Het is erg snel en gemakkelijk in gebruik. Ik heb nog nooit problemen gehad. het werkt ideaal!

Minpunten:

Af en toe had ik een paar problemen maar dan was er een update die ik was vergeten te downloaden dus er was eigenlijk niks mis aan de kant van Cisco Jabber.

Pluspunten:

This tool has really cultivated for a collaborative environment. It's presence is felt across all the departments through the unifying web conferences we hold every week. Everyone is appreciated and given the opportunity to air their ideas on such meetings. When mass messaging is needed, this software serves as the best platform for that. It is a holistic software with great vision to bring the change.

Minpunten:

With the instant team messaging both voice and video calls, I feel that this software serves it's purpose to satisfaction.

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with Cisco Jabber can be described as frustrating. The platform has the potential to but it does not live up to expectations. The platform's interface is clunky and non-intuitive, making it challenging to navigate through its various features. Messaging and real-time notifications frequently suffer from delays and failures, and collaboration tools, such as screen sharing and file sharing get too many glitches. File sharing is slow and and most important of all, video conferencing suffers from really poor video quality, dropping calls, and audio-video synch issues.

Pluspunten:

It can have potential. In theory it offers a comprehensive suite of communication and collaboration tools that can be valuable for businesses seeking to streamline their operations and enhance remote work capabilities. Customer service is not too bad either.

Minpunten:

It just feels old. It suffers from plenty of issues, from unreliable messaging & notifications to a simply bad user interface. Too many glitches/crashes for a tool that should be making your work-life balance better.

Opmerkingen: Overall Jabber has been a great add-on to keep up with business while away from my desk. Definitely worth a test run to anyone who doesn't want to sit and wait for calls, etc...

Pluspunten:

Jabber is useful when out of the office, whether on or off-site. Works about 90% of the time when off-site.

Minpunten:

Sometimes inconsistent, even when on-site with local wifi but could be an internal issue - yet to be resolved.

Very simple and basic, focus on chat collaboration

Cisco Jabber is very easy to use and intuitive, very simple so you can immediately chat and see the status of other users.

Minpunten:

It is very basic, both in layout and in usage. There is no the opportunity of inserting images in the chat (e.g. print screen) or smiles or whatever. Also, I don't like that much the fact that you cannot see the previous chat maybe in other days since the data and the message are not saved.

Jabber is a good instant messenger software

I like the ability to have video chats while sharing my screen to talk through potential issues with an app.

The only thing I found that I didn't like about Jabber is the emojis being cartoonish. I would prefer them to be a little more professional.

Finally, to take full advantage of the capabilities of Cisco Jabber, it is necessary to have an adequate Cisco infrastructure, which can be expensive.

it is managed an on-premise tool, it is not managed in cloud

Good to use Cisco Jabber for Meetings, internal chat and conferences.

Opmerkingen: reduced time between users to ask for some information and have meetings from each desk.

Pluspunten:

Is easy to use, users didn't have a lot of training to learn how to use it, they find some features by themselves. Also we have it synchronized with Webex for external meetings.

Minpunten:

The implementation it was complicated, they help us a lot with the server installation and synchronization with phones, but after that, we saw there are many features, a little confuse.

What I like the most using cisco is more easy to used than the other application that I used even if you are not tech savvy you will easily manage how to used it

well for me if they will add more filter it will be lovely plus adding different sounds notification will be better

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with Cisco Jabber has been pretty good. I dont use all the options available so my opinion is only based on one aspect

The product is easy to use and intuitive. We use it firm-wide with much success. You have mobile and desktop options, which is great for whatever the day calls for.

It is just like text messaging but able to do so from desktop computer. Easy to use and can save contacts.

I wish there were emojis/emoticons I could insert (unless I just don't know how to do that). Otherwise it's fine.

Cisco jabber is a nice tool used for communicating with team members.the clarity of the call is great and it is very effective and sharing live screenshots in the chat was awesome.

Minpunten:

Sometimes we encounter a problems or glitch with the software which make the sitation blocking.

Cisco is easy to use and safe

Opmerkingen: Overall, very good. The ability to set up external calling is seamless and invaluable.

Pluspunten:

In situations in which a landline is not possible, being able to run a voip service fpor external and internal use are pros.

Minpunten:

Due to system requirements, it can sometimes lag on lower end PC specs. As well as when you have multiple levels of users, it can have a high level of pressure on bandwidth and network.

Phasing Out

Its pretty standard when it comes to a communication related software, nothing to boast about

Minpunten:

Bare basic when it comes to functionality and features, my organization is phasing this out for WebEx
