Then refund process was excruciating, didnt refund money and had to follow up several times. Then you have to sign up with Pay for ACH which is worse. The rates are extremely expensive, they make you sign all this stuff before you get the actual rates, I never used service or finished setting up service and closed account with sage. Then a year later I get charges, they won't refund me even though I never used them or finished setting up.
