Furthermore, there are plenty of tutorials provided by Notion and they have an excellent support team. They really hear what the users ask and they frequently implement the requested features.
Without recurring tasks and less task-oriented features it was a tough call to make. I wanted it to work so badly.

Notion. Worth it?
Opmerkingen: I decided to start using notion when I saw a review on YouTube, my main usage at that moment was organization. At first, I found it difficult to create my new tables, and it took me a while to learn how to use the formulas and different features. Once I learned, I created big tables with dependant columns and rows and automatic values, which have been helping me to keep a record of my grades at school and university, to track my tasks and organize my homework and work.
When you become a pro in Notion every aspect is a pro. Notion works in different devices (computer, android, ios), it allows collaborative work, you can create view-only or editing links, it works great not only for personal organization, but also for work tasks. At work is good for project management, scheduling tasks, taking progress and tasks of each employee, etc. It also has good options to filter access to each file. This allows to share the same document with different access levels in a big organization.Although I didn't find it too easy at first for complex tasks, there are various tutorials and documentation on the internet, and Notion and users provide free templates for different use cases, which makes everything easy.
The main drawback I found is that is not as intuitive as many people think. The user interface is friendly and nice, but when you want to create complex tables with many columns and automatic actions, it gets complex without knowing how to use it. Is as spread-shits, as long as you want to do simple actions with the basic formulas, will be ok. However, when you want to implement complex structures and use advance functions It may get complicated if you don't know how to use it.Anyway, it is not too difficult to lean, and once you know how to use it, you can create wonderful documents and tables that will simplify many jobs and will help you keep organized.
Experience the Power of Notion
Opmerkingen: This software has helped me solve many of my business problems and made my life much easier. Before I started using Notion, I struggled with keeping track of my tasks and projects, as well as managing my workflows. But now, I have everything in one place, organized and easily accessible. I can quickly see what I need to do and what the status of each task is, and I can also share information and files with my team members. The notion has also helped me improve my productivity and efficiency. I no longer have to waste time searching for information or trying to remember what I need to do next. Everything is in one place and I can access it from anywhere.I also love the flexibility of Notion. It allows me to customize my workspace to my specific needs, and I can easily change it as my business evolves. All in all, my experience with Notion has been fantastic. It has helped me stay organized, be more productive, and focus on what's important, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful task management and workflow tool.
One of the things I love most about Notion is its versatility. It is a one-stop shop for task management, scheduling, progress tracking, document storage, and workflow management, which makes my life so much easier. The most impactful features for me are task management and progress tracking. I can keep track of everything I need to do and see my progress in real time, which is incredibly helpful. I also appreciate the file sharing and collaboration features, which make it easy to work with others and share information. The notion is also very user-friendly and easy to use. I was able to start using it immediately without any problems, and the intuitive design makes it simple to find what I need. Integration with my existing business processes was also a breeze.Overall, I highly recommend Notion to anyone looking for a versatile and easy-to-use tool to help manage their tasks, projects, and workflows.
However, one thing that I feel could be improved is the mobile app. While the app is functional, it can be slow and clunky at times, which can be frustrating when I need to access information quickly.Another aspect that could be improved is the integration with other apps and services. Notion offers a lot of flexibility, but it's not always easy to connect it to other tools that I use regularly. I would like to see better integration with other services in the future. Finally, while Notion is a very easy tool to use, there are some things that I found challenging to learn at first, such as some of the more advanced features and customizations. However, once I got the hang of it, it was much easier to use.Overall, these are minor issues and do not detract from my overall positive experience with Notion. I still find it an incredibly useful tool for managing my tasks, projects, and workflows.

This saves me a lot of time and effort as I don't have to switch between different tools to manage my work. In addition, Notion has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to use. I don't have to spend a lot of time figuring out how to use it or learning new skills. Finally, the collaboration features in Notion are really useful for working with my team. I can easily share information and files with my team members, which is essential for effective teamwork.
Notion Product Review
Opmerkingen: The experience I have had with Notion is that I'm able to keep track of tasks that I assign my juniors. Also helps with scheduling tasks and that helps with reminding me of things I might forget to do. All in all, it has been an amazing tool for my business.
Notion has powerful collaboration features that allow us as a company to share and work together on pages and projects in real time.

