Pluspunten:
Keeps all our client information in one spot, including pertinent documentation backup. Our Investors and DR’s have some access to Passiosoft, which then reduces emails directly to our Client Services. We have also requested custom applications and Passiosoft has provided prompt support to assist us with these solutions.
Minpunten:
Initially some of the standard report templates did not meet our reporting requirements; however, this was overcome by creating customized reports that were better suited for our needs.
