> **Pluspunten**: Chatbots tend to be one-size-fits-all in the utilitarian design, but Ideta is much different. They provide ample options for design, making sure your chatbot box truly looks like it's part of your site and not a third-party product that you've happened to purchase access to. With access to analytics and chat logs, I have a better understanding of prospect's intentions.

> **Minpunten**: There are a LOT of choices and options to make the most of your chatbox. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but once you have a clear idea of what your chatbot(s) are supposed to do, it get's easier over time to set up each option and condition.

> Am so glad I chose Ideta over the more trendier options in chatbot technology. Be prepared to read through the tutorials more than once to get a grasp of what your bot can do, and how to execute them, but overall an excellent piece of software that I'd recommend for any website.

Also has out of the box validation for email (really important in my opinion) and a "are your still there?" automatic dialog.

Im confident that the development team is covering this sooner than later so Im looking forward to develop new projects with Ideta.
