That is only referring to the cost of their products and fulfillment. The software is FREE to use and has online, apps, and more but as it is free they have a higher price for all their products. However, I can also order my prints or products to sell them to customers in person. My business branding is also included. Another plus is that Printful is secure and safe for customers. They also handle any refunds of products they ship out.
