Minpunten:

Over the last year, Viber has maintained its integrity to give its customers the best of communication experience so far, every needed functions for communicating is embedded and nothing to dislike yet .

Opmerkingen: I have used viber for over 5 or more years. i have a lot of good experience on this application.

It is like a facebook messenger without facebook. We can talk to our families and friends

sometimes the application is lagging and i cant send a message

Opmerkingen: I would say Viber is an underrated or unappreciated apps in my country but starting to boom due to strategy like getting the code from this apps instead of SMS when phone number is already a user. We are also using this as company engagement communication.

Pluspunten:

It's free, safe, and easy to use. Quality of date such as photos and videos aren't affected upon sending to other user.

Minpunten:

I personally experience back up photos isn't functioning properly. Not so popular to my country compare to messenger, maybe because Facebook is already popular but I hope Viber can outclass messenger by upgrading its feature in terms of upload and download speeds.

Great way to connect people

Opmerkingen: The fact that Viber has saved our organization a lot of fund that would have been used on marketing and communicating our staffs and customers makes it worthwhile, easy messaging, video calling, sending all kinds of documents, and having been able to compare the data derive from other organizations to know customers wants makes viber a pleasing environment more than just a messaging app

First of, the interface is user friendly and with it's very capable end to end encryption which guaranteed a secured data both stored and transmitted makes this a topnotch, the video , messaging and even sending doc function comes with ease and it all works well in areas without strong internet connection.

Minpunten:

We've once had issues updating and transferring of documents to another new devices but this was eventually solved by our engineer even though it delayed some important business of the day, but it happens just once and we eventually find a way around it

Opmerkingen: In my experience I found Viber to be a trustworthy messaging app. The fact that it offers messaging, voice and video calls is fantastic. Additionally I liked the variety of stickers and emojis they provide which made it easy for me to express myself.

What I really enjoyed about Viber was the option to send messages for free and the excellent quality of voice and video calls

One thing that bothered me about Viber was the delay during video calls and the need, for a premium subscription to access some features. Moreover the interface could get a little crowded at times making it less user friendly.Also The app is not developing compared to other applications

Opmerkingen: Does not work that well on iOS devices and lags a lot the user interface is a bit outdated and does not get calls through unless app is being used. Sudden changes to connection sadly have affected video, which becomes blurry or disappears after a few minutes.

Pluspunten:

Viber is a fast, simple and easy method for instant messaging and for video and voice calling. Allows you to connect with friends, family and clients with ease via both audio and video calling options and the best part is it is free even for calling abroad

Minpunten:

The file-sharing restriction. It can be hard to access upgraded Viber on some mobile devices. Getting old data back after reinstalling Viber is a challenge.

Opmerkingen: Overall, I like Viber because it is very easy to use, it connects me to different business contacts and most especially its feature of being organized in just 1 conversation. I love how I am able to navigate file, links and media separately in the conversation.

Pluspunten:

I like most about viber is its end-to-end encryption feature, very user-friendly and most of all its feature of knowing who called in my mobile number (as long as the number who called also has a viber account) even though it is not registered on my contacts. So, I have the option either to just ignore the unknown number who call or answer it.

Minpunten:

I like least about viber is its feature of not being able to send pictures in a group. Nothing else.

The most I like about Viber was secured for messaging. I used to use Viber in every day to chat with groups and send files and messaging. It was easy to use and fast for messaging. So, I always choose Viber for messaging.

I like most of feature about Viber but nothing is perfect right. So the least I list about Viber is explore feature that one is no need for me I think.

I used viber for my daily routine. It is very useful and helpful for my work and conversation. We don't need to concern about the security because viber use end to end encryption. It is very good app, easy to use and pretty GUI, dark mode, My notes and video and audio call quality. The most I like feature of viber is Viber callser ID, own sticker creation and hide viber message chat.

Seen time can be updated more like when a contact number deleted their Viber or they just not cheking it for months or the app getting deleted from the phone thats what i mean, can the viber team update it along with that situation. And i see nothing to be disliked by me with Viber.

The fact that when I try to make a call with a person who is not online, I still get a signal as if the person I am calling is ringing. It misleads me that the person will not answer my call.
