Opmerkingen: As a multi-business owner, I swear by VoilaNorbert. I first started using the tool in 2016 when I was starting my second business and have loved it ever since. It's been extremely helpful for building my professional network, following up with potential new clients, and keeping my both of my businesses running smoothly! I recommend it to all of my colleagues, mentees, and students.

Pluspunten:

In addition to providing more accurate information than other tools I've tested from time to time, the platform is extremely simple to use. There is virtually no setup time or onboarding needed. The intuitive search function takes seconds to use. And it's priced well. I also love that there are no contracts or monthly fees associated with the tool so I can pay for it as I need to. Also, the customer service has been amazing (quick to respond, generous with credits, friendly, personal) in the couple of times I've needed to contact them.

Minpunten:

None that I've experienced in the entire time I've used it.

VoilaNorbert Overview

Opmerkingen: Excellent. Great interface, first class support and comprehensive functionality. I'd recommend it to anyone needing to find, validate or broadcast emails!

Pluspunten:

A very easy to set up and use email sequencing tool combined with (what I think is) the best email validation tool of the market. The dashboard performance analysis is excellent as is the email warm up and rotation functions!

Minpunten:

Having used many email sequencing tools I know my way around them so had few issues getting going. But an overview video would have been useful. Having said that, support was excellent!

No Customer service and a buggy platform

Opmerkingen: If you are a professional using lists of emails for work and are considering using a tool to verify and find emails, look somewhere else.There is no one doing customer service, it's the founder himself who takes care of that between 2 session at the beach... maybe once a week.The API is buggy, and it feels like a ghost platform.Very bad.

It's fairly cheap, but there is no one behind this company

Minpunten:

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! It takes forever to get anything fixed. I had an issue with a list that was blocked, 7 days later, not a single message and the payment keep going through. API was also buggy, it took the devs a month to fix it.... not serious

great resource for cold emailing

Opmerkingen: Great experience, very easy to use and I loved the first 50 free email search. It's a great "ally" that makes the tedious research work feel much easier.

Pluspunten:

I love the email finder feature, which helps me find the right people to contact within a company when I'm sending cold emails.

Minpunten:

It doesn't work with every company, in that case I will use the generic mails I find on websites.

Phenomenal App

It finds most emails. prospecting and cold calling are a major part of my sales process, so finding emails is significant.

Minpunten:

There is nothing to dislike. It finds me the emails I need.

A great tool for complex sequences

Opmerkingen: We use it to manage the full process, from the acquisition with the chrome-plugin, managing it in the crm to deploying a full sequence with emails and followup. All runs perfectly

The ease of use and displaying the probability of accuracy. A vast majority of the emails are accurate.

Minpunten:

If an email is inaccurate, there is no way to give that feedback to them.

Great Tool

Opmerkingen: I have used VoilaNorbert to identify email addresses of people I am looking to contact. I have used this for a couple of years and find it very helpful.

Pluspunten:

Very user friendly to find email addresses for people you wish to connect with.

Minpunten:

From my perspective, I have not come across any cons.

Opmerkingen: I have been using VoilaNorbert for several years now and it is such a great tool for marketing.

Pluspunten:

It is extremely easy to use and I would say 95% of the time, it is able to find the email address and that address is accurate.

Minpunten:

I don't really have any cons. It might be nice if we could give feedback on the email provided, like a thumbs up if it worked or thumbs down if it bounced back.

Magical tool

It opens doors. Easily locating somebody's email let's us do our job better and create new opportunities.

Minpunten:

Occasionally, do not locate the email that I am looking for, however, I believe that is more reflection of that company's email protocols.

Email finder with a friendly interface

Opmerkingen: We were looking for a tool that could assist the business development teams finding the right prospects' contacts. It has proved to be a very satisfactory tool with simple UI and accurate results.

Pluspunten:

The organization of search lists, the accuracy of the results and general ease of use. The software requires very little set up and provides great value for the task it is designed for. The browser extension facilitates usage greatly.

Minpunten:

The email verification indication. We would appreciate if the software could provide further details on the email validation criteria.

Great for finding emails of potential leads

It's pretty simple and from the tools we've tried provides the best results by searching for email patterns.

Minpunten:

Like any other tool it often finds emails that are no longer valid or doesn't find any, but there's nothing that can be done about it, people change their emails, so there's that.

Stands out among the competition

Opmerkingen: We use a combination of multiple tools for email hunting for our outreach campaigns and Voila Nobert stands out on top. The accuracy and reliability is by far the best in this tool

1. I do not have any cons about this product. It can always continue to increase its datanas for better accuracy

Most effective email finder

Opmerkingen: In my current role I do a lot of cold outreach and with cold outreach it is crucial to have the right contact information. I've used other tools in the past such as Hunter that are OK but I've found VoilaNorbert to be far more effective. Have recommended to a lot of my friends who have made the switch from Hunter to Voila Norbert as well.

Pluspunten:

Easy to use and accuracy of emails found. Good value for money as well.

Minpunten:

It took me a while to realize you could upload in bulk. Made things a lot easier for me when I figured out that feature.

My favorite butler for finding emails

Opmerkingen: So far Norbert has found me thousands of emails and I have generated hundreds of thousands in revenue utilizing the software./

Pluspunten:

I love that I can upload a list of names and norbert will find me all their emails. If I want to enrish their profiles and validate the list I can do that from within the app too.

Minpunten:

I am not a fan that my header fields are removed if I have a lot of information about a prospect, but I know the team is working on fixing that and it's not a huge deal.

Helpful to discover leads' emails

I like the fact that it allows one to find the target audience email when it comes to B2B prospecting

Minpunten:

The fact that it is not integrated with Linkedin

A good tool for salespeople

Opmerkingen: I trust this application with my prospections, its an important move up our sleeve for personal prospecting

They're pretty accurate with the info they provide

Minpunten:

The log in option is pretty secondary, we need to find it with some effort, it's as if they're trying to cinvince everyone to try it as if no one had ever created an account. Also they require more info of our prospections before finding the right email

Great for finding emails

Pluspunten:

It has large amount of emails and almost all of them were valid, which is great.

Minpunten:

A testing period is a bit short, it would be great if there would be possibility to check more addresses.
