Seamless service from BrandMail!

Pluspunten:

Working with the BrandMail Team is seamless. As soon as a request is sent to the team via email, the ticket is logged and the request actioned and implemented within the timeframe requested, if not before. They are helpful with giving advice and recommendations to improve marketing via their platforms. The way in which our marketing is integrated within our 6 campuses enables us to get our marketing message out there more effectively and reach a wider audience.

Minpunten:

Honestly, I have not had a reason to dislike anything about BrandMail, or their Team.

Small Business that needed branding

This company knows the meaning of what stellar customer service and customer experience is. It's rare that I will do a review but in this care, because of the care and the experience from BrandMail, I had to.

Pluspunten:

What I like most is the people, specifically the [sensitive content hidden]. She's an amazing entrepreneur AND person. This product is the best all-in-one solution specific for email mail communication and branding. You can tell it was well thought out and that they put themselves in the shoes of the people that would be using the product. The features are many and can replace having many other products. I'm thrilled to have found this company because as a startup that needed to get out of the gate quickly with a stellar looking brand, they made it happen quickly. I recommend them to anyone, and I will!

Minpunten:

There is a little learning curve but nothing that prohibits being able to quickly use it.

The BrandMail team is made up of absolute angels (especially [sensitive content hidden] )! The product that they've developed is nothing short of magical and I don't even use all of the features they have available (yet, anyway). It could not have been any easier for me to have my business email signature set up - the BrandMail team was there every step of the way to ensure a smooth integration! My email signature is consistent, on every single email, from every platform, regardless of what application is actually generating the email - it truly is magic! Onboarding new team members is a breeze and retains a consistent brand image for the business. Help is only a few keystrokes away, should I ever need to reach out. On a product that I use every day, several times a day, this is a no-brainer!

Using the editing software is a bit tricky at first, but the BrandMail team is ready to help if ever needed.

The branding is excellent. It allows for customization of your content. The marketing information generated is worthwhile. It is easy to use and easy to maintain.

I find the cost of it prohibitive when compared to other products in the market.

Beautiful branding and great service

Opmerkingen: It has been relatively easy to teach my coworkers how to use BrandMail and they are using the templates frequently, which streamlines and provides consistent communication with our clients.

Pluspunten:

Our company is very happy with the professional branding of our emails. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. We have a complex setup, with multiple offices internationally and BrandMail is able to accommodate easily. [sensitive content hidden] has been especially devoted and helpful in getting us up and running and happily making all the tweaks requested by upper management. [sensitive content hidden] has been an excellent technical resource, walking me through installation challenges and other hiccups.

Minpunten:

I would love to see BrandMail offer the ability to copy templates between toolbars/companies. This would make my job as an admin a little bit easier. We did have some technical IT challenges with BrandMail installation, but these were likely due to specific parameters of our server and remote setup.

BrandMail - Amazing Product and Staff

Opmerkingen: Easy to deal with and helpful company. They are very professional and so helpful with any learning curve I had. The product is very professional and integrates well with our Microsoft O365 email.

Pluspunten:

Professional Signature product that has many abilities we haven't yet started to learn but I look forward to doing so.

Minpunten:

No Cons for BrandMail, just for the slow Microsoft integration at times.

The installation was quick and easy. The support and assistance from BrandQuantum is next level. The design they did for me is beautiful.

It takes a little bit of time to learn the admin interface.

Professional and Efficient

Opmerkingen: The experience has been very positive. The product achieve the purpose we make use of it for and Paula, Simon and the rest of team are always so helpful and efficient.

Pluspunten:

BrandMail allows for Professional displaying of our brand and creates uniformity across all staff. The look and feel of the brand is now uniform for the whole company and with the use of Mail Templates, our communications to clients are also now professional and uniform.

Minpunten:

There is currently no downside to using BrandMail, in my experience. It is easy to use and all staff know how to use it with ease. Very low maintenance as well.

