It has a great dashboard to manage our meeting rooms very easily. It easily integrates with our Google Workspace to make our meetings easier.

Minpunten:

Opmerkingen: Clearoom magically saves my time in scheduling and i have best experience after using clearoom as i am able to easily schedule of my all room booking at single dashboard without any difficulties.

Pluspunten:

Clearoom support me in my work by easily scheduling room, check available floor plan and i love its unique feature of Optional health questionnaire prior to booking.

Minpunten:

Clearooms never disappoint me with its service and i have no dislike about it so far.

I don’t have anything else to mention, but the dropdown menus are a bit confusing to use.

There are many pros of clearooms but here I am going to mention my favourite one. The real time monitoring feature of software in which software provides real-time data collection in monitorings helps a lot in management.

Minpunten:

The only thing I feel that can be con for clearooms is its complex user interface, the new users may find it difficult to use it in starting.

Opmerkingen: Well priced easy to use solution that does what it says on the tin. Not full of a long list of fancy features that are never going to be fully used but are paid for.

Pluspunten:

Ability to add photos of our office. Easy to use. Looks modern and fresh. App functionality good. Reasonably priced.

Minpunten:

Inability to customise timing of books on Hot Desks beyond hourly slot. Half hour, or full customisation would be great.

Opmerkingen: The setup process was super easy and all of our users adopted clearooms with minimal instruction or direction from the IT team.

Super easy to use and deploy. It has been vital to us implementing our hot desking and flexible office working policies

I would prefer more control over the frequency and type of reminder notifications to ensure our users do not forget to check into their booked desks

Easy to use and really clear as a user to book desks. Support if needed to use Clearooms is really good and timely. Overall a really good package that is updated and made better using consumer feedback

wish the user page wouldn't revert back to the first page once you exit a user

After careful reviews, CLearooms is the most efficient tool.

Opmerkingen: We are in the process of starting with this tool. But, after having completed the entire setup and configuration, I am very satisfied with our choice.

Pluspunten:

Ease of setup. User management. Office plan management,. Flexibility of the tool. Cell phone app available. Everything is customizable. Various languages available. Decent cost.

Minpunten:

Did not encounter any yet. Maybe after few months of using the tool, we may encounter issues, but I doubt it.

the restrcition on 30 day lookahead. not sure if this customisable. i am trying to plan 3 months of office time against home working - would be nice if it could extend the durations

Would like to be able to notify certain people based on what department needs to be notified and had to create distribution groups instead

It's very easy to book seats and check whos located were and book accordingly.

Minpunten:

I would prefer if we could set notifications for seat availability, so if someone cancels, you should be able to reassign that seat automatically or get a notification about its newfound availability.
