The customer service is very helpful. We have found this online phone system a major upgrade from our last provider.
Sometimes while programming it kicks me out for no reason. But this issue is being addressed.

Outstanding Quality and Service
Opmerkingen: Out previous provider had considerably raised their price, thus we wanted to migrate to a new solution. As we offer 24x7 support, we needed a solution, that could keep up with our requirements. We are completely satisfied with Intermedia Unite as well as with the interactions we had with Intermedia's staff.
The Hardware Phone and Softclient have an outstanding availability and quality of service, no matter whether the user works in the office, at home or on Hotel or Airport Wifi. The Administrative interface is easy to use and the combination of toll-free and local numbers give a professional appearance. The quality of the voice mail is great, and the delivery by E-Mail quick and reliable.
The integration with different Identity Management Systems for a single point of administration environment could be better. Other systems have more comprehensive group call and conference features.

Opmerkingen: It’s been great. When there are glitches or problems they are responsive and clearly identify what happened and what they are doing to prevent it again. We’ve only had like a couple problem in several years compared to couple problems a month with previous option.
We have complete control with 100% flexibility to add and remove components. When covid hit and we wanted a separate curbside line less than 5 minutes and it is up and running. Desk phones or PC calling it has it all. Pricing is 100% clearly communicated and reasonable at the front end. Frequent updates and improvements. Unlimited digital faxes for free…
That free fax benefit could have a better interface…. Honestly hard to come up with cons as they don’t have any of the gripes I had or heard about other services.
Intermedia is excellent to work with in a timely fashion and you get the biggest bang for your buck.
Hopefully software continually improves (the dictation written)
NOT Phone orientated .... But it works

Phone calls consistenrtly go through, good call qualities, good customer service
Recent calls dont show which calls were incoming and outgoing, no text threads, no option to switch to a direct number and make a call unless you go through the settings online change it and then try to make the call
Excellent product, exceptional support
We have found it very easy to set up our VOIP phones, auto-attendants, cell phone apps etc. Intermedia Unite is a very clean, easy-to-use interface compared to other VOIP providers we've had in the past. When we have needed support, their team is very responsive and well-trained, and they escalate to the next tier without delay when that is necessary.
No complaints. It does everything we need it to do.
Excellent product & excellent customer service
Customer service is immediately responsive to our calls and resolves issues promptly. However, we have only had to call them twice over the last 2 years and our problem was rectified within minutes. Thank you!

Opmerkingen: this product fits a low cost alternative to other voip services. so far no problems to date, although at a few times customer service was difficult to reach, but has not been a problem

so far, we have had no limitations, but we have not used all the features since the pandemic has limited business growth

The one feature that I like the most about this software is that is user friendly, but more importantly reliable.

Great online phone system
Opmerkingen: We have found this online phone system to be a great tool for our company. The app and our in-office phones work great and we can depend on our calls, voicemails and faxes to come through; whereas the last company we had was very sporadic service.
Integrating and setting up Intermedia Unite was fairly easy. The customer service is very helpful! We have found this online phone system a major upgrade from our last provider.
Setting up our voicemail system was difficult. After several attempts however, we contacted customer support and were able to resolve everything.

Great Service and Office Communication Solution
Opmerkingen: We are very pleased with our service and the options available in our package. Intermedia Unite has simplified and broadened our business communications. Customer service has been exemplary from the sales team to installation and has continued throughout our service period.
The onboarding team was outstanding. They made the process of switching from a PBX based phone system to the Voip system seamless. They were very informative, patient and extremely helpful. The set up included detailed training and assistance. Response to questions, issues or specific feature use was expedient, easy to understand and implement. They are always eager to help. Often times salespeople over promise and under commit. Once you have purchased the service, you are on your own. Not the case here, we have never once regretted our decision to go with Intermedia. Through the use of mobile apps and video conferencing, our ability to broaden communications within the company, outside vendors and partners has simplified our unique hybrid office platform.
The only con we currently experience is within an area of minimal or limited internet and Internet Service Provider options. The Voip phone need a consistent and stable internet connection. However, with the use of the mobile app, this issue is eliminated as it works through cellular phone coverage.
Intermedia Unite with VoIP service is superb
Opmerkingen: Unite has enabled our team to stay in touch and fully functional even when we have to operate remotely - no small feat for a tiny firm. From our initial outreach to Intermedia to setup and installation it was obvious staff at Intermedia know their product and were able to walk me through even the most complex task quickly and easily. Response to trouble tickets is quick if they can't solve an issue directly over the phone.
The software is flexible and easy to use but also powerful. It is easy to navigate and features are self-explanatory.
It can be a little obtrusive at times - would be nice if it had a quick "silence" or "sleep" mode - maybe located in the window title bar to prevent the app from interrupting calls or covering other windows.

We love Intermedia Unite because of its power and flexibility, we well as its reliability. The desk phones function perfectly and have great call quality, along with an extensive suite of standard features. Advanced programming allows us to streamline the customer experience even further. And to make it even better, Intermedia support far surpasses our previous two unified communications providers.
There are times when cellular data quality or Wi-Fi quality prevents ideal calls, but this is not unique to Intermedia and is a problem common to all VOIP providers.

This software is easy to use and implement. There is plenty of tools and resources online with clear instructions for troubleshooting and training videos. Their 24/7 support team is incredibly nice, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable; always looking to solve your concerns or needs on the first call.
Nothing I can complain yet. No system is perfect 100 percent of the time, but until now we are absolutely satisfied.

I love so many thing about the software but my favorite is the Voicemail to email.
The cordless phone it comes with is too small and a bit of a nuisance to talk on. Software....no complaints

Opmerkingen: Exceptional support staff and it is so easy to add or remove service. At times it is difficult to find what you are looking for in the help database but the support is just a call away if needed.
The ease of use and the availability of having both phone and office software available in one location.
Sometimes the quality of the phone connection is dependent on the internet quality at any given moment. This is not a reflection on the phone itself.

I like that there is no minimum character count for each message and that you are able to answer calls either a mobile app or a computer app version.
I do not like that previous text message conversations are easily lost and the search feature for contact names is not accurate. Also, there is a limit of how many conversations you can view on your sms screen.
Intermedia is a great deal for a small company

The features are suitable for small companies and inexpensive. Customer service is always polite, professional, and fast.
It does require continuous internet feed, so if the internet is down you have no phone service.

The flexibility and the service. They respond quickly to concerns and they go over and beyond for customer satisfaction.
Nothing! I truly have used this service since I started my firm. The worst thing I can think of was the early phones did not connect well to the base. But that problem has been alleviated.
Great functionality for team communication

Being able to communicate in multiple ways - chat, sending screen shots and files, phone calls, online meetings, recorded meetings.
I have no real problems with the software to complain about.
