However, once they pay, the receipt, which is separate from the invoice does not include the same breakdown of details.

Highly configurable and customizable medical billing solution
Pluspunten:
We are a fast-growing company providing services covered by Medicaid. Every state we offer services in uses a different method for electronic billing. Remedly has helped us automate Medicaid claims submission for two states and is helping us automate several others. Remedly developers worked directly with our Operations personnel to custom create the billing solutions we needed.
Minpunten:
Nothing specific to dislike. Remedly is a young company and still developing its billing solution. When a feature we needed was missing, they created it for us.

Disliked everything about Remedly. It is the worst medical software I have ever used. I highly recommend Aesthetic Pro. Buyer Beware!

Great EMR for complex clinic

Versatility in scheduling and a full EMR platform.

Sometimes the system is cumbersome and has hard time adapting to my complexities as a clinic.

Remedly has been helpful with daily scheduling and recording financial activity.
Cost per month is expensive…our office does not use or bill insurance & we still use paper charts. It would be more cost effective if we could “pay per segment” used. (We do not utilize most of what Remedly offers).
Pluspunten:
Ability for patients to complete & submit their own health information and make payments on the portal.
Minpunten:
Only 2 credit card processing companies that will interface with Remedly (their rates are not competitive). Prescription refills authorized in the Rcopia portal are not recorded in Remedly. Unable to see or print prescription refills in Remedly.

We switched to Remedly from MSPA (Mack Software) after being with them for 10+ years. Their software was great but very outdated. It was a Remote Desktop setup that was only accessible on desktops only, up to 10 computers.When searching for a new EHR, I was looking for a few things in particular 1. A centralized client database since we have 2 locations and clients that frequent both2. Unlimited users / Access to the schedule via app or website3. The ability to pre-purchase services, such as Botox units, and be able to use said services with a left over quantity of unitsTo my surprise, these were really hard features to come by. Either systems were lacking or were outrageously expensive.Remedly checked all of our boxes and has been improving since on boarding. We have been able to support our business using Remedly with ease. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is incredible and so helpful every time I have any questions

There are some select features that we had in MSPA that we miss with Remedly.1. The ability to pre-pay for services at checkout without previously creating a pre-paid package2. Ease of gift cards. Gift cards are a newer to Remedly so I imagine it is being worked on. However the gift card process isn’t great and the gift card that is printed is not presentable. We use separate gift certificates instead of the gift cards Remedly provides but the code associated with the purchase is 20-30 characters and time consuming to write when a client waiting for their gift certificate 3. Scheduling providers. We have about 15 different providers between the offices. I would like the ability to input times available and have only those scheduled providers on the schedule rather than placing time blocks to convey availability

Remedly Is a decent practice management and scheduling system
Opmerkingen: This system works well for scheduling and charting.
Pluspunten:
Cloud-based. I like the ease of inputting appointments. Once the templates are in place, which was a time consuming process, charting is easy as well. They have made improvements over time and are receptive to feedback. I like the support team.
Minpunten:
The system does not generate enough useful reports. It seems to have improved, but still not that useful. One puts in a lot of data, but most of it can’t be utilized for information. The system is not ideal for insurance use. In fact, if you do a lot of insurance I cannot recommend this system at this time. Quoting and inputting payments is cumbersome and we use a different method for that in the practice.

Great EMR!
Opmerkingen: Remedly has been great for our medical spa practice. We never tend to run into any issues. We have great support with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] our customer success manager and if any questions come up he is very prompt in answering.
Pluspunten:
The most impactful features with Remedly for our practice is the charting and appointment scheduling. Our patient never have any issues completing their medical history through their patient portal. The self scheduling option is the newest feature for us and has been helpful.
Minpunten:
It was a little difficult when our practice first opened but that is expected with anything new especially an EMR.

