Great software but complicated to handle

Opmerkingen: It serves to give you all the company's numbers and it is possible to integrate them all into a single system, however, as there are several layers of software, you can't manage without an internally prepared team to provide you with the support that you need.

Pluspunten:

It has many features, is very detailed, and can help you in every part of the sales funnel. It has a good integration with other apps, but you need a team to make it happen faster.

Minpunten:

Because it is so detailed, it is sometimes difficult to have quick information in the palm of your hand, especially when providing dashboards and reports.

Opmerkingen: It is such a great tool especially for knowledge base. It has been used in our company and is very easy to navigate. I can agree that it is the best platform out there.

I like how knowledgeable the platform is. It is very easy to navigate too.

Minpunten:

It is a bit old-fashioned when it comes to the UI/UX design. I believe it can be improved more to make it more pleasing.

It is a very complete software to support the base of the sales team. It offers all the tools that an app could offer, from the possibility of archiving potential customer data to organizing itineraries on the map.

The fact that there are many functions ends up making the dynamics a little confusing.

Opmerkingen: we have used the "out of the box" version, as we're just working on it.

the AI agents are definitely the best part of the entire product. I do think that this is the way that all ecommerce stores should go to.

Minpunten:

definitely a steep learning curve. but we're working on it as we decide if should be implemented or not.

Positive review and a must use for organisations

Opmerkingen: Positive experience with Salesforce as once you have managed to navigate your way around to what you want. It is easy to do so. With many different ways to use it. Everyone at my workforce uses it differently and can still create a positive experience for the user

All the things within salesforce is organised well. This organisation has helped with workload and the efficiency of doing the workload

Minpunten:

Very hard to learn because of the many tabs that can be open for salesforce. I currently use it to manage a building and with many tabs it is very hard to navigate what exactly we are looking for.

Incredible system once you become fluent in it

Opmerkingen: Initially the adjustment from a different platform took some time but once our team became "fluent" in Salesforce it, it became absolutely critical.

The different ways Salesforce CC allows us to see data is extremely useful to our professionals so they can get a better control over their territory and the way that it is very customizable.

The multiplicity of features and reports does take some getting used.

Almost everything.Very solid platform, easy to manage and it allows a very fast time to market when you need to open new markets.Full of great functionalities and features and easy integration with external services.

Minpunten:

You definitely need a certified system integrator which could help you with integrations, developments and maintenance.You cannot manage it on your own.

It's a great place to do business!

Opmerkingen: Overall, the front-end design is current and performs nicely on any device. With the help of Salesforce extensions, you can easily track customers' journeys across the sales funnel with attribution. Order management is good, but not necessarily real-time; integrations take time to function together.

Pluspunten:

Both sales and marketing are using it for the entire sales process, from beginning to end. Among the many tools at our disposal are lead registrations, sales funnels, reports, and account management software. Assists you in keeping track of your leads and contacts and ensures that the correct individuals are assigned to the right accounts in their area or line of work. Marketing can see all the leads that originated from in-person events, whitepapers, and other sources this way.

Minpunten:

It's not always going to fully engage with playbooks, though it should be expected to. The lack of additional tabs containing distinct general information is what bothers me the most, in the end. Everything in here that I don't utilize or integrate daily appears to be overcrowded.

Sometimes, it hangs the system and we need to restart the system in order to make it work. Also, there are some compatibility issues with iOS devices.
