Fijn programma, maar moet zeker nog aan geschroefd worden

Opmerkingen: Ik had er veel hoop en geloof in, maar die is langzaamaan afgebrokkeld. Vooral door gebrek aan Nederlands, maar ook door hoe ingewikkeld het programma is voor gasten (en sprekers en hosts). Al met al, het programma heeft zeker potentie en geloof er ook in, maar bovenstaande moeten aangepast worden, voordat ik of meerdere personen in Nederland hier gebruik van gaan maken denk ik.

Pluspunten:

Innoverend programma (tafels, fluid network space), netwerkmogelijkheden zijn groot en de overall 'look' van het programma is geweldig

Minpunten:

Mis Nederlandse ondersteuning of in ieder geval Nederlandse vertaling van het programma voor gasten. Veel te ingewikkeld om in te loggen, gaat ook meerdere keren fout en gasten moeten 3 keer dezelfde informatie invullen. Via mail, en dan weer op de site en dan weer in de app. Het moet veel simpeler kunnen. Gewoon een link and that's it.

Incredible Service at Free Level

Pluspunten:

I appreciate the ability to get everyone in the 'room' and still allow them to move about autonomously. I enjoy the three different chat functions (DM, Table Chat, Everyone in the Room) and reactions feature when someone is onstage. I truly appreciate the 'Backstage' function, which acts as a virtual green room and the countdown to when it goes live. Airmeet also provides wonderful customer support!

Minpunten:

Not too often, but occasionally there will be someone on our team or an attendee who cannot gain access to all the features or sit at a table. Sometimes the countdown to when we go live is not accurate and it takes a bit longer. I wish it was possible to change the number of tables in the room after the Airmeet has already been set up.

A complete virtual experience of organizing and participating in events

Opmerkingen: We had an almost-perfect experience with Airmeet, with only minor hiccups. Airmeet helped us scale up and grow way faster than we could have, especially with our financial limitation. It was essential for our organisation to do something on a larger scale and Airmeet was the right solution for us, providing us with everything we would need. The experience that Airmeet creates is really different from its competitors and set us apart. It really seems that the organisers are working hard to create a better experience for their participants rather than simply joining a zoom call. Attendees are more-often than not fascinated by the new and comprehensive experience and elated by the same and credit the organisers for their hard work of hosting such an event while on the organisers' side, it is a seamless experience to host any such event on Airmeet.

Pluspunten:

Airmeet offers multiple impactful and extremely useful features, that were missing from the real-world experience, for the organizing teams, such as, differentiating, organizers from attendees, providing a separate backstage feature, for the hosts and speakers to interact with each other. Also, setting up a webinar or multiple webinars is a seamless experience and is really effortless. The social(networking) lounge is one of the best features of Airmeet as it genuinely provides a real-life feel amongst participants of discussing what is being talked about and having small talks and note-sharing, etc. Also, the feature to host a complete event consisting of multiple sessions and multiple speakers is really wholesome and comprehensive. Airmeet also allows for easy streaming features. You can even schedule your streams. They allow you to record your sessions for free. One of the biggest pros of AirMeet is the sheer amount of free features. It really helps small organisations and businesses with limited funds to scale up and grow.

Minpunten:

The onboarding journey should be a little more explanatory, especially for the participants/attendees. We have often had our attendees say that it would have been a lot better if they understood the platform completely and how to make the most of each of the features that are present on the platform. Another feature, the chat feels a little out of norms as it does not support some habitual typing such as changing of lines and private messaging amongst attendees and participants. Also, for the organisers and speakers, Airmeet might seem like too much and a little too complex at first sight with too many features and a confused feeling.

Decent app – awful team/support

Opmerkingen: My experience was terrible, I recommend that you stay away from them at all costs.

Pluspunten:

I wanted to like Airmeet. However, I can not in any way recommend them as a solution based on the terrible experience I've had with their team and support.

Minpunten:

Airmeet's team is the reason I can no recommend their app. Their support is rude, unhelpful, and unreasonable. They refuse to provide any type of decent support even with basic admin tasks such as changing the email address on your account.

Airmeet - Does what it says on the tin - and more

Opmerkingen: Brilliant support. Love the fact that at anytime I can 'jump on to a support table' and get my questions answered in real time.

Pluspunten:

Flexibility. We started to use it as our 'go-to' working online platform. It has enabled our team to grow, to work remotely more effectively and in turn that positively impacts our business. We have run a few events already and love the networking and social lounge, this has enabled our 'guests' to make connections they may not have made - and that has gained positive feedback We are now planning some larger scale events with partners and 'sponsors' - which is new to us.

Minpunten:

Branding - I would like to have access to templates so that we can get it right the first time.

