There is lack of privacy especially when one deletes messages in groups. Following up chats in groups is quite cumbersome, especially when the chats are so many, its competitor makes group chats way easier. Video calls need a stable internet connection leading to distortions and interruptions in communication.

WhatsApp has been my partner from the start of my business, if I have to talk with my employees and if I have to make a group call or give a decision on a particular project I am always able to do it smoothly and easily with WhatsApp. Plus WhatsApp is used by almost a lot of people in the World for which our customers are able to get in touch with us in no time, and our team is able to produce them the best possible. I think the reason it's used by almost everyone is that its easiness of how it works, simple functions not too much hassle, getting the work done easily such as sending big files or links in the chatbox or group has really helped me because before I had to check my Gmail for the Documents related to my business and it mostly was really hard to find the exact document I was searching for in Gmail because there were a lot other more emails so I think how WhatsApp has enabled this function is really good. Also, the best part about WhatsApp is anyone can use it as it's really simple to use and almost no restrictions. Also, it helps me to see messages on my notifications rather than going back to the app to see the whole text and I think it helps me not let people know that I saw their message because sometimes you are just not in the mood to check anyone messages and if they give something not so important but you still have to reply to them because you have seen their text. And finally, I believe it's trustworthy for my privacy because of its end-to-end encryption.

I don't quite think there is anything bad with WhatsApp but I think it would be really good if they enable chat backgrounds to their web-based application as it would look good and more interesting to work on their. And I believe WhatsApp will come with a update soon for this feature.

My choice for mobile messsenger

Opmerkingen: This software is very easy to use and doesn't consume too much space in my phone. The software is very stable and i have never experience system crash from this software.

Pluspunten:

WhatsApp only need internet connection for sending text to my contact list or having video call with any other money charges. The quality for the video audio for the video call is in High Definition(HD) and i am very happy with it. Many of my colleague is using this software, so we have choose it as our alternative communication hub.

Minpunten:

What i like the least is, this software will compress and downgrade the picture quality that I sent to others with no option to sent it in the original quality. Other than that, the recovery process is quite confusing and i have not successfully recover all my chat history to my new phone.

Opmerkingen: WhatsApp is the best communication tool I have used so far that I've been using it for years already! While it may seem plain to others, WhatsApp efficiently served it's purpose as a free, simple to use and a trustworthy app for you communication tool needs. More so, you can avoid getting spam messages for you can only get messages from people whom you gave your number to! Those spam messages is one of the things I am highly disappointed with other messaging apps and what WhatsApp has saved me from.

What I really love about this software is that this real-time chatting platform didn't consume as much bandwidth as the other software I have previously used, thus, it allows me to still communicate with my family, friends or associates even in the remotest areas I've been where the internet is so slow. Its end to end feature also gave me a bit of sense of security that the conversations will remain private. Another plus for me is its file-sharing feature wherein it permits sending various file type and the resolution of graphic images remains high. There are no annoying adds as well! And with all of this really good features, it is really awesome that WhatsApp is free!

Aside from the need to publicize your phone number which is totally understandable especially when used in business, so, so far, there's nothing else I dislike about WhatsApp 'cause it is totally worth installing for what it is worth!

I think the most troublesome aspect of this app is that it is owned by Meta who have had numerous questionable practices, particularly in the realm of privacy which is hugely important.

The greatest thing since sliced bread

Opmerkingen: I use WhatsApp every single day! I communicate with my friends and family, who live abroad and it is so wonderful to use. I take advantage of the video and audio call, which not only saves on long-distance calling, but it makes me feel like they are closer to me.
I have also used this app to create groups with coworkers so share important information or just notify everyone about updates.
In general, it is a fantastic tool and I highly recommend it!

Moreover, the app also lets you send voice-notes and make audio and video calls. It is fantastic, and it's free!

Opmerkingen: I have been using the Whatsapp since 2010. Hands down, it is the best Instant Messaging app and most popularly used in my country. Sometimes, it’s feels addictive, found myself opening the app even when there is no message, which makes the new status features a cool features to pass time; depending on your contacts, you may find it interesting as people share pictures and videos. Overall, the app is great, features are amazing, it functions quite well and no regret using the app to far. Gives you your privacy and let you have full control on your chats. You can’t go wrong with it.

Group-ing, one of the best feature of the app. Perfect for a Webinar or discussion zone. The app allows up to 200 users in one group. One can even create a Family group with this. Saving the best for last, best part of this app is the Encryption (Privacy) feature. Chats are End-to-End encrypted, which means that chats are not visible to a third party (not even to Whatsapp). Whatsapp works best on iOS, thanks to the Amazing gestures, which gives access to use some options easily at the chat screen.

While the App is my favorite, there are some cons, which I look forward to have available on the app. More Mute Options: There should be a customizable Mute options, the app only give options of 8 hours, 1 week and 1 year. Sometimes there is needs to mute for 1 day or 2 days but the option isn’t available. Animated Stickers: Even though there are stickers available on the app, but it’s not fun like that of FB Messenger, Whatsapp stickers are still while it’s animated on Messenger, making it more fun to use. Online Status: Online status can’t be hidden from contacts, there is only option to hide last seen. Once you’re online, they’ll know.
