Comprehensive app

Opmerkingen: The tomHRM application is a comprehensive solution that can be adapted to your company's needs. There are plenty of modules to choose from and each offers certain amenities. Any errors or concerns are quickly resolved by the support team. Numerous ideas submitted by clients are discussed and implemented. The ability to create your own fields and automate many processes significantly streamlines many activities and allows you to store the most necessary information in one place.

- creating own fields - ability to adjust settings to your needs - user-friendly and easy-to-use ATS - quick response to problems

Minpunten:

- you can not align the cost centre to a specific person - no mobile app

Work in progress with high potential.

Opmerkingen: Despite a few drawbacks, it is the best program containing such a variety of modules and comprehensively managing many HR processes

Pluspunten:

The program is intuitive to use. A significant advantage is its user-friendly interface for both employees and administrators, as well as a section for additional information and guides. The modules are constantly being developed, so there is an opportunity to influence the program's shape

Minpunten:

Some features are not very intuitive and don't align with our specific needs. A significant challenge is the long waiting time for a response from the Customer Care department, with which contact is only through email.

We listen to our customers' feedback and add about a dozen new features and improvements every month. However, the system is developed as a universal system for all customers, so it can't be tailored to the specific needs of a particular customer. Our customer support team is available by email and live chat. We've improved our average CC response time over the last few months, so we're hopeful that your experience with tomHRM will be in line with your expectations in this area.

Very intuitive system

Pluspunten:

From an administrator perspective, it was very easy to implement the system and maintain it on a daily basis. From HR perspective, it allowed us to build a very good assessment system, used for all the employess within the company.

It's impossible to point out something that wasn't meeting the expectations, The system is well thought through

It is easy to use and intuitive. It gives the most importath HR features for each company of out the box. The tool for time tracking is great and improves menagement of the team a lot.

Opmerkingen: I really like using tomHRM. We were looking for some time perfect tool for us. And it was tomHRM:)

Pluspunten:

It's easy to use and quite obvious for everybody how should use it. Calendar with availability of all people is very useful

Could be easier to see all available of days off all team member on one screen

Pluspunten:

tomHRM is an excellent tool for SME companies. It is easy to use and to implement, can be tailored-made, huge value for money.

Minpunten:

feautures are not very advanced and insufficient for the company +200 users lack of integration with ERP

Great value for money

Opmerkingen: The benefits depend on the apps you will use (there are lots of them), but in general, tomHRM reduces paperwork not only for the HR department, but for all employees in the company. It also greatly improves internal communication and allows to organize many processes, for instance onboarding of new employees, feedback, time off requests, etc.

Pluspunten:

tomHRM is an excellent alternative to other SaaS apps for HR. In terms of features is as good as more widespread software, and definitely is much more affordable. The best thing is that it offers a great deal of flexibility, you can choose the modules you need and basically configure your own tailor-made software.

Minpunten:

There are a lot of features but some of them are not very advanced. However, new options are being added continuously so it seems the software is still under development.

Pluspunten:

User friendly, very useful (especially ATS!), with great support. All suggestions for improvements from the client are taken into account and often implemented - that's huge advantage.

Minpunten:

Translations from Polish to English - if I don't enter the name in English, it will be added automatically in a strange, random way.

Highly recommend ATS by tomHRM

Opmerkingen: My overall experience is very good. Highly recomended tool to all business looking for a modern, up to date , complex and still expanding tool.

Pluspunten:

User-friendly ATS module. Very useful and intuitive both for end-users and during implementation. Smooth cooperation with the tomHRM team. TomHRM tustomer team open to new suggestions coming from the client. ATS adds additional value to managing the recruitment and selection process, as well as communication with candidates.

Minpunten:

Hard to tell. I guess nothing to mention here.

Quick Fix with HR stuff

Opmerkingen: TomHRM serves the purpose, it helps with HR admin tasks without huge implementation projects for relatively small budget and with low effort thus helping Founders/Management Team focus on growing the business, which essentially is what startup community should be focusing on

no major issues, org chart had been a bit clumsy some time ago but has been improved since then,

This saves you a lot of time and money. The paperwork is gone and all is digitalized. You can customize the product to look the way you like. You have all documents and information you need in one place, and its so easy to access. Welcome to a new and easy way to work!
