Super flexible feedback tool for a wide range of uses

Opmerkingen: The app is very intuitive and well designed. Our customers seem to enjoy the widget too with a very high response rate. The support was very good and we are happy customers.

Pluspunten:

Refiner allows us to run various types of surveys within our product and our websites. We initially started with a quick survey to better understand our users. We then started using it for customer satisfactions surveys and it's generating a constant stream of customer feedback since then.

Minpunten:

There is no option to send surveys by email yet. According to their support this will be added though in the future.

Beautiful in-product surveys for SaaS

Pluspunten:

Refiner is a simple, yet powerful customer survey tool for SaaS companies. Their in-app NPS survey widget is beautifully designed and yields to much higher response rates than surveys sent by email. We also like the idea that they support other types of surveys. With Refiner we can ask our users any kind of question whenever we need more insights on a topic (e.g. product research).

Minpunten:

It would be nice if Refiner could also send surveys by email as a backup.

Great Net Promoter Score tool for SaaS products

Opmerkingen: Setting up Refiner was really easy and we got our first NPS feedback coming in within a couple of minutes. Compared to other NPS solutions, it's obvious that Refiner was designed to match the needs of SaaS companies.

Pluspunten:

We really enjoyed the flexibility of Refiner and the ease of use. It allowed us to run NPS surveys and ask customized follow-up questions. The integrations made it very easy to push NPS feedback to email marketing automation tool.

Minpunten:

None I can think of at present. It has been really helpful.

Pluspunten:

Super easy 2-ways integration with Segment and great support in the setting-up and launching our in app surveys, made it a success!

Minpunten:

Being able to implement the surveys in our mobile app. Keep improving the Segmentation feature.
