minpunten:

The interface can improve. I can see a lot of updates on a daily basis, which shows that they are improving the app to be the best.

The contact tracing feature is amazing!

Opmerkingen: We implemented WorkInSync to ensure that we can return to the office safely. And the app does exactly that. It has many features that ensure workplace health and safety are maintained.

The concept of Digipass is great. It asks you basic health questions and asks you to upload your vaccine report. Only then does it provide the Digipass

I really like this app; now it doesn’t have multiple language feature.

WorkInSync is a A great Hybrid Workplace Solution

Opmerkingen: The amalgamation of Physical and virtual office has changed the way of working. Employees now see the office from a very different perspective now

Pluspunten:

Everything starting from the fact that the workplace has now become Hybrid, to booking your own office desk before even visiting the office. Being able to book meeting rooms in advance. I believe the software has been designed with a lot of deliberation.

Minpunten:

I believe there is a scope for more features like visitor management. It will make our experience even better.

Go for their space management software

Opmerkingen: I have been using their space management software and honestly, it is one of the best apps I have ever used. I don’t have to worry about getting desks or finding meeting rooms. I schedule myself for a week even before I come to the office. I particularly like their desk booking feature.

Pluspunten:

I honestly like their desk booking feature the most. It offers so much. I can book desks, find my colleagues and also integrate it with MS Teams. Keep up the good work.

Minpunten:
