The best tool with similar on the market

Pluspunten:

This is a very helpful tool and the only one that did not add advertise signature at the end of the email. The sales dept was not so importunate and this is a plus.

Minpunten:

I haven't found any cons in this amazing app.

Best email tracking app (with extra features) ever!

Pluspunten:

This is hands down the best email tracking software (as a service) I have ever used! For people who live entirely off of G Suite's Gmail, it is likely the only tracking service you will ever need and not pay a penny for it. But for someone like me, who also lives on Outlook, the paid plan is almost 3 times less than what I'd have paid for on Hubspot, and that's for one email account only. The setup is a breeze, I love the interface, simple to use, simple to configure, simple to find things. Love the notifications, it is pretty much real time as soon as the user clicks on it. I have not found use for the other features but it is good to know I am not paying extra to use them and also nice to know if I ever needed to use it, it is right there!

Minpunten:

After 6 months I still cannot report anything I would say I didn't like. Still hands down, the best!

Lowest on the totem pole and deceiving marketing

Pluspunten:

I enjoy that they allow cold emailing. That is why I originally looked into SalesShandy. After much research, I liked that they promoted 125,000 emails and 25,0000 prospects monthly. I have a list of around 20,000 prospect I'd like to touch. The UI is just Meh. They don't go much into TXT authentication or have many services.

Minpunten:

I mean it's pretty basic. Compared to something like Campaign Monitor or some of the other non cold emailing services, they are as basic as they come. UI Is very basic and setting sequencing doesn't have much to it. What I disliked the most is how they are operating. They are promoting monthly plans for X emails and X prospects. When you compare the plans, they show a monthly cap for the given price. My email list is 20,000 but will go out probably once a month. When I signed up, they hit me with a DAILY cap. It's 500 emails and only 5,000 prospect per upload. In my opinion, they are using deceptive marketing. They get you to sign up only to notify you of a cap on the dailies after you've purchased their product. This is the epitome of terrible business. Be transparent.

We like the fact it advert us directly on screen via a message when someone opens our email or click to a link inside our email.

Minpunten:

I would like to have a status of reading directly inside our Outlook 365 in the emails sent.

Opmerkingen: Very happy with the app, totally serves its purpose... offers even more functionalities, that I currently do not use.

Pluspunten:

Easy to use, integration with outlook without problems, you get notified when an email is opened, read... you can check everything also on their online system.

Minpunten:

It totally serves the purpose I am using it for, therefore none cons.

Pluspunten:

being into Sales and marketing, all we need to track and build the pipeline, instead of chasing all the contacts. SalesHandy gives ability to hand pick those leads who have referred our information and makes the job simple and saves much time.

Minpunten:

all features are good, the only thought I would leave here is if we could directly reply to any contact from the system itself, instead of going back to email client, job could be much easier.

Opmerkingen: Great at email campaigns, plugin for Outlook, ability to track daily and campaign emails and links. Very cost effective. Also built in email verification ability.

Pluspunten:

Ability to easily connect and track Outlook for Windows daily emails and links.

Minpunten:

Outlook for MAC availability will be a big plus..

Opmerkingen: This has been the easiest to install, I did not need IT to get involved, which is outstanding.

Pluspunten:

I can see how often an email is opened or not at all.

Minpunten:

I cannot tell who is opening an email when it is sent to a group or multiple people.

Very easy to set up and start using. Sales handy comes with a full range of features to help you be successful in your email outreach campaigns

Some features are not included in the base packages but it doesn't stop saleshandy from being a powerful marketing tool

Cutting edge cold email technology

Opmerkingen: Saleshandy has been great. I was just starting to get setup when they changed their model so now I can do cold outreach at scale and actually hit the inbox. So my experience is excellent.

Pluspunten:

The tool was great, and then they shifted to what I will refer to as the "Modern Cold Email" method. Outreach, SalesLoft, etc are all using outdated cold email tactics and setups. There are now 3 firms hitting the inbox at scale....and Saleshandy is one of them. And the platform is so user friendly.

Minpunten:

It is difficult to find a con. The interface is clean, the warmer works, and sender rotation at scale is awesome. It even has good team management.

Minpunten:

Saleshandy is easier to work with the platform but there are some features and workflows on this platform that needs some serious work and updates. When a process is difficult it will take you lots of time and eventually you will be stuck on issues less important. We share a huge amount of informational as well as work files through this platform and it works fine. However, there is one thing that needs to be sorted on an immediate basis and it is their being very choosy in files. We can only play with CSV files, nothing more nothing less and it bothers us more than anything to be limited to CSV only.

