Pluspunten:

Integrating with Aiosell introduced me (a newbie) to the whole lot of things that a Hotel Hospitality industry should focus and know about. I didn't have to search for/ ask for things. Here all the things were there for me to learn and deliver best. It was so easy and quick to integrate too.Aiosell has made my job so easy and "efficient"Aiosell saves our time and is a very helpfull software. Their support team is so helpful. And we truely feel Aiosell has reasonable cost for what they serve.Cheers to Aiosell. You are a Wonderful Team.

Since I have been using this Software for less than 6months only, I don't have any serious contradictions.

Minpunten:

The booking engine is good to some extent, but it could be made more visually appealing and user-friendly. Additionally, while it allows for coupon creation, there are some limitations.

Built-in pricing automation

Opmerkingen: Overall it's okay. I got what i needed. Although it's not 100% a perfect fit, but i got what i needed. They should really work on booking engine and mobile app and make the development a priority.

Pluspunten:

Its dynamic pricing feature is killer. I like how i can set up pricing strategy for the whole year and automate the decisions 24/7. No need to create multiple, complicated rate plans like i used to.

Minpunten:

However, its booking engine needs a lot of improvement. While it should be one of essential equipment for direct booking strategy, but currently it's barely usable. I hope they work on it soon!

Domestic OTA's need to be included in the channels, not just the international OTA's. When approaching a client their first question on the Channel Manager capabilities is just that, "can we connect to the local OTA's like Nightsbridge and Siteminder.

Easy to use and affordably priced CMS/PMS

Pluspunten:

Easy to use for small property owners. The account management team is responsive to queries and was prompt with onboarding and integrating the CMS with all OTAs. Their revenue sharing pricing model significantly reduces the start up cost for a new property.

Minpunten:

The user interface could be better. Their automated pricing management system could also update prices more frequently based on property and area demand.

The mobile app doesn't have all the features of the web based service

The weekly and monthly analysis and graphical representation of the room sales is excellent.

The dynamic pricing feature becomes a bit of a hassle to use because every time we need to contact the Aiosell team to reset the minimum and maximum sell rate. Even though the team has been very prompt.

Opmerkingen: in the old day our staff always confuses with the rate structure and hotel promotion but since we using AIOSELL we don't see any problem regarding rate inquiry anymore.

Dynamic rates functionality and the fact its constantly looking into the pick and make decisions several times a day, rather than 4-6 times a day in other RMS systems and the customer service team and implementation teams worked hand in hand to deliver us the completed project with 7 days which included integration with PMS

Opmerkingen: It's a wonderful piece of technology. When you use its Revenue Management tool, it can help you take your business to the next level. It provides a variety of filtering choices for increasing revenue. Month by month, day by day, and hour by hour

Dynamism is calculated on a 365-day to hourly basis. This is what i like the most.

Reports most of the time do not match with the real time data.

As the title states , dynamic , it's real time algorithm is beyond expectation , helps in improving the Adr drastically.
