We Find Using GoAudits Is Very User Friendly For Both Our Team & Our Clients, The Ability To Quickly Conduct An Inspection And Have It Immediately Sent To Our Clients Is Amazing! The Dashboard Allows Us To View Any Outstanding Task & Action Points. The Support Has Been Fantastic From GoAudits, From Enquiry To Ongoing Support!

Pluspunten:

I love the app! It is easy to use and very user-friendly! I also love the support staff! [sensitive content hidden] has been my go-to guy for all my questions and system support. If I need to answer any question, he will either find a solution or help me find an answer quickly!

Minpunten:

I used to really love the broadcast function. But recent changes have made it less convenient to use. I also think the analytics are slightly primitive. It would be more useful if data graphics could be used to show data.

Pluspunten:

As the admin user it is great that you can limited access for the users to only see certain audits. Support team are always very helpful and quick to respond. The app is also easy to navigate meaning that it is fast to train staff how to use it.

Minpunten:

I find the backend portal on the webpage very slow despite using very strong wifi. I don't like that I can't permanently delete audits it has to be done by the go audits team. I think further descriptions and features could be useful so we can maximum the audits to the best of their ability. We would love to be able to complete the audit and send it to external users for them to review and sign.

Excellent Transition to Digital

The excellent customer service and support, together with the great product, user-friendly, additional functionality and in-depth reporting gave us a easy and cost effective route to make the shift from paper to digital inspections. We will continue to recommend Go Audits to others.

Pluspunten:

Our Association represents the best visitors attractions in Devon. All our members are annually inspected to ensure the highest standards and visitor experience. Go Audits made it possible for us to make the transition from paper to digital for our inspections. This was made easy with the excellent customer care and support they offer. Our inspectors really enjoy using the App and using the additional functionality of adding photos and comments. Plus our members really rate the full detailed reports they receive. We are heading into year two and will start benchmarking. We have updated our original form with the help of support and are now bringing in another Mystery Shopper inspection form. Go Audits have offered us further training on additional functionality that we didn't use in year one. We have already recommended Go Audits to a similar Tourism Association and would highly recommend to others.

One url with all the platforms in one place would be easier but its all still workable.

Excellent Software, great time saver

Fairly intuitive, it saves our team a lot of time while performing property management checks

I feel the integration between the app and the website could be a little bit closer to seamless by feeding updates and changes between each other automatically.

Intuitive report interface, easy administration and great customer service

Opmerkingen: The previous software we were using was complicated to administrate and GoAudits has been a pleasure to set up and use. Customer support has been amazing with our dedicated client manager readily available and helpdesk very responsive when (rarely) required. The interface is very intuitive and our team needs very little training to enable them to use the product effectively. The GoAudit team have worked hard to ensure that we have bespoke reporting, both automatic and on demand, which suits our client's needs.

Pluspunten:

The team at GoAudits are quick to respond to any queries and open to suggestions for improvements. The whole interface is easy to use, from administration to end use by our audit team, and it has also helped our clients to focus on the audit reports. The client site managers are presented with access to an Action Plan, keeping the audit in a 'live' state until corrective actions are taken. This has helped drive involvement from Operations teams, encouraging improvement between visits resulting in higher audit scores and better compliance with policies and procedures

Minpunten:

The necessity to be 'online' to start an audit or view the report can occasionally cause issues in the middle of a 'tin-can' factory with very little reception but is usually easily resolved with a short walk!

Simplifies auditing without removing functionality

Opmerkingen: Mine and my current organisations experience with GoAudits has been very positive since I started using it over 6 years ago and, since introducing it into my current employers system has simplified the compliance, auditing, CAPA management and planning activities involved in business activities along with regulatory compliance and certification requirements.

Pluspunten:

creating custom audit forms or checklists, Developing them from initial creation and using them during audits is a straight forwards and intuitive process.Once the report format is chosen, the completion of audits from the stock or custom checklists give clear information for our organisation on how departments, processes and where improvements can be made.

Minpunten:

The process for setting up audit schedules is a bit clunky and when dates have to be changed, the only to change audit dates appears to be deletion and re-entering with the same details except for the new planned date.

Pluspunten:

The GOA support are amazing. They are always available to helps us to increase our ideas to increase our training with our team. It is much appreciated to be able to audit with our mobile phone, it make it easy for all our employees.

Minpunten:

We think it would be great to have our neutral grids easily available in Excel/PDF format. For the time being, we are obliged to carry out a mock audit without scoring in order to have a neutral grid to send to our teams.

A great partner for the C-Store Collective

We have written many bespoke Convenience Retail specific audits that we encourage all our retail clients to sign up to. Easy to use, immediate reporting and con cover so many topics eg store standards, Food safety, Legal document checks, promo change over audits etc etc

Minpunten:

Nothing not to like, the form builder took a bit of getting used to but help is at hand when required

Great Quality

The form builder automatically adjusts when you want to edit, delete or rearrange the list of questions. I can archive and unarchive the audits as needed.

Pluspunten:

GoAudits has a vast amount of capability compared to their competitors. The platform is user friendly and versatile. IOS and Android compatible.

I do not have anything negative to say. There is a lot to learn in this platform and takes time to understand.

I wish that the custom standards would be included in the main reports of the corresponding department instead of a separate custom report I wish i could manage users myself and make custom audits myselfI also wish we could filter by associate in the analytics dashboard

Great app to navigate through different functionalities for users

The app's offline mode is a game-changer for inspectors working in areas with limited connectivity. Also it allows users to capture and attach photos directly within the app.

Minpunten:

There is always room for minor improvements in features and performance optimization, but the app stands out as a reliable and versatile solution for various inspection needs.

Opmerkingen: Go Audits have allowed us to remove the need to complete lodge audits on paper, this has been a massive step forward for us and continues to help with improving standards

The system is still a work in progress for Center Parcs so lots of learnings still, however i wouldn't currently say there are any cons.

Go Audits is user-friendly and creates efficiencies needed in our operation. Having recently spent some time with [sensitive content hidden] (our new Account Manager), I am a big fan of the performance, trends and summary tabs. These sections will aid in our effort to achieve our set targets for 2023.

Food Safety QA Audits

Opmerkingen: We recently implemented GoAudits as our primary platform for completing both retail food safety audits at our 70+ cafes as well as for our supplier FSQA audits. Platform was simple, intuitive, easy to implement, and provides a ton of functionality. In addition, the GoAudits Support Team is great and really responsive if you ever have any issues or questions. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to transition away from manual audit checklists to a fully automated digital auditing platform.

Pluspunten:

1) Simple, intuitive audit platform 2) Helpful, friendly support team 3) Very affordable 4) Nice reporting functionality and dashboard.

Minpunten:

Form Builder is a little challenging to use for creating long, extensive checklists. A mass upload feature or faster way to create/edit checklists would be helpful.
