The agents work well and don't need constant babysitting. There is a wide array of options for how you install the agent. You can get a wide array of information on managed devices and build alerts and automations on them. There are a few downsides. Their catalogue of automations is incredibly small compared to most other RMMs. Setting up alerting and automations can be a little obtuse, but that's really common amongst MDMs. The biggest weakness is likely their remote access system. I love the fact that it's not just user machines and servers, but even network equipment can be managed\!
