Amio makes it incredibly easy to set up e-commerce chatbots with its user-friendly templates and AI/GPT integration.
It had some minor flaws and bugs – but hey, which application doesn’t. Most importantly Amio team were always there to provide a quick fix.

Good app, excellent service
Pluspunten:
I found chat bot application easy to use. In addition, they have helped not only with application - also shared their experience and gave some tips on copywriting, making bot user-friendly to our clients, etc.
Minpunten:
It had some minor flaws and bugs – but hey, which application doesn’t? Most importantly Amio team were always there to provide a quick fix.

The dedicated Slack channel with Amio's success manager is a standout feature, providing quick resolutions and seamless support. The chatbots efficiently handle donor queries, enhancing our campaign effectiveness.
Minpunten:
The deployment was late, but this was partly due to our own lack of effort. Better preparation and coordination could improve the deployment experience.

This is extremely valuable for optimizing the bot's responses and enhancing the overall customer experience.

While the tool's analytics are excellent, there is room for improvement in the presentation of data - namely the export. :-)

An amazing AI solution to increase customer satisfaction
Opmerkingen: Overall, what you should expect from Amio is a young motivated team, ready help you in the process of setting up their products.
Pluspunten:
Amio provides a tool that connects AI to your day-to-day communication channels with the customer. For the moment we are implementing solutions for e-mails through the Mailbot and for chats, we have the Chatbot. These operate rather successfully in most of the countries we deliver our products to, guaranteeing the customer with up to date information on order status, return and refund situation.
Minpunten:
For the time being chatGPT4 Turbo is somewhat of a dislike from my part, but I will try to define the promt even better, so that the generated answers are more specific, and in-tune to the customer requests.

I like that Amio helps with the customer support workload and can help customers in multiple languages.
Minpunten:
After business hours, customers cannot leave their contact information and have to contact us again via email or phone.

Best Conversational AI for Customer Support Center
Opmerkingen: I appreciate the flexibility of Amio. I was also impressed how fast they're delivering requested features.
Pluspunten:
I value the most the ease of defining answers for customers' questions that should be automated. The editor is as simple as answering the question as we are used to. However, creating a complex structure with conditions or slightly different answers for different messaging channels is an option too. The biggest value for me and my team is an integration to Genesys and the ability to automate all messaging channels we provide a support on. I cannot imagine to provide such a high quality support without Amio anymore.