Airmeet Review | 6 Months of Usage

Opmerkingen: The overall experience has been phenomenal. We used to do a lot of offline meetups and with this pandemic kicking in, it became really difficult for us to replicate that experience for our users. Airmeet came in as a blessing!

Pluspunten:

Though there are several features to talk about in Airmeet, I love the following ones: - Virtual tables to enable networking (the real essence of a meetup) - Global automatic mute when the session starts (unlike other platforms where users can unmute themselves) - Raise hand: This feature allows us to sort the questions from the audience perfectly!

Minpunten:

Currently, there is only one con and I'm sure it'll be fixed soon. - In the current setup, unlike other products, the speaker/guest doesn't get to see anyone on the screen while talking/presenting. This makes them feel like talking to the mirror:/

Choose Airmeet for a better presentation

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with Airmeet was amazing. For the very first time in my life, I did an international event calling the highest post professional from a foreign country. I used Airmeet on that platform. The program still has its vibe in my market. People can not forget the classiness of the program

Pluspunten:

The user interface of airmeet is advanced and looks very elegant. Audience gets the deal when they see it at the first glance. It looks classy and audience automatically bear in mind that the program will also be classy. It help for my reputation growth and I like it.

Minpunten:

There is nothing that I would not like accept the pricing. There should be a separate portion of pricing for non profit and student accounts

Airmeet has enabled engaging virtual networking experience

Pluspunten:

We have been using Airmeet for a bit for the reason it has allow us to create a more organic networking experience for our virtual events. The tables and speed networking session are amazing to use.

Minpunten:

Setting up an even like inviting speaker seem quite hassled and we can't show view of all our participants like zoom.

A very good product for webinars and live events

Opmerkingen: Overall. A great product.

Pluspunten:

There's no need for an airmeet app for the desktop version as it's accessible on the web browser. This reduces a ton of friction.

Minpunten:

Learning curve can be a little steep mainly for new users

Best Virtual event hosting software

Pluspunten:

The concept of tables, chairs, backstage, stage in a virtual setting

Minpunten:

Consumes a lot of bandwidth therefore frequent connection issues.

Lovely product but our community found it too complicated to use

Opmerkingen: Our needs were simple. The product was feature-rich. Our community was used to Zoom and want the simplicity Zoom provided. They did not want to sign up for another product. Ultimately, we listened to them and reverted back to Zoom.

Pluspunten:

A feature-rich product. The free tier was more than adequate for us.

Minpunten:

Unfortunately, Techcelerate [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] community found it too complex to use. This resulted in us reverting back to Zoom and paying for it.

Even I can use it

Opmerkingen: It's a wonderful way to get the doulas that I train across the country and the globe to get together quarterly. They love the speed networking and the social lounge and the ease of presenting their work. It is helping the community to come together and support one another. It is doing everything that I need.

Pluspunten:

I love how easy Airmeet is to learn and to use. I don't consider myself to be fabulous with tech, but this makes me feel like a tech genius.

Minpunten:

I struggled to easily end an airmeet, but I suppose that's just practice. Finding my way around more.

Modern all-in-one tool for meetings and virtual events

Opmerkingen: I use Airmeet for 1on1 and group video meetings as well as small virtual events. So far I'm very happy with my experience as the organizer and the people that joined all found this platform refreshing. They love it. In one way it's familiar because it's similar to other platforms, but in other ways it's new and exciting. I noticed there's more interaction and engagement among attendees and presenters, which is a big thing for these online events. Looking forward to keep using Airmeet.

Pluspunten:

Airmeet stands out because of the easy of use and the features that make this an interactive virtual events platform. I like the social networking feature that allows attendees (and hosts) to join virtual tables before the session(s), during breaks and after. Very nice, just like in the real world when you attend larger events and want to get to know the other attendees.

Minpunten:

I haven't found anything that I didn't like. For the future, I'd like to have extra options to stream my events. I know Airmeet is constantly working on improvements and new features as I noticed they actually listen to customer feedback and do something with it. I find this very important for a software company.

THE platform for any type of online event – from intimate to massive

Pluspunten:

When it comes to letting users host online events, Airmeet does several things, and does them very well! The one thing I like the most about the platform is the user experience it creates for the participants of an online event – both attendees and speakers. Having organized virtual summits in the past, I know that it can be quite challenging, sometimes, to get closer to recreating an experience that's similar to that of a face-to-face event, but Airmeet excels at it. I love the fact that attendees can engage with speakers – through features such as live chat, polls, reactions (with emojis), direct messages, as well as directly from the stage! Plus, there's the Airmeet smartphone app, which means that people can join you even through their mobile device. And since content is a good part of creating a memorable experience for the attendees of your virtual event, you'll be glad to hear that Airmeet also gives you quite a lot of power when it comes to "controlling the stage": you can hide/unhide participants, enable/disable reactions and polls, change your video & audio setting, add closed captions, and change the resolution of your live streams.

