Opmerkingen: overall I would recommend most HR pesonnel to use Hipeople, they are profetional and easy

The simplicity and the part where i had to record a video of my selft was great, I really enjoyed it

the time they give to complete questions is a bit short, if it can be a bit longer most people would get a chance to complete all of the questions

Their UI for the generic question likert scale questions is oddly different from what users are accustomed to. Easier for candidates to give answers opposite to what they would have wanted to say.

The situations, questions and the whole process was great. During the time I spent reading each question and giving the right answer, I never felt pressured meaning the time given for each question was the right amount. The system is easy to understand, the layout of everything (from the colors to the lettering and font) was really comfortable to work with. Really an amazing resource for the assessment I was given and I am extremely pleased.

During some of the quick assessments, mainly in the one stage of the shapes and the patterns that had to be analyzed, the question and the shapes (images) might've been a little to small making them hard to see.
