Opmerkingen: I have been using Lusha for about 1.5 years and I have never once run into an issue using this software. Furthermore, Lusha complies with the standards set by GDPR and CCPA, which takes a lot of stress off of my shoulders (as I have noticed many of the alternatives do not offer this option).

Pluspunten:

Lusha is incredibly easy to use and integrates perfectly with our companies Salesforce. The ability to quickly gather accurate and tested contact information ensures that our sales team always has the highest quality contacts available. Furthermore, Lusha customer support makes it easy to troubleshoot any issues you may come across.

Minpunten:

I believe that it would be beneficial for Lusha to be able to pull geographical locations from LinkedIn profiles in addition to emails and phone numbers. Perhaps having a checkbox that allows users to pick and choose what data they would like to pull can be useful.

Opmerkingen: Lusha has been a crucial tool to find decision makers incredibly quickly which is important for expansion in our business. The ability to identify a decision maker in seconds saves an incredible amount of time saving you money and allowing sales people to focus on driving more revenue.

Pluspunten:

The most important feature for us is the seamless integration between Lusha and Hubspot. Using Lusha, once we've identified a decision maker, we can instantly add this into Hubspot which is a massive benefit saving a lot of time. Lusha has a fantastic web extension for LinkedIn and we've found their data accuracy to be amongst the best having trailed other tools previously. It is easy to set up and administer to the team with little to no training.

Minpunten:

The only criticism is the data accuracy can be low at times providing out of date emails and phone numbers. This is to be expected but more could be done to identify leads with a low chance of the data being accurate and up to date.

I hate everything about this company. Do you like over paying for worthless leads you can hust go to fiverr and get a va to get you better leads.

The signuo is deceptive. You think youd get 400 downloads a month? No thats for the entire year. Complete waste of moneyvusi g this service.

Pluspunten:

Lusha engine that can access various data sources, including LinkedIn. It includes an extension, which allows users to search through their contacts and identify potential business clients. Lusha provides current contact information, and so we no longer need to visit a separate website simply to obtain a phone number.

Minpunten:

Not much to dislike as it is a useful tool except the cost can be high for certain usage.

Lusha works wonders!

Opmerkingen: It was abit of getting used to in the beginning. Also because we had to convince some other colleagues about the functionalities it has. I wasn't sure myself either in the beginning, since I could not find as much information as I was hoping to.

Pluspunten:

Lusha is really easy to use. You simply install the plugin and you're ready to go.

Minpunten:

What I like least about the software is that it's somewhat inconsistent in its records. Especially in the branche we are working in, it is sometimes quite difficult to find information on specific profiles. Some tests I ran, I only got 2 out of 40 records. It also sometimes sais to go to a profile, while I am at one already.

Lusha is a straight forward solution that offers value for money. Compared to expensive competitors it does a fairly good job. Some of the data could be better however it is grate product for speeding up the time taken to find information and generate leads.

Need Contact Details? Get Lusha?

Opmerkingen: Lusha is great for finding contact details for key people in time-critical situations and for building biz dev campaigns. Not perfect but best we've used; really useful tool.

Pluspunten:

Lusha is pretty well known amongst the sourcing community as one of the best tools for getting personal contact details - email address and phone numbers - from social media profiles. The chrome plug-in works well. Most users will be using this with LinkedIn. When you visit a profile, it tries to find phone number and email addresses and usually it comes up trumps. This often gives you personal contact details allowing you to bypass the corporate gatekeepers - that's why this is popular with recruiters. The LinkedIn Inmail system can be hit and miss (lots of LinkedIn users don't check or don't respond) and when you consider that Lusha could replace a premium or recruiter version of LinkedIn, it is good value if you are a sourcer, recruiter or biz dev professional. As you can turn off the monthly subscriptions this would be a good option for campaigns targetting specific verticals for example if you don't have an ongoing requirement.

Minpunten:

The software isn't perfect and it does get it wrong sometimes, but it is currently the best at what it does. While there's not much to dislike about Lusha, the problem with apps like these is that they invariably get either bought by LinkedIn/Microsoft and killed or just blocked when they become too popular. You may also be running into data privacy issues by using apps like this - check the legislation in your jurisdiction and you might want to run this past the Data Protection Officer (DPO) if you have one.

