"Easy to use, very flexible, and awesome customer support"

Opmerkingen: I use C-Meeting for my meetings with colleagues and customers multiple days per week

Pluspunten: C-Meeting is very easy to use from desktop and mobile (no need to use any App, just join from your preferred mobile browser), the HD audio quality is impressive. It does not require to install any plug-in and it does just work in all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, ...)

Minpunten: C-Meeting should provide integration with Enterprise Active Directory and Skype for Business.

"Easy to Use and Plenty of Features"

Opmerkingen: I like it! It's clean looking, easy for meeting guests to join and get the hang of right away. You can video chat while working on projects together, or talk by phone or VOIP. There's a library where you can upload documents you want to share with the meeting participants, either to work through or to have available for them to download. It's got chat, polling, desktop sharing...all the features you would expect. The thing I really appreciate is the customer support. You can actually get someone on the phone or email who will answer your questions and give you advice. I had to plan a meeting that was going to have a lot of senior citizens attending and I wasn't sure if they would understand how to join the meeting. I got help simplifying the meeting setup so it was easy for them to understand how to get connected and the meeting was pretty much a success.

Pluspunten: It's a flexible platform that can host many kinds of meetings...private, public, working meetings, listen only presentations, interactive presentations. There are a lot of features that can be activated or hidden depending on what kind of a meeting you want to hold.

Minpunten: The phone numbers available for my meeting guests to dial don't have any labels so it's hard for people to know which one is best for them to use if they don't recognize the area codes. There is a toll free as well, but my expenses are lower if my guests dial a local number.
