Easy to Use - One of the Best E-Signature Platforms

Signwell is really easy to use :) and is more affordable than many of its competitors. I found it easy to set up templates.

Minpunten:

Generally it is an easy platform to use. It took me a little while to get my head around but overall very easy.

Opmerkingen: It worked for a few days I think, and I did four or five documents.
I can't remember the small print, but as in most of these things, the free offer is limited, and one is guided to sign up for a monthly or annual service.
I wonder why one cannot just buy it once.

Pluspunten:

Quite quick and easy to install so that is a plus.

Minpunten:

The choice of typefaces for the signature is very limited. Should there not be a facility to drop in a hand created signature and initials.

Very easy to use and operate. I want to use this product full-time and not just on a trial basis.

Nothing - I have not had any issues with my trial and look to continue use of the program.

Bulk signing works but slighly complicated

Opmerkingen: I used it to sign the monthly meeting minutes of my housing board committee once per month, but recently, we needed to rewrite the contract for our garage, approx 50 contracts. This was slightly complex to get started and it was a fairly deep learning curve, however, we also learned that this might be quite usefor moving forward managing the contracts.

Pluspunten:

The solution makes what it is supposed to at an affordable price.

Minpunten:

The bulk signing wasn't very well explained and a bit tricky to get going.

Very Pleased Customer

Opmerkingen: I'm very happy I found this service. It was easy to use and send to my clients. I was able to get their signatures without having to troubleshoot with them.

Very easy to use - simple and gets the job done. It seemed easy for my clients to use as well. Much better than my other method of attaining signatures.

I would like to have an option within the email confirming the documents are signed to save it directly to my computer files.

Opmerkingen: There are many options when it comes to electronic document execution. SignWell stands out from the rest due to its ease of use. The platform is economical, simple, and user friendly. Customer support is 5-star.

What I liked least about SignWell is difficult to state. I really found no issues to remark on.

Easy to use, excellent value

Pluspunten:

It's super easy to use. I like that the free version allows me to use my template. I also used the paid version to save the templates and I was doing more volume, and the monthly subscription was reasonable. I was using Adobe Sign before, and this is more streamlined and simple.

There's very little to dislike about SignWell. However, if I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the customization options for email notifications. While functional, having more design and formatting options would enhance the overall user experience.

The perfect fit for my small business!

Opmerkingen: As a small business owner, I appreciate all that SignWell has to offer. It is easy to navigate and there was no real learning curve. I signed up and created my first contract for signature within 10 minutes. My clients also find it very straight forward and helps me gather signatures needed in a timely fashion.

I honestly have not run into anything negative! My current budget doesn't allow for me to do a paid plan, so the limited number of documents on the free version can sometimes cause a road block in getting the documents needed sent out - but that is no fault of SignWell.

Great electronic signature service

Opmerkingen: SignWell has been a great service, quick to start, easy to use, I created an account, uploaded a contract, created 'signature' fields and sent it off for signature within minutes. I definitely appreciate the service, it's easy to use interface and 'free' level account.

Pluspunten:

SignWell is quick and easy to setup, especially with a simple signature requirement. I appreciated the 'free' version, which allowed me to try it out and get started without any risk and allowed ongoing free use providing a few signatures / month free. The price for the paid level is fair and much appreciated - As a small solo company, I don't need the advanced enterprise level services of other providers, nor do I need the high prices for relatively easy contract review and signature.

So far, I've been very happy with SignWell and have no reason to complain or change services.

Every Business needs Signwell for Contracts

Opmerkingen: I was looking for a more affordable online signing capability for construction contracts to be signed by homeowners and found Signwell through a google search. The account was very easy to set up, no cost involved and we began using the service immediately with great success.

Ease of use, and terrific price! The website is intuitive and easy to use.

That we didnt find it sooner. We sign a lot of contracts with customers and need an easy to use and affordable system, and Signwell delivers.

Easy and Simple to Use

Opmerkingen: I was fairly new to electronic signatures and document preparations. This application made the learning and implementation process fast and easy. I use it for all my document signings.

The application is well designed for the tech savvy and those that have limited experience with electronic signatures.

Minpunten:

Not sure if the notifications can be adjusted and selected to choose which notices you want to receive. Your email inbox can quickly become overwhelming with unnecessary notifications or the ones you do not want.

The price of it if you go on the annual plan. I wish there was a way that you would consider the reduction of the price for the monthly plan not to make it too high especially when I normally don't have a number of documents sent out electronically to be signed in a month yet still need to pay the subscription.

Opmerkingen: I usually have strong criticisms for tools in Signwell's product category - and I have used a number of these. However, I have stayed with Signwell. So that says I love the tool.

Pluspunten:

So after a document is completed, first Signwell provides a digital identity to that document; in addition to this, there is usually this automated thread of document engagement attached at the end. This feature provides an extra layer of authenticity to documents.

Minpunten:

Well, I know Signwell is a business and needs to make profit. However, I think 3 free running documents per time is quite restrictive - maybe 4-5 is ideal.

A waaay better version than DocuSign

Super easy and intuitive to use. I like the way you can choose Initials, Signatures and size them to fit into your form and you are notified when they have looked at the document that you're having them sign. Great product!

Signing Documents Hasn't Been Easier!

Opmerkingen: Overall there is nothing much to complain about. My clients find it very easy to use and the process is quick, as long as I delegate where they are supposed to sign. Again, a location to include a third party signature if the client you are working with is through a third party. Find some way for them to get the document as well via email but they DON'T have to sign it.

Pluspunten:

The ease of use with this product. Signing client documents for them and allowing them to download and review them has been a huge plus.

Minpunten:

One little gripe is that if the document is required to be signed by the client, but the client is working with another third-party vendor, I can't seem to add a secondary recipient for the document's signing.

Non-profit Programming

Opmerkingen: So far good. Still very new and seeing how easy it is so far for clients to fill out our financial aid form.

Pluspunten:

I liked that we could take legal documents which couldn't be converted to digital surveys and needed to be filled out in person to now be accessible to families and clients online AND there is now downloading or printing necessary. They can just submit the PDF filled straight to us.

Minpunten:

I wish that check box questions could somehow be require to choose one before submitting. Right now you can make a particular check box required but we need just the question to be required and they can pick any check box. We have issues with clients skipping important questions by accident but we don't want to require a particular answer is that makes sense.