Lusha is a better option for Lead Generation

Opmerkingen: Having an accurate contact details has been very easy for me since I started using this tool a few months ago. Lead research has been fulfilling and effortless thanks to lusha.

Pluspunten:

Lusha has provided me a great and accurate results for contact searches, it also has a simple interface so that all users can easily navigate through the tool.

Minpunten:

Sometimes it provides the same contact details once the salesforce has been updated, it feels like it searches for the contact information that was previously saved rather than providing correct contact details.

Lusha is an amazing sales and Lead intelligence tool.

Opmerkingen: It’s easy to use tool to get lead info and company details. Extracts accurate movable numbers of decision-makers. It provides an email service. It syncs well with salesforce. Its extension is straightforward to access and extremely quick.

Pluspunten:

Lusha is a nice product and alternative to Zoominfo if you’re into prospecting, lead generation, and contact details identification domain. The most effective part is it complies with the GDPR norms and hence you’ll be able to use it to find the contact details of the EMEA region which is quite onerous through Zoominfo which is nice if your target market is APAC. Each of the cloud version platforms and also the extension works well. Lusha Dashboard is additionally intuitive, and helps is to keep track of credit used over totally different periods by different members in graphical format, which is quite helpful. The fact that appliance works very smoothly on the Chrome extension with less hassle. One will realize contact numbers as well as email addresses very simply by merely adding the extension on your Chrome or any web browser, occurring the target person’ LinkedIn profile and obtaining their information.

Minpunten:

Most of the profile doesn’t have mobile numbers. And conjointly, most of the time, the e-mail goes bounces back. We will not import details to CRM or into any doc file. It’d be nice also to have the titles of people on the list, so it’s faster to sift whom to pick and whom to skip.

Great prospecting tool

it find me mobile numbers i can't find anywhere else and therefore makes a huge impact on the opportunities I can find

Minpunten:

The lack of integration with SFDC is a pain. The upload to SFDC function was such a fantastic release, a complete game changer for time spent on prospecting. However, it could be a lot better. When you upload a lead it should integrated fields such as country, Job title, lead owner etc so Lusha could definitely be doing better on this part. Providing better field update would bring the company to the next level.

Good solution but expensive

Opmerkingen: Overall like using Lusha but these days many technical issues are cropping up like different profiles opening up on LinkedIn in place of a selected profile

The pop up on LinkedIn looks useful The phone numbers are useful for sales contacts

Minpunten:

1. Many phone numbers in the database are incorrect, leading to the wastage of credits. Also if a user stops the subscription, all the remaining leads go waste. • We have found some of the companies from the packaging & Steel industries contacts were not reflecting • Some of the remote locations like Bhopal, Nagpur, Himachal Pradesh, etc were found to be unavailable • Found 30 – 35 % of contacts are invalid email ids. For example, I have picked up 10 contacts out of those at least 4 bounce back.

Best product for Lead generation

Pluspunten:

Lusha is very useful in finding the email address of any people, I usually search for leads on Linkedin and my Lusha is integrated with my Linkedin for Business. I was able to find email addresses so easily with the help of Lusha. Lusha is easy to use and the interface is so simple, go to the LinkedIn profile and click on show email id on the Lusha plugin and that's it, you will find the email address of your lead. I also use Lusha for lead generation, this is a very easy way to find leads and their contact information. Overall Lusha is the best product for me to find the leads and their contact information.

Minpunten:

There should be an option to update some email address that was wrong on the Lusha, I have seen many times some errors in email address but there was no option to update that.

Lusha best for leads

Pluspunten:

We were using various different tools to get details of contact of our potential customers . But we cldnt focus more on calling as numbers were not correct or too old. Board line numbers were another hassle. Lusha was revolutionary in terms of helping us out. Even in times of lockdown and company cuts, no cut was made to keep lusha out. It is like a very important part and parcel for us.

