Very helpful for a small business

Pluspunten:

Easy of set-up. Intuitive usage. Set-up help videos

Minpunten:

Can apply only one filter at a time. Integrations with Facebook Ads requires third party tools like Zapier, which doubles your cost

Minpunten:

Would like to see reduced limitations on records. They are charging for each attribute, like, records, workflows, templates etc.

Bad experience with Bigin

Opmerkingen: It was good & i was very happy till i found all my accounting data was not integrated and had to add contacts manually

Pluspunten:

Integration with GSuite Tasks / Calendar

Minpunten:

The worst is it does not integrate with Zoho Books, there is not point. I spent time exporting contacts from books and importing to Bigin and then realised this is foolish to do. They promised to integrate with books but they also suggested to use zoho flow another paid application. This is not fair as why should i keep paying for applications, they should have offered zoho flow for free as it is their fault when CRM is not integrated with books/accounting

Bigin is the business - brilliant CRM for small businesses

Opmerkingen: Bigin by ZOHO CRM is absolutely fantastic! I love everything about it. I've tried lots of other tools and not been sold. This one is the best by miles - and the most affordable!!!

Pluspunten:

Bigin is very easy to use, and others also pick it up quickly. The best part is customising fields for all modules - super quick and easy to do and can be done on the fly. The Gmail add-on is also excellent, and seamless, as is the use of IMAP emails. Brilliant tool.

Minpunten:

Not any con's I can think of, other than the email templates bit wasn't as intuitive as the rest. I worked it out, but that was the only thing that had me a tad puzzled for a while. Very minor detail.

Redenen om voor Bigin by Zoho CRM te kiezen: HubSpot is very complicated when it comes to customising fields and processes. I was really invested in making it work, watched tutorials etc, but I gave up this month and I just wish I had checked out Bigin years ago!!!

Amazing Experience.

Opmerkingen: Very satisfied... jumped from a XLS based pipeline to build a strong CRM tool in just few hours of medium work. Now I can track all of my sales pipeline with a sigle view, and repport it to the company owners easily.

Pluspunten:

Very very very easy to use, easy to first setup, easy to customize to fit on your organizations structue.

Minpunten:

Lacks native integration to O365/M365, lacks on native integration with other Zoho apps like Zoho Projects. The upgrade to Zoho CRM is costly.

Complex Task made Easy

Opmerkingen: I am running a startup, eventually needed a tool to help me be on top of all pipeline tasks i am working on. when i tried Bigin i was overwhilmed with the amount of features availbel within the tip of my fingers and this is when i started to. use the web based through my laptop and started to exploit all its power.

Pluspunten:

CRM and Sales components are present and easy to use. Integrated interface, different templates and use cases, the add on store which provide intgrations with all productivity platforms.

Minpunten:

barely anything.. but i found the reporting capabilities may be need flexibility to change.

Opmerkingen: Support team are great, you can selected specific time slots to chat with a support representative, They will assist you with Setup, or if you unsure how to setup your system.

You have various templates to choose from, you can setup your CRM system within a few minutes.

Nice CRM for small companies and startups. One user ist free, premium accounts only costs 7 € per month. Actually I'm just testing around, but it feels nice :-)

Minpunten:

Connection to MS 365 isn't hazzle-free. It broke down several times. However, it finally worked.

The admin side of my business needs to be intuitive so I can focus on providing my personal counselling and professional coaching services.I am pleased with the integration of key platforms, primary features and functions. I have used various aspects of this platform and the level of support provided by their staff has allowed me to broaden my marketing while providing additional resources for the community I serve. This is a welcoming platform considering the multitude of options out there.

Pluspunten:

Bigin has a very intuitive user-face. It is easy to set up and will enable our company to manage our sales, order fulfilment and customer service all from one place. Workflow functionality enables us to automate routine tasks, helping us to work efficiently. Integrations with Campaigns, Analytics and Forms is useful for us.

Minpunten:

In the premier package I would like more workflows/conditions/actions and notifications as standard. I would also like more email templates and the option of more complex webforms as standard. More of each of these can be purchased, thankfully and Zoho forms can be integrated if necessary.

A Basic CRM for mid tier pricing

Opmerkingen: An attempt at a CRM system that needs a lot of development. This may be appropriate for some industries e.g. call centres, but not for managing financial services pipelines etc.

Pluspunten:

The pipeline is simple to manage, but it's clear that this is not a CRM system that was designed for financial services.

Minpunten:

Bigin is very inflexible and amends or additions to your setup come at a cost. The system is also very basic and clunky: for example, dashboard reports cannot be exported as a view of the whole report, instead you only have the option to export an individual graph at a time.

Opmerkingen: I loved having the full featured free trial to completely test things out before making a purchase. It made it easy to dive in and get started instead of sitting through sales calls hoping to get the information we needed to make a purchasing decision. Setup was intuitive and the customization was easy to use to make Bigin exactly what we needed. I would recommend Bigin to anyone who needs a starter CRM.

it needs a connection with WHATSAPP & MESSENGER many people are following up these days their business on these messaging tools, we need an integration fast so that the deals to have data from these platforms also and have a complete picture