Great for email tracking and email cleansing

Opmerkingen: Customer support is great. Installation and plug-ins are simple, and the tool does everything it says it will for a modest investment. It's a great product for any salesperson who needs to be prospecting and doing other things.

Pluspunten:

The tracking feature is great. Seeing opens/clicks let me know what irons to strike when they're hot. It's completely worth the money to buy the email validation tool. It keeps my lists clean and improves deliverability. The customer support is amazing! so responsive and nearly always resolve my questions in one interaction.

Minpunten:

This probably isn't a SH issue but I get a lot of blocked emails. If there was more guidance on how to avoid this, I'd welcome that from the support team.

Wish you could see who opens group emails and they do have a special feature for that but I have not explored it yet

Huge Waste of Time!

Opmerkingen: What a frustrating and over disappointing experience. We use Office 365 with an exchange server, the platform is unable to send emails with an alias using this set up so the support team at sales handy recommended the outlook plugin, the only problem is, sales handy does not work with mailmerge and outlook. I wasted 5 hours setting something up only to have outlook disable the plugin while sending out to our mailing list. The support team doesn't seem to have proper knowledge of how their products work and should not recommend solutions that are not viable.

Pluspunten:

After using this product I am having a hard time finding something that we liked. It did not work with our exchange server and the support recommended a solution that the product is not capable of. Otherwise, it looked like it was a great alternative to constant contact or MailChimp.

Minpunten:

It does not integrate with mail merge features through outlook and cannot use the platform with Office 365. Outlook will disable the plugin if you try to use it with mail merge.

Email campaigns and tracking are super easy to use and monitor. Good analytics and active development with new features added regularly.

Minpunten:

No native mobile app or a way to send campaigns from within outlook. YET. I believe this is under development now.

Easy to use, effective tool for prospecting & relationship managment

The ability to know who is/is not opening email is useful in understanding the interest level of prospective new clients, determining where to invest time and who to focus on. This is a slick application with excellent customer service.

Sales Handy - Best mail Merge

Opmerkingen: One of the key drawbacks in bulk emailing tools right now in the market is the lack of a good mail merge tool to customize data within email template. Saleshhandy was the perfect answer to all my bulk emailing needs. I have been able to create, send and track all my emails seamlessly and spend more time on strategizing the product

Pluspunten:

There are many things I like about this software including unlimited customization of dynamic fields, able to track and follow each of the receipients and customize followups to my initial emails. The reporting interface is very intuitive.

Minpunten:

I cannot think of any shortcomings with the software. At the moment, this is the best software for Outlook for Bulk Emailing

Firstly customer support response has been stellar! It feels they work round the clock. I also like that this Saleshandy is easy to pick up & learn on the go without me trawling the manuals.

It is absolute fun to use It gives you a very good scope of insight into the activity of your prospects --> helps you to know where to follow up and when to follow up

Minpunten:

when you send an email to more than one recipient, you don't know who of them opened/clicked... (therefore I recommend only to send emails to one recipient at a time)

Opmerkingen: It is definitely worth getting a monthly plan to get the team and document tracking features if you need these features.

Pluspunten:

I've been using SalesHandy for a few months and I like everything about it. The basic plan is free and easy to use with unlimited real-time notifications.

Minpunten:

You get unlimited notifications with the free plan but you can only see the last 15 tracking instances on the free plan. This is a problem if you send lots of emails.

Fantastic way to run a personalised email campaign

Pluspunten:

Easy to use. Quite intuitive. Rules based auto-response/ follow up feature as well as the mail merge makes it very simple to use. We ran a campaign and ended up with too many responses. So we had to turn off the autofollow up responses. So it basically worked too well! Great problem to have, but next time we will send to less people... or space out the campaign more.

Minpunten:

Not really a con so much as it just is early days it seems for SalesHandy. Needs more integrations (though perhaps I need to explore these more). E.g. Pipedrive etc. It also needs to be able to amend campaigns that have already started, e.g. you should be able to pause auto follow up responses. Or put in new steps following the first (or even subsequent) emails sent as part of a campaign.

Impressive Tool for Cold Emailing

The interface is very user-friendly and email tracking is also very on-point. SalesHandy provides excellent value for money.

They can also add a lead generation feature in the tool as it is quite useful in cold emailing and it is good to have under one umbrella.