Opmerkingen: My experience has been incredible. I really can't stress enough that their customer service is simply incredible. There is a lot of bad customer service out there, and when you run across such exceptional customer service, it really makes you feel special.

My experience with Brandmail has been remarkable, mainly due to their extraordinary customer service. Despite the size of my account being relatively small, they've always shown me the highest level of respect, truly making me feel like a valued client. I can say without a doubt that their customer service is second to none in the software sector.Turning to their product, it has been an invaluable asset to us. The outstanding quality and visual appeal of our new email signatures have made a significant impact. I initially ordered signatures solely for my usage. However, my business partner was so taken with my first email showcasing the new signature that she immediately asked, "How do I get this?" Needless to say, we got her set up right away.In summary, the combination of BrandMail's extraordinary customer service and impressive product establishes them as a trailblazer in the realm of email signatures.

Local Nonprofit Steps Up Branding Game

Pluspunten:

Before BrandMail we had to depend on individual staff to update signatures and any promo banners which I felt like we were asking them them to change/update on a weekly basis. Now with a few simple clicks on the back end signatures are updated, banners added/removed and I don't have to bother our staff to make them. This service has streamlined our email branding and I don't have to worry about who has updated their signature and who hasn't. BrandMail has saved me so much time because everything is automated and all the staff have to do is click the sync button (if I forgot to push a manual update). Their customer service is top notch and I feel like an individual and not just another "client". I am more than a client with BrandMail and BrandQuantum, I feel like myself and our agency are part of their family. BrandMail has allowed me to focus more on fundraising, engaging our community and helping end HIV in our community!

Minpunten:

So far there isn't anything we don't like about the software. Any issues we have the team at BrandQuantum helps us work through them to get them resolved quickly.

Opmerkingen: The experience has been extremely beneficial and has provided me with the necessary tools as a designer to ensure that our visual identity is maintained professionally across the organization. All the necessary training is provided by the team and they go above and beyond to help you achieve your brand initiatives.

Pluspunten:

I like how the system is very flexible and includes a designer tool that has almost no limitations, giving you complete creative freedom to create visually interesting email signatures. Best of all, it has a super user-friendly interface with seamless Outlook integration.

Minpunten:

At the moment, there is nothing I dislike about the software. In the past, I've asked if certain niche design functionalities were possible, and what I appreciated most was that the customer success team came back with a solution on how we could best achieve our niche design requirements.

Branding mails that brings value and benefits to our customers!

Opmerkingen: The problem we were having before using BrandMail was that campaigns that were being run via email to our customers that were supposed to be benefitting our customers were being missed or overlooked. Because we email customers daily and our signatures are now branded our own, visible and we can add the messages and campaigns with a call to action these important and valuable messages are being seen and benefit our customers. It also solves the problem which is contact details my customers never had as my email signature previously used to only come through once in a thread and customers would have to search through it to get my details such as a phone number whereas now it's always there and is in line with our company's brand which I love.

Pluspunten:

I love that BrandMail allows us to add messaging and campaigns to our signatures where you can't miss the message, these messages used to be missed by our customers sent via email as they were easily over-looked or seen as spam where now we know with the insights, feedback and call to actions that our customers are seeing these messages and are gaining value by what we offer.

Minpunten:

I haven't come across anything I don't like or appreciate I think it has great value for money and is delivers more than I was expecting.

BrandMail's email signature management solution enhanced our email brand consistency. We did not have a solution prior to this, and it was time-consuming to create each signature, as well as keep track of users when they changed their signatures. The platform offers easy customization, analytics, and promotional banners. Brandmail is a valuable tool for companies seeking to improve their brand image and promote their services.

Minpunten:

If I could make one suggestion, it would be to enable/build the functionality where you can see tracked changes and comments appear in different colours for different email users in the body of an email.

The easy way that you can change the design of an email signature to change the brand as is rquired. At the click of a button you can have a newly branded signature without even doing anything as a user.

Minpunten:

The only thing I don't like is that you can't click on the signature and be able to call or email directly from the link there.