Minpunten:

There are some small things I'd change about Airmeet. For example, if you'd like to host an event as yourself, you won't be able to do it unless you add yourself as both the host and a speaker... this sounds a little strange, because it almost seems as if you are two different people. Sure, this isn't the end of the world but it's one of the couple of things Airmeet has that slightly add friction to the process for creating virtual events.

Aimeet is the future of onlive big events

Opmerkingen: Airmeet helped me go from local to international in a very short time with a very limited investment. Airmeet also helped softly manage the remote working condition since the covid. I have subscribed to an annual account and it is now my virtual office to.

Pluspunten:

All of it, it is user friendly , great design, and has all needed features. It is an all in one user friendly software. For me it is a "coup de coeur". The Airmeet platform have had a huge impact on my business.

Minpunten:

The fact that for now it is only fully operational on computer but i am sure that in the near future the airmeet team will make it work on mobiles. I can not wait for that :)

The price point, the ease of use, the beauty of the UI.

At first, it was not possible to sell tickets directly on Airmeet. Since then, they added this features along with other things almost every month.

Best Virtual Venue

Pluspunten:

This is the most comprehensive virtual venue I have used since the inception of Covid. They have everything figured out!! The engagement in the social lounge is the best. I love the stage concept. It's the best.

Minpunten:

Not having all features accessible via the mobile app

Horrible Customer Service Experience

Opmerkingen: We were working with a sales rep. In order for my institution to enter into a business relationship with a software vendor, a thorough review must be done by our IT department. This includes the Terms of Service and can take a few weeks. Once we got the approval, I reached back out and was sent a contract that was not included originally. We needed to get this vetted and there was some language that our legal department had concerns about. I emailed our rep and received no reply. I then emailed the support account and was told our rep no longer works at the company and put me in contact with a manager. He informed me that the pricing structure quoted to us was no longer valid and that I would need to go with a different pricing structure. If I would do that, they could then justify their lawyers looking at our concerns. I pushed back on this a little but ultimately agreed to the new pricing. I never heard from them again after multiple emails. In the end, we went with an annual contract with a competitor at a higher rate. Even if I ever got a return message, I could not justify working with Airmeet based on how the sales portion of this experience went.

Pluspunten:

The software is great. Looks great, works as advertised.

Minpunten:

A few glitches here and there - most fixed with the reloading of the web page.

Great for our Gala

Opmerkingen: Overall Airmeet was create for hosting our virtual gala. It was easy to use, quite intuitive to learn, and our constituents enjoyed it greatly.

Pluspunten:

I loved the lounge feature where people had the opportunity to site and talk at tables they knew without being disturbed or disturbing others. It allowed us to create a cocktail environment in a virtual setting.

Minpunten:

I did not like that the host or speakers could not be heard by everyone in the business level of the package. I think the package where this is available is too expensive for a one-time event and/or smaller organizations without the financial ability to purchase.

Airmeet a great online platform for peer-to-peer engagement

Pluspunten:

To me, the killer apps are the Social Lounge and the Booths. Zoom has breakout spaces, but the Social Lounge makes it easy for participants to go where they want to (and to leave a conversation to join another if they want to). The Booths provide the onlne equivalent of an exhibit hall. Overall, Airmeet is the closest thing I've found online to the in-person experience at a good conference. I also like that they are responsive to their customers and add useful new features on a regular basis.

Minpunten:

I would like to be able to record a video with closed captions embedded. Also, it's frustrating to some of my clients that you can't fully participate in Airmeet with tablet, mobile phone or Chromebook, the way you can with Zoom.

Great product working on improvement

Opmerkingen: Overall it was great for what we needed, and they really seem to be working hard to improve the features. We would definitely use it again if needed.

we liked the backstage area feature and the lobby tables

Minpunten:

the lobby tables were really buggy and struggled to host as many as they said it would; screen sharing was difficult at times; several attendees had connection issues, multi hosts didn't work as expected (didn't know there was a max of 10, and you couldn't bring somebody to the stage when hosts were maxed out)

A great platform for real online connection

The virtual tables allow attendees to connect with others (not the case on other webinar platforms) The possibility as a speaker to see the reactions of the audience thanks to the emojis As a host, the easiness to add a speaker from the attendance during a session The possibility to have our virtual office and hold meetings or meet other colleagues anytime

The color of the background (very dark, especially for old screens)

Great performance & easy to use Events Platform

Opmerkingen: Most important aspect for a virtual event is stability, Airmeet is extremely stable & it has tons of features for sponsors, that makes it very meaningful.

Pluspunten:

Airmeet is incredibly easy to use, there's an almost zero learning curve & it's highly stable, so far been very happy.

Minpunten:

One has to reactivate the backstage banner, I guess this is a bot troublesome.
