So for example, if my original handbook is version 1.0 and that's what an employee signed, and then I make a very slight edit to a couple words here or there or update a photo, when I publish those changes it becomes the current version labeled 1.1. Early on we didn't realize that and we would make minor updates as needed and before we knew it we were up to version 1.12 and we hadn't made any substantive changes to the policies.