A Superstar software for your Daily Task management
Opmerkingen: Notion is exceptionally user-friendly and highly collaborative. The platform was extremely user-friendly right away, and no internal nor external training was necessary before the full team could start using it. Never before have I used software in a firm that took off so swiftly, I believe!
For whatever you want, Notion is the ideal combo. Our team has experimented with a ton of organizational software, but Notion has shown to be the most effective. The thing I appreciate most about Notion is that you may use it as you choose; it doesn't compel you to follow a certain technique; it merely provides you with the means to do so.
People should do their own research to determine which characteristics are best and whether Notion satisfies those requirements. Notion can be used as a substitute for Trello or Asana, but it won't meet all of your demands for these programs.
Must-have Notes Application
Opmerkingen: Notion is a very well made application with excellent top features to support flexibility and collaboration with the team for notes. I just hope with the new AI, any integrations soon start in Notion as well with automatic creation according to prompt.
Easy to use, easy to start working with, easy to collaborate with team. The User interface is beautiful. The notes can be shown in a customized fashion. Notes are also displayed with a top page photo which is so perfect feature for me.
Nothing in particular is bad about Notion. New AI intregrations would go a long way for notes creation. Auto transcribing in meetings would be a good idea as well.

The best app I’ve recently discovered
Opmerkingen: I have been really happy with Notion, I would rate it a solid 9/10.
I like how simple and convenient it is to take notes as well as create to-do lists with Notion. The software is consistent with its minimal aesthetic user interface across all devices, which I like very much.
The software showing one’s recently opened content as a big box at the top when you reopen the application. It shows everyone what you’ve been working on as soon as you re-launch the software.
To help you organize your action plan
Opmerkingen: I use Notion daily for his calendar, appointment reminders, note-taking, and database creation. Its board helps me to structure and follow my action plan. A tool that is very useful to all those who have organizational concerns, especially professionals.
This tool is really great, a real all-rounder in task management and organization. With its various features, it becomes an essential assistant to help me in my daily life. I love the fact that it is easy to use and very customizable. Its features such as calendar, note-taking, database, and wiki creation. For me who have organizational problems, it helps me to follow my action plan and my schedule. Notion is a tool that is very useful for professionals, but also for the whole family, including students. I recommend it for those who are looking for a tool to organize their work and professional life
- Not easy to use for beginners- Some features are a bit expensive, such as the purchase of customization
One of the best productivity apps for anyone who wants to keep themself productive.
Opmerkingen: Absolutely amazing. My life is so much easier and I get now more time to spend with my family thanks to Notion.
NOTION is a true lifesaver productivity app for anyone who really cares to deliver the best of him/her by the end of the day. Once you open the app you will have option to customize the pages you see on the left side, create new ones, include links, add people who you work with, tag them, add pictures, prioritize your tasks, set deadlines and set a reminder for every deadline you set of. It basically has everything I would ask for, almost perfect and it saves me a lot of time by keeping me organize throughout the day.
The only thing I like the least about this software is the font, it has very limited fonts to choose from. I wish they had more.