Positive Experience with Remedly
Opmerkingen: Biggest issue for me personally has been portability and easy of use. Also, much less expensive (and support staff much more responsive) than with Nextech, who I left after 25 or so years of steadily increasing costs and decreasing tech support
Pluspunten:
Intuitive, easy to use, can be accessed from anywhere via smart device/phone (i.e. can check next days schedule, finish some notes on the phone after coming home for dinner), secure & HIPPA compliant communication, excellent photo storage system (directly off iPhone), ability to submit prescriptions directly to pharmacy, financial reports, etc
Minpunten:
A few quirks with the reminder system (lists oldest first and have to scroll all the way to bottom of list to find current ones) that I have asked them to fix and they still have not done so - but overall, very responsive support team and I am sure they will do so
Remedly, not only for Plastic Surgeons.
Opmerkingen: Being able to finally find a program that allows for the customization our field requires has been so helpful to move from pen and paper to the modern age.
Pluspunten:
Being able to customize Procedure notes, create dot phrase macros as well as being able to customize the platform to best fit our niche ocular prosthetic field.
Minpunten:
The portion that I like the least would be the setting up of reminders for patients appointments. While the functionality is there, in my opinion, it could be a little more instructive on when the reminders go out and how that interacts with the system.

Pluspunten:
I like the text message and email reminders that are sent to patients of upcoming appointments. I also like the feature that pops up to ask if you would like an additional email to be sent when moving or adding additional information the existing appt.
Minpunten:
I wish this program had an alert that would pop up with pertinent information. The software also continues to update (which is needed) with a glitch in the software every time. This software also won’t allow the user to add own treatment with labels to customize to individual practices.

User friendly but needs additional reporting features

The reporting features are lacking. I would like to see more user flexibility and to not have to rely on Remedly to create reports for me.

Intuitive software with great customer support

Some of the scheduling functions could be improved, however it is much better than other platforms I have used

Opmerkingen: Remedly has offorded me the opportunity to take back control of my practice with a simple, streamlined and integrated cloud based program.
Pluspunten:
It’s multifocal Approach to patient care and ability to have everything within the patient’s chart at your fingertips including; photography, EMR, EHR, schedular, point of sale, online store capabilities, use of Siri on your mobile device.
Minpunten:
Sometimes a bit slow starting the program

Opmerkingen: The customer service for this software is phenomenal. Every time I call I get a person that is able to help me right away. Very unlike other companies that puts you through a phone tree and almost always never has someone available right away.

The best part of this software is that it is easy to use for the employees and for the patient as well.

There are things that can be added to the software for better added features such as being able to re-send invitation links.
Finally one that works
Opmerkingen: We are able to see in real time our practice financials and the reports needed to run our business. The clinical side of the software has been a great improvement on the systems we have used in the past.
Pluspunten:
Remedly has been user friendly. This is our 4th EMR/practice management software and we have finally found one that is actually capable of doing what was claimed.

The note and quote formats could be improved upon.

Excellent EHR and RCM systems for small practices
Opmerkingen: We have been using Remedly for a year and a half now, and overall I am very happy with the system. It's robust enough to fit our needs, but not overly complicated like some other systems are. As a smaller practice, this was an important point for us, because we don't need the same heft in our system as a large hospital. So I can only speak to a smaller practice experience, and it has been wonderful.
Pluspunten:
I like how quickly we were able to get our practice up and running, and that the EHR system was relatively quick to learn. We also like how responsive the Remedly team is to questions and addressing needs. They are also very proactive at fixing issues when they do occur.
Minpunten:
There are a couple integration items that I'd like to see changed, such as insurance payments through the RCM system being reflected in the EHR system without a team member having to manually apply it. But the pros outweigh the cons, and we have good workarounds.

Clunky and Not at all Intuitive
Opmerkingen: I feel like Remedy needs a serious overhaul and update. I feels like software back in the 2010s.

Scheduling is intuitive and comprehensive.
Minpunten:
The software is clunky. Navigating between modules feels very archaic. The flow is not seemless and is slow. The menu system is extremely confusing and not at all intuitive.

It facilitates the provision of services
Opmerkingen: The user experience improved and thus increased the customer base, in addition to the quality and ease of work improving.
Pluspunten:
It facilitates daily programming, thus streamlining daily activities and automating tasks that are repetitive and take up valuable time. I like it because you can have all the medical records of each patient in a very orderly manner so that when the patient is attended to, the service is faster and more professional.
Minpunten:
There is nothing bad that I dislike. They have always provided good service.
