Thanks to Luigi's Box, it is much easier to manage the search engine and autosuggester mechanisms. This tool also offers great analytics to help you optimize your website content for search. A numerous tool for personalizing communication in the autosuggester are a great marketing tool.

Minpunten:

Some solutions are still in beta phase, although they seem to work properly. Apart from that, I don't find any disadvantages with this tool.

Opmerkingen: LBX is not perfect, as, at every SaaS, there are some minor bugs, but the company is approaching it very well with near to immediate solutions. Communication with LBX is easy and very responsive.

Pluspunten:

Luigi's Box is really outgoing, willing to cooperate in multiple areas, providing custom solutions tailored for our needs.

Minpunten:

Quite heavy need of proper feed setup(on our side) in order for everything to work properly. But that is something you generally need to count on.

Opmerkingen: For our two websites, we use Luigi’s Box, and it is a very powerful search tool with background statistics. The tool solved our problem of insufficient descriptions, filtering, and categorization of parameters. These parameters become irrelevant with a powerful search engine. The AI handles the search very well, so customers don’t even have to browse the entire site.

Very good tool, how to find out what people need from us. A visual effective dashboards and a lot of strategic information's about products and searches without results.

Minpunten:

I miss some historical data, for compares. YtoY or QtoQ. we can see only 3 months trends.

The starting configuration gave us more than 50% better quality search ratio and various tools to enhance those search results even further. The analytics tools are more than enough to obtain business decisions.

Intuitiveness of control panel AI, but most of all - great search quality from the start.

Minpunten:

That I give it a chance that late. I should have done it way earlier.

Robust ecommerce search engine

Opmerkingen: We are overall very happy with the solution, it works well almost all of the time and when it does not, their customer support usually deals with everything as soon as possible.

Pluspunten:

It has all the necessary features like rule-based merchandizing, synonyms and synonym suggestions (that are surprisingly good), even a tool to do A/B testing. Other than that the basics are very automated and do not need much human input.

Minpunten:

Analytics. They are lacking the option to do previous period comparisons and metric trends over time.

The right combination of search engine and recommendation tool

Opmerkingen: The experience went very well. The pre-production exchange tools are well-defined and the feedback from the team is very rapid. I appreciated the kindness and skills of the people I spoke to. Having implemented other product recommendation and internal search engine tools, the complexity is equal. You have to know how to retrieve the data and communicate it properly so that Luigi's Box can work with it. It's not magic!

Pluspunten:

We had tested recommendation tools and search engines, but they weren't good enough. These tools were also dissociated, which didn't make the proposal any more relevant. Luigi's Box combines two tools but is above all based on AI. In a sector where it's difficult to get good cross-selling because the products are necessities, we've found that Luigi's is doing very well. I like Luigi's automatic email reports that I can send to the product team so that I can adapt the offer according to trends and queries without the products on offer.

Minpunten:

Creating the product flow took longer than expected. I recommend using a flow manager to make the task easier and avoid asking too much help from a developer. It would be great if you could provide technical support in French.

LB the search engine that change my site

It works perfectly well, we have 1.500.000 products so search engine is crusial for us

- the integration took ages\ - the way of valueing costs by tokens is not clear enough

Opmerkingen: For a relatively small amount of money we have got a very nice tool which just works. And is was also very easy to implement.

Pluspunten:

It helped us to solve a longterm problem with internal search functionality which was very hard to optimize within our native CMS functionality.

Minpunten:

For a long time there were no analytical outcomes to see how people use the search. However this was solved and now I have no more issues to handle.

Exceeded expectations

Pluspunten:

Love the search engine. we were using previously in-house solution but Luigi’s Box is a great improvement over that. That alone would justify the investment as it vastly improves the user experience of our website. In addition to that, their pricing is more than reasonable and implementation was seamless. Can't recommend it enough.