versatile and powerful tool to help you organize your docs, and manage your tasks
Opmerkingen: I find it to be a very versatile and powerful tool that has greatly improved my ability to organize and manage my work. The clean interface, availability on multiple platforms, and the variety of integrations with other tools and services make it a pleasure to use.In many ways, I consider it to be the new Google Drive, but with more flexibility and customization options. I would definitely recommend Notion to anyone looking for a better way to organize and manage their work.
It is highly customizable and can be used for a wide range of purposes, including project management, note taking, and task tracking. I also like it because it's easy to use and has a clean and intuitive interface. Additionally, it is available on the web, mobile and desktop.
I found it hard to use Notion on iPads and with Apple Pencils. While it's very intuitive on laptop, it's doesn't feel the same on an iPad when using a pencil.
Best Multi-Function Platform
Opmerkingen: Notion allows me to manage my entire life, whether it comes to school/work, finances, or private life. I cannot name one platform that does what Notion does any better or to the same extent and I do not see myself departing from this platform any time soon - it is so versatile, so even when my life goes through drastic changes, I am able to adjust the way I use Notion to fit my needs.
I use Notion mostly for taking notes - separate pages, toggles, to-do-lists, and tables make note taking so easy! I admire how customisable every page is and the many block options I have to make my experience personal and unique. Notion also allows me to make really effective to-do-lists and manage my tasks and projects because of this range of options. I find it particularly helpful that I can embed and link other pages, websites, and documents - it allows me to keep everything in one place.
On occasion, Notion has not recognised that I have been online even when I have a stable wifi connection. This applies specifically to eduroam connections. Other than that, I cannot point out any other problems or negatives about this platform.
A more doesn't mean always a better
Like many others: I am a migrant-from-evernote-to-notion user.
So I really feel a difference. Evernote become with time a boring routine. You ended up konwing all what the software capacities without a horizon you can looking for. Evernote blog is a good resource but it is not enough for me.
The comparison with Evernote is critical for me. So I can tell you that Notion provide you all what Evernote offer plus a not-so-boring journey during using the product.
Without doubt its ubiquity (they claim you can organise anything within it) is incredible.
User experience is not that good. It is not comfort for the eyes. Too many options. Too many features. Need time to learn and use and you ended up reexplain that too many time to your team OR you must buy Khe course about that product. And it's something you should really consider into your calculation of what that software cost.

Flexible and Collaborative!
Opmerkingen: Personally, I love this tool because it allows me to build databases of knowledge, even my personal Resume page. Everything is in one place and I don't have to search extensively through notebooks or confusing organizational systems. I like that you can really transform your ideas from just a thought to reality. Notion is great for tracking goals and helps you to navigate towards your end destination. If you're using it with a team it can be a great place to build up internal knowledge bases- but the trick is keeping it updated and making sure that what you're building is something an average Joe can navigate.
Notion is a great tool to use because you can do a variety of things on the tool. Project & task management, note-taking, building knowledge deposits, I even built my own resume page about myself in Notion! It is a functional and flexible platform that also allows the administration of databases and these can be connected to each other and also provides great value as the ability to connect information between different departments or pages helps our employees find information easily.
The mobile apps aren't 100% amazing, there are some features that I think should be more included with the free version and the price is a little high.

Notions acts as a backbone of your team in a term of article storage and discussion place. You see, it is very easy to say "a lot of systems offer article and document storage" but in reality most of them lack clean representation, simple but working hierarchy, sound way to discuss the document, comment it, and notify about the changes. More, notions allows you to attach arbitrary files and images to the document. You may even expose some pages of notion as a part of your website and they do look organic! Tables, icons, images, backrounds, labels - it is all there. Right you may name a lot of similar systems, but there is an distinctive thing about notions: it is concentrated on articles and information and it does that great! Notion offers very easy to learn, fast way to create document, similar to one you may find on Medium. We've tried a number of different approaches, including basecamp, confluence, slack, dropbox paper - notions is a clear winner. Notions does have native application for the both desktops and mobile systems. Notion may be integrated with a number of other products including Slack. You may even build your website using nothing else but notion itself. Notion requires just a bit of time to understand how much actually can be expressed with text, tables, checkboxes, labels, comments, images and files. This is revolution made using the set of a very simple things.
Here I am looking at 100min counter and having no idea what to write. The only thing what I am really scared of is that notion may attempt to change the focus and instead of master of articles become jack of all trades. Right now it is one of the rare products I use every day without any regrets.

Fantastic for personal and professional use

As someone who was using every single organizing tool under the Sun, I'd say there's nothing more flexible, user-friendly, and smarter than Notion. I am beyond grateful to the creators of this product, can't recommend it enough.
1. Great flexibility - it allows you to custom your pages however you want, it's like all its competitors in one! Whether you need standard tables, text, mood board, project management tools, task lists, Notion has it all 2. Shortcuts and links for everything - once you become an advanced user, you'll finish your work faster you could ever imagine, as it has shortcuts for every action. You can also link pages, and pull out the data from one page to another, which is incredibly important when you're managing projects & people 3. Perfect for both personal and private use - I store my reading lists, to do's, home binder, and run my company in the same app 4. I would like it to be encrypted, and by far this is the only disadvantage I've found.

