Opmerkingen: I have been involved with our WTB functionality for 15 months now. Price Spider has been tremendously accommodating to our business needs. They have partnered with us for 3 project launches to increase our presence within the ecommerce world; making sure our WTB data was accurate and ready to go, on-time for launch.
Pluspunten:
The Price Spider support team has gone over and above to make sure the software is capable of supporting the flexibility we need in our business. We have presented challenges to them on several occasions and they have worked to find a solution to meet our requirement with quick response time.
Minpunten:
The reporting module, Insights, does not allow for adhoc data extraction. All dashboards are predesigned and limits the end user from extracting data based on selected key field values for quick answers to business questions.

The software allows us to track the sales of our websites and marketing programs. We have worked with several people with Price Spider and they are all respond and fix any issues in minutes or hours!
Minpunten:
Sometimes we have had retailers fall off certain items for unknown reasons and did not know until we manually looked why sales were down from previous month.
