Pluspunten:

It is a really easy way to make and receive payments without having to open your wallet up and hand over money or cards (something which comes in handy in the present climate!). There is also the option to offer your customer's cashback.

Minpunten:

You can only put money on to your account by wire transfer, which takes time. It therefore means if you don't have enough on your account, you are unable to pay using satispay.

Why?

Pluspunten:

Easy to use, great app and no problem to switch web site to/from APP. If in use in a community is a great solution for payment

Minpunten:

too many expensive! Not like the minimum of recharge, lost a lot of appeal, cost for recharge are out of time, Prestashop module cost too much... it's a pity, potentially may be the right alternative to PayPal

Great innovative way to pay

Opmerkingen: The overall experience is very satisfying and the referral program encourages you to invite friends to take advantage of rewards. I see the request to connect your bank IBAN as an aspect of seriousness and that it triggers a feeling of trust, considering that in this way it is much easier to transfer money to your Satispay account. It literally makes you forget to leave with your wallet!

Pluspunten:

Payments are fast and secure and allow you to pay the bill even when you don't have cash or credit cards available. It takes away the embarrassment when you forgot your wallet and have to pay the bill. The transmission of the money to the merchant is immediate and satisfactory for both. It connects via bank IBAN and has a good referral program that allows you to have extra credit rewards to spend with members.

I can pay everywhere with this app simply by using my cell phone. No credit or debit cards is needed. I use it also for buying online on different website and above all it’s a safe payment. Plus what I like the most is that there’s the possibility to have cashback in some shops.

I noticed that the possibility of cashback has decreased.

Satispay review and feedback

Opmerkingen: I use it to pay in many different shops especially when I have to pay for a little amount of money but also the exchange money with my friends so it is very useful for me.

Satispay has changed my life and payments! This product is easy to use and fast since the payments are delivered quickly to the addressee.

Since I use the Satispay app I haven't noticed any downside.

Love it! Perfect to pay when you do not have your wallet with you

It's perfect to top up your phone (unfortunately in Italy you Vodafone is not listed anymore and I don't know why), share expenses with friends and get reimbursed. I used it Italy and Luxembourg. In Italy it's quite accepted as a way of payment,

Minpunten:

In Luxembourg most of the time there is something wrong and you can't pay with Satispay. I haven't yet understood why sometimes if my balance is above my budget, it doesn't automatically transfer to my bank account.

Mobile wallet for future.

Opmerkingen: My experience as a user of satispay is good, as it is one is of the best Mobile wallet in the digital world. Hope will get more market support soon.

Pluspunten:

I am using Satispay for about an year. I am ‘satisfied’ with Satispay. They offers features that help us to move our money, pay the bills so on. And I am getting cash backs for my purchases done through Satispay wallet app. As I can set my budget, it will automatically transfer the amount from my linked bank account.

Minpunten:

Moving money from and to bank account and Satispay wallet takes some amount of wait. I really wish it should be done quicker. And more shops are needed to get added into Satispay platform.

A choice to pay without money

Pluspunten:

You can add friends and is really easy to send money to them, very useful in the case of separated checks.

Minpunten:

It has a subscription program but you have to be aware that the benefits are time limited.

Buoni Acquisto Satispay EVITARE e STARNE LONTANI

Opmerkingen: non è tutto oro quello che brilla..entusiasta di Satispay privato, ho fastto l'ERRORE di invitare la mia azienda a fare i Buoni Acquisto.
Se avete presente Amazon, qui siamo all'età della pietra, ma la cosa peggiore è che l'interazione con il commerciale è stata condotta sul piano della semplificazione, secondo me sapendo del PROBLEMA per cui non si possono fare a meno di una manualità che sinceramente lascia il tempo che trova...la fattura, che notoriamente per essere scaricabile deve indicare degli importi <= 50€, arriva senza pietà per il totale. A richiesta di chiarimenti, si sono nascosti, non rispondono a whatsapp (se volete metto il numero) e alla fine l'esperimento per noi è un bel buco nell'acqua. Se proprio li volete, dovete ordinare, bonificare e fatturare una transazione da max 50€, per volta, da sito... ...ma non esiste proprio

Pluspunten:

per uso privato non si discute, una piattaforma dove il borsellino con autiricarica è perfetto per tenere ia moneta giusta

Minpunten:

invece per l'uso business, un altro pianeta, trattato (nuovo cliente) a pesci in faccia) evitare accuratamente, almeno per i BUONI ACQUISTO

Comodo per pagare, senza commissioni e facile da utilizzare

Non è possibile ricaricare in modo immediato il portafoglio fin da subito. È un vincolo per chi vorrebbe utilizzarlo sul momento ma non lo usa abbastanza da fare una ricarica periodica.