The ultimate make-it-your-own knowledge system
Notion works well as an organizer of all things knowledge. In our school we use it to organize term and weekly planning, as a bookmark manager, and also to publish certain content for students in a "fenced" environment.
This app can easily replace many other apps if the user knows what their specific needs are. Highly recommended.
Flexibility: Notion can be whatever you want it to be. Some folk use it to take notes, other people find it a great meeting organizer. I use it as a master database of all things work and personal: tasks, notes, calendar reminders, bookmark manager... You can program it to suit your needs. It is highly advisable to model in paper what is it that you want from Notion.
Notion is a very closed ecosystem. I would love it to synchronize with Google Calendar or for it to talk nicely. to Gmail. Not an option right now. The calendar view can benefit from a "weekly" or "agenda" view. Offline work is still a work in progress. Can become difficult to use if databases are not planned properly.
All in one Editor
Opmerkingen: Using it as my go-to tool for note-taking, project tracking, and sharing a common knowledge base across people. Use it for personal use cases for tracking my startup growth.
Excellent note-taking tool. Good for document storage and sharing. It also has a feature profile management, for personal and company usage. Files can be shared and made available publically. Good pre-defined setup for project tracking and management. My personal favorite is the Page icon and the cover icon of the page. Amazing community and pre-defined templates available for all general use cases.
It just can't be used directly, and comes with a decent learning curve. More integrations with tools needed, also support for more coding languages.

My testimony and avaluation of Notion
Opmerkingen: Overall, my experience using Notion for task and project management has been positive. The platform offers a wide range of features such as task scheduling, editing and updating, progress tracking, project planning, and integration with other apps and services, that allows me to stay organized and manage my work effectively. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to use even for someone who is new to the software. The ability to create custom properties and use tags enables me to categorize and sort my tasks in a way that makes sense for me. Additionally, the ability to embed other types of content like images, videos, and documents in my pages, allows me to keep all my project related information in one place. However, I have found that the integration with other apps and services could be improved, and the mobile app experience could be more user-friendly. Overall, Notion has been a great tool for me to increase my productivity and stay organized.
I have been using Notion for task and project management for several months now, and I have found that one feature that I particularly appreciate is the flexibility of the platform. Notion allows me to customize and tailor the way I organize my tasks and projects to my specific needs. The ability to create custom properties and use tags enables me to categorize and sort my tasks in a way that makes sense for me. Additionally, the ability to embed other types of content like images, videos, and documents in my pages, allows me to keep all my project related information in one place. I also appreciate the simplicity of the platform, it allows me to focus on my work and not getting lost in a maze of settings and options. Overall, the flexibility and simplicity of Notion is a feature that I particularly appreciate, it helps me to stay organized and productive.
I have found that one feature that I particularly dislike is the limited integration with other apps and services. While it's possible to integrate with other apps like Google Drive and Trello, it still doesn't provide the same level of seamless integration as other project management tools. Additionally, the lack of real-time collaboration tools such as in-app chat or video conferencing makes it difficult to work efficiently with my team. Furthermore, I found the mobile app experience to be a bit clunky and not as user-friendly as the web version. Overall, while Notion offers some integration and collaboration features, it could be improved to provide a more seamless experience across different apps and platforms.
A Comprehensive Productivity and Organizational Tool for Individuals and Teams
Opmerkingen: Overall, Notion is a comprehensive and flexible productivity and organizational tool that can be very useful for students and professionals alike. While it does have a few limitations, it is well worth considering for anyone looking to improve their productivity and organization.
Notion is a comprehensive productivity and organizational tool that is gaining popularity among students and professionals alike. As someone who has used Notion extensively, I can speak to the many pros and a few cons of this platform. One of the standout features of Notion is its flexibility and versatility. It can be used as a note-taking app, task manager, project management tool, and much more. It also offers a wide range of formatting options and the ability to insert images and other media into notes, which can be very useful for students and professionals alike. Notion also offers excellent cross-platform support, with apps available for all major desktop and mobile operating systems.Another key advantage of Notion is its robust search function, which makes it easy to find specific notes or information within your notebooks. This can be especially helpful for users with large collections of notes or those who need to frequently reference past notes. Notion also offers robust collaboration features, including the ability to share notes and notebooks with others and work on them together in real-time.
One issue is that the free version of Notion is somewhat limited in terms of features and storage space. Users who want access to all of the platform's features and a larger storage allotment will need to upgrade to a paid subscription. Additionally, Notion's interface can be somewhat cluttered and overwhelming for some users, which can make it more difficult to navigate and use. Finally, some users have reported performance issues with the Notion app on certain devices, which can be frustrating.
Notion is one of the most powerful end-to-end all-in-one productivity tool
Opmerkingen: Truly Amazing
I love how versatile Notion is - I use it literally like a second brain in order to manage everything in life - especially chores and tasks. Templates make this so much more powerful. I love how we can convert pages into their own websites and share them. Especially with third-party tools that work on top of Notion, it makes this a productivity beast! Absolutely love Notion