Minpunten:

I think there would be many ppl who aren't on linkedin but there number could be traced somehow. How would we find there details? An option of correcting someone's number and a list of our contacts searched on lusha should be there somehow

Pluspunten:

Lusha (when it works) makes your life a bit easier when to comes to data extraction and finding the lead/contact's info (email / phone)

Minpunten:

1) if the contact has 2 emails on Lusha one is obviously a spam email (e.g Hotmail) and other one is real then the software isn't smart enough to flag this and write that the person works at hotmail / mircosoft in other words, it has the ability to differentiate one from the other of a 3 year old 2) the data 50% of the time is wrong and bad, which creates way more work than anything else 3) when exporting the data to a 3rd party tool (e.g Salesloft) the system can't really read the title of the person right "VP of digital transformation " would be saved as VP. which is pointless

This product helps in giving the contact details for senior/ medium / junior level roles. The best feature is the ease of use and we can report if the contact details are incorrect.

Minpunten:

Not major but in indian market usually the contact details are wrong for common names eg Amit gupta number would be some other amit gupta who might not be from the same industry.

Opmerkingen: I am able to reach individuals directly on a more consistent basis. Had to call main line and ask for my contact prior to this. If Lusha has the correct information (which is sometimes doens't) then I am calling them directly and have a better, quicker way of reaching them.

Pluspunten:

It is easy to use and providing the person's best contact phone number and email are the biggest strength. Finding someone's email and/or direct line is very tough so this helps alleviate some of those issues when prospecting.

Minpunten:

A LOT of the contacts don't have any email or phone number. It will just say something like "Lusha cannot verify the contact". When I was in the free trial a good number of contacts had the info but ever since I paid for the yearly subscription I am finding that a good number of contacts LinkedIn profile do not have their information or say "Lusha cannot verify the contact". Also - sometimes the information is inaccurate (which is exepcted).

One of the best Enrichment tool which can be used by any industry

Lusha is one of the best tool available in the market which helps any Database enrichment team work more easy. We have been using multiple tools and Lusha provides the best results. Using Lusha and Hubspot helps easy export of data into the CRM.

Minpunten:

As not all enrichment platforms are accurate, it happens with Lusha as well for atleast 8-10% of Inaccurate emails/contact details are provided.

Pluspunten:

Lusha has made life easier by enabling faster access to contacts on LinkedIn. Earlier I would have had to send several messages to a contact in order to get a response. Now I can get their handphone number with one click. It has really helped me in improving the quality of my network with a direct access to them. I don't think any business development professional or consultant can imagine life without LUsha.

Minpunten:

Many times the contact details are wrong. The phone numbers are not correct. Sometimes no details are given whatsoever.

Accessing contacts of key decision makers

Pluspunten:

I love that if I need to speak to the decision maker at a business, either CEO, Marketing Director or GM Lusha will 50% of the time have the correct mobile number ad email address. This saves me a lot of time as I do not have to go through reception desks to speak to these people

Minpunten:

It is obviously frustrating that the numbers are only correct 50% of the time.

Finds me the best contact details on a click

Opmerkingen: Lusha is great software we use regularly in our company to get the contact details in the recruitment industry we are into. It is really helpful and usually provides an accurate email ID. A lot of times the phone number is incorrect although.

Pluspunten:

Lusha is really helpful in finding the contact details of the candidate I want to reach out to. Cannot imagine a day in recruitment without lusha.

Minpunten:

A lot of contact details provided at lusha is incorrect. Sometimes it connects you with a person having the same name but altogether in a different location, which creates a lot of misunderstanding at times.

Excellent tool for lead generation and data extraction

Opmerkingen: I am actually able to target the right person rather than trying to connect with that through the office board line numbers because most of the times they never give you their email address. So by using Lusha I am actually able to reach out to the right person and that eventually increases my work efficiency. All in all I am quite happy with Lusha and wish Team Lusha all the best!

Pluspunten:

The best part about Lusha is you can integrate it with LinkedIn and which makes it an excellent tool because you can directly get the email of the person you are trying to target for your sales.

Minpunten:

The only thing that i dislike about Lusha is the number of free credits they give every month. 5 free credits is too low. They could atleast make them 25, that's what I feel.

It's ease of use and its integration with LinkedIn as well as Salesforce

Minpunten:

It isn't accurate a lot of times. When a contact moves roles and companies it either doesn't always capture the info or doesn't tell the user the contact details (especially contact numbers are for the old company). If this feature gets added it will be very helpful .
