The Ease of Utilizing Clearooms to Reserve a Work Space.

Opmerkingen: Since the pandemic and now being able to get back in the office Clearooms has made it easy for me to reserve a work space. The software is very easy to use and doesn't take a lot of your time up when reserving work space. My experience with it has been very positive.

Pluspunten:

I like that I can log on and easily see what desks are available. The layout of the work space is easy to review and I can then select my desk and reserve it for up to 14 working days. The software is very easy to use and learning how to reserve my work space was very intuitive. Overall for my purpose it is a fantastic piece of software.

Minpunten:

I really have nothing negative to say about the software. I would prefer that I can reserve my space longer than 14 working days. But still that is a minute issue. Overall I think it serves it's purpose very well.

A great solution to desk-booking following the shift to hybrid working.

Opmerkingen: We had a small issue at the start during a trial . relating to compatibility with older browsers. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was quick to respond and assist and we overcame this issue quickly and easily. The support we have received has been very useful and prompt. Clearooms were able to tell us how to set the system up, which was quick and easy, and this has made hot-desk booking simple.

Pluspunten:

The desk-booking aspect is what we primarily use. It is very user friendly as it shows the user an interactive floor plan where they can see exactly which desk they would like to book. As an IT technician, the ability to add filters to desks is critical. It means that we can set desks up with different IT equipment. The users can then see what each desk has, thus they are able to determine which desks will be compatible/most suited for them. The rooms can also be edited very easily which makes it ideal on the go, as we can update the floor plan and filters (equipment) on the go. Finally, the ability to use the software on mobile devices is superb. Users can book desks without the need of a desktop/laptop by using the Clearooms app.

Minpunten:

So far, the only issue we have encountered was the incompatibility with older versions of Microsoft Edge. However, this was easy to resolve by supplying our users with other browsers or updating their Microsoft Edge to the latest version.

Opmerkingen: Overall, I had a great experience with Clearooms. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and the booking process was fast and straightforward.

Pluspunten:

Clearooms provided me with an easy and intuitive platform that made it simple to book a room. The layout was sleek and professional, and the customer service was top-notch. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for quickly and easily.

Minpunten:

The only issue I encountered was that the search results could have been more accurate. Some of the rooms I found didn't have the amenities I was looking for.

Fantastic desk booking solution

Opmerkingen: Overall we are extremely happy with Clearooms. As the country came out of lockdown, we needed a solution that would allow us to manage office attendance and give users the ability to easily manage their own desk bookings on the go, and Clearooms has been perfect for that.

Pluspunten:

It was incredibly easy to set up and easy for our users to get-to-grips with. The mobile app is also incredibly useful when it comes to managing your bookings on the go.

Minpunten:

The list displaying who else is in the office on the date you've selected would be easier to use if names were listed A-Z. I have logged this suggestion with the team.

Opmerkingen: [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was brilliant from start to finish and since we launched and the necessary questions, we didn't need anymore help and if i do have a question, i know il get it answered very quick! The app and desktop version are stil working great as well :)

Pluspunten:

It is just so easy, I paid extra for the office design as just need a straight forward app that is what i got... training is 5 minutes, to book abd unbook desks is easy and we built it into our network so it is an automatic process...

Minpunten:

There is nothing I didn't like - I didn't take advantage of the meeting room option as we have an add on with TEAMS and OUTLOOK.

Sometimes the refresh rate is not as fast so seems like it is all booked up.

When opening the site it automatically shows our Naples office rather than our UK one, I suppose this cannot be changed but can be a little frustrating

Opmerkingen: Well priced easy to use solution that does what it says on the tin. Not full of a long list of fancy features that are never going to be fully used but are paid for.

Pluspunten:

Ability to add photos of our office. Easy to use. Looks modern and fresh. App functionality good. Reasonably priced.

Minpunten:

Inability to customise timing of books on Hot Desks beyond hourly slot. Half hour, or full customisation would be great.

Clearooms

Opmerkingen: Customer service has been exceptional, any help and advice we have needed has been received almost immediately. It was very simple and straightforward to set up and was quickly implemented with no fuss.

Pluspunten:

It is very simple to use, setup and amend features and it is visually clear and well set out.

Minpunten:

There have been no aspects so far that we have not liked.

Everything about this product is user friendly from the set up and daily use to behind the scenes administration.

Minpunten:

The interconnectivity with our meeting room screens was not possible. There was a work around but it added an additional step to the process we already had.

Desk Booking

Opmerkingen: Clearoom resolved the issue of lack of physical desk space for our firm, in an easy to use products that end users just uses and never mentions, which for me is ideal.

Pluspunten:

The support was fantastic and they made changes to accommodate our needs and the integration with Office 365 is perfect.

Minpunten:

I have not received any negative feedback regarding this software.

Easy to use functional app

We started using clearooms post lockdowns when we started to move to a flexible working solution. It is a simple way to check when team members are likely to be in the office, and to book your work space.

Minpunten:

There is nothing that I could personally improve here - its easy to use from a user point of view.

I love Clearooms, its so easy and user friendly. I can see in advance who is in the office and if/when there is space long before I am due. Fantastic product throughout the pandemic and just as useful today

Opmerkingen: Works well with an SSO so no need for passwords etc and the app is good too. never had any problems with it

Clearooms is perfect for booking space and meeting rooms. Easy to use and clear instructions. With our office plan uploaded you can clearly see what desks are free from those booked.

Pluspunten:

The diagram view makes it easy to choose the desk you want and I can book a desk within 2 clicks. Very quick and easy

The best so far

Pluspunten:

easy to use and clear. I'm able to book my desk for a long time period instead of doing it every day

Minpunten:

reminder emails, i'm receiving a lot. One reminder is enough.