One of the best multi-purpose project management software you can use.
Opmerkingen: I often use Notion as my hardware venture. I collect and prepare the contracts we will make on Notion. I create Wikis on Notion to inform the client. I also use Notion to avoid confusion in my side projects because sometimes I forget what I'm doing and what I'm going to do. Thanks to the themes it offers, I can create pages in a very flexible way. On the other hand, I use Notion for personal time management, meeting notes, etc., without the need for a different application. This works great because I don't like using too many apps. Overall I am very satisfied with Notion. I definitely recommend it.
First of all, it's great to be able to use Notion for so many different purposes. For example, I use Notion for project management in my professional business. Because it offers many different features completely free of charge. I can share directly with my colleagues and perform simultaneous file editing. There are many different free themes. We can also use these themes by customizing, if we want, we don't even need to customize them because they are really good. On the other hand, when you have many side projects, you want to get rid of clutter. I think this is one of the best apps you can do. Because it gives you the opportunity to add pages easily, customize the theme and add many features to your page quickly. You can also use it for your personal business. For example, I helped my girlfriend prepare a timetable on Notion for 6 months during the exam period and we really benefited from it. When we collect all these, we see again what a good application it actually is. Thank you Notion team. To summarize, having regular pages, integration with many different plugins, very flexible and feature-rich plugins, having various themes (really good themes) and being able to create your own themes are very good features.
Frankly, the only feature I don't like on Notion is that sometimes we need to download files. For example, we prepare the project contract very well over Notion, but since it will be an official document, it must be of the specified type. But the pages that look great on Notion may not be so good when downloaded. Sometimes (I'm an iPhone SE2 user) the pages I navigate in the mobile application can be deleted. It is not possible to repeat projects in areas such as metro. I would like this fixed, maybe I'm the problem. I'm still having a download problem. This problem is in the tables. I would like the tables to be downloaded directly in Excel format.
Beyond happy with Notion. I don't think I could ever work without it in the future
Opmerkingen: Personally I use Notion everyday to track my OKRs (objectives and key results) and document all my learnings. Out with Google sheets and links everywhere - in with notion pages. With possibilities of adding virtually anything into the pages (timelines, tables, videos, images, etc..), it makes everything much more clear and readable. It has become a core tool in our internal communication. On top of that, you can even create pages for external use. I believe Pento are a great example [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] They literally use it as an employer branding tool to present their company to the world. Why not do something like that for your company? :)
What I like the most with Notion is that I do not even know where to start to describe it. We use it for so many things in our company. Each team has their own space where they can drive their own projects - some may have some high level presentations of the people in the team, others like marketing use it for their "project requests". All in all I feel that everything is just much more organised as soon as it is in notion. The important is probably to start with a good structure and then make sure everyone knows how to use it.
When it has not been structured, it can get chaotic. Make sure you have a great "base" and then onboard all the users with some guidelines, and it will all be great!