A mio parere è fantastico, si possono fare pagamenti ovunque e di qualsiasi cifra, anche minima, lo utilizzo quotidianamente in pausa pranzo

Diciamo che svantaggi non ne ho trovati, l'unica cosa è che senza connessione dati non può funzionare

Il fatto che sia legato a un solo iban - È possibile cambiarlo, ma ogni volta bisogna attendere le verifiche. D'altraparte è sinonimo di serietà.

Rivoluzione nel mondo del software per pagamenti

Satispay ha rivoluzionato il mondo dei pagamenti digitalizzando completamente tutto quello che prima richiedeva tempi, burocrazia, carta, contanti. Nella nostra società la possibilità di avere una sorta di "borsellino di cassa" elettronico ha efficientato i processi

Purtroppo non tutti i nostri clienti e fornitori ancora lo usano, quindi ci vorrebbe maggiore diffusione

app perfetta per pagare tutto comodamente dal proprio smartphone

Opmerkingen: uso satispay da meno di un'anno (qualche mese per la precisione), devo dire che mi sto trovando molto bene con l'applicazione. il mio utilizzo principale è legato al passaggio di soldi agli amici o conoscenti ad esempio quando vogliamo fare un regalo insieme o quando dobbiamo organizzare una grigliata con satispay riusciamo a dividere perfettamente e in maniera anche poco ingombrante i soldi.

Pluspunten:

app veramente comoda per tutti i pagamenti . il vantaggio principale è che puoi pagare tutto con il proprio smartphone e farti dare anche soldi o essere pagato per piccole mansioni lavorative. la trovo molto comoda soprattutto per quando sono in giro e non voglio avere il portafoglio con me perchè ingombrante. app veramente di facile utilizzo e ottimo anche l'assistenza che forniscono.

Minpunten:

unico inconveniente è che può capitare ( soprattutto fuori città) che i negozi non accettino Satispay e questo crea un pò di disagio soprattutto per me che non abito in città ma ci vado solo per lavoro, infatti noto molta differenza tra i due posti mentre in città è usatissima e quindi il suo utilizzo risulta veramente comodo e soddisfacente nelle zone in cui è meno conosciuta diventa quasi inutile.

I like that it’s easy to use. I bring the app in my phone and I can pay almost everywhere. It’s good to save money because I have to recharge it every week. In some places there’s the possibility also to have a cashback. I already saved money for a trip I want to do in a special wallet of PayPal. Great!

Satispay è un must

Avevo la necessità di scaricare un app del genere e Satispay mi sembrava l’opzione più adatta, è semplice da utilizzare e mi piace la loro campagna promozionale dei rewards/cash back

Minpunten:

All’inizio non è facile da capire come funzioni, ma una volta che lo si utilizza diventa più facile

Utile per i pagamenti mobili

Pluspunten:

Molto facile da utilizzare e indipendente da carte di credito e banche specifiche. La funzionalità di gestire i buoni pasto digitalmente e la possibilità di impostare limiti di spesa personalizzati mi hanno aiutato a mantenere sotto controllo le mie finanze in modo più efficace e intuitivo.

Minpunten:

Ho trovato la sua diffusione ancora limitata. Questo mi ha costretto a ricorrere a metodi di pagamento tradizionali, riducendo parzialmente la convenienza che l'app potrebbe offrire.

Rivoluzione nel mondo dei pagamenti

Pluspunten:

Permette di semplificare e rivoluzionare il mondo dei pagamenti attraverso un borsellino che, agganciato al tuo conto aziendale, consente dei pagamenti immediati e veloci.Basta impostare un budget mensile e appena si scende sotto quel budget ci sono delle ricariche immediate per ripristinare il plafond.In un mondo sempre più digitale direi che è un grande passo avanti.

Minpunten:

Purtroppo gli esercizi convenzionati sono ancora poco e quindi a volte non è possibile usarlo.Bisognerebbe incrementare il livello di copertura nei prossimi anni.

Opmerkingen: Una salvezza quando sei fuori casa senza portafogli. Comoda anche per pagare in attività che accettano cashback così da accantonare dei risparmi.

Pagamenti facili e veloci. Funzione cashback e salvadanai personalizzati.

Minpunten:

Peccato ci siano ancora poche attività che accettano il cashback. La ricerca a volte è macchinosa e lenta e sarebbe utile poter salvare delle attività tra i preferiti.
