Fantastic Customer Service Experience

Opmerkingen: We are scheduling vaccinations for over 300 employees in 15 min increments over three days. Needed them to pick a time, get a confirmation and allow for follow up and exporting of names for check in and record keeping.

Pluspunten:

I had a difficult project to set up, this software made it possible to send a link to more than 300 emails, have them choose a 15 min time slot and send a confirmation email as well as a follow up. It also allows me to see who is coming in those slots for a chek in process. I hit the customer service JACKPOT with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who worked with me for two days to make sure all my pieces of this intricate project were in place, she even check after I was complete and made recomendations for tweaks. Thank yuu times 1000, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!

Minpunten:

I am sure in future updates, my project will allow for their production team to add some more features - but this is not a CON, just growth potential!

Outstanding product for small to medium size event - great value!

Opmerkingen: This software is a cost effective solution for event registration and management. RSVPify is simple and can be used in a very simple and effective way. That apparent simplicity belies its potential for much more sophisticated event management.

Pluspunten:

We selected the product because it allowed us to upload a guest list, limit registrations to the guest list, and had an e-checkin/ticket capability using QR codes. We used the software for 11 events, ranging from 20-380 attendees, and it worked just as well for all of them.

Minpunten:

Having a dedicated app that could be used for scanning the QR codes and checking people in would be a much better solution than a combination of mobile device camera/QR reader and web browser. The delivered solution requires using two pieces of software and on an iPad open a browser tab for each checkin. After a while tabs need to be manually closed. Additionally, the option to automatically check in people when the code is scanned would have sped things up. In the current implementation you scan the code and then have to manually check the person in.

Redenen om over te stappen op RSVPify: We selected the product because it didn't require a long term commitment, it was affordable, it had basic CRM functionality, it had an e-ticket capability including QR code for checkin, and they had great customer support.

Exceptional Tool

Pluspunten:

I loved the landing page aspect and that registration was easy and customizable.

Minpunten:

When exporting attendees, their RSVP information didn't carry over in the export.

Not Worth the Time or Money

Opmerkingen: Clearly focused on business and not customers.

Pluspunten:

Nothing. I did not like anything about this software.

Minpunten:

Too complex, not enough/very few templates, way too time-consuming for generic event planning. Customizable to a fault (not enough templates to use for quick completion of a project). No free trial offered. Poor marketing of plans--especially after researching and seeing reviews--definitely not worth the money. Go with a website that actually has a free trial, a website that is simpler to navigate, and a customer service department that is direct and actually willing to hear you out and assist. Biggest waste of time and money. Would not suggest to anyone. I use services like this often and I am fairly computer savvy (or can work with something until I figure it out), but I would never use this website again. Not helpful and you can find way cheaper options that are faster to navigate.

RSVPify has made my job easier!

Pluspunten:

I loved that RSVPify helps users create and manage event invitations, guest lists, and RSVPs for various occasions like weddings, parties, and corporate events. It offers features such as customizable event pages, guest list tracking, meal preferences, and more, which can streamline the event planning process for users. Using RSVPify has made my job as a marketing executive easier.

Minpunten:

I would say the price point of RSVPify was the least liked.

Opmerkingen: Overall was amazing, did exactly what we wanted/needed. Received zero complaints from any employees or spouses using the platform and it allowed us to easily track responses and have an accurate head count.

RSVPify was so easy to work with. Super easy for people to RSVP not too complex.

Sports Industry review

I was a fan of easy they made the website and functionality of it. The customer support was awesome! MY questions were answered super fast by a real live person.

Minpunten:

Some areas, like the reminder email for example, I was not able to add a photo or a media file of a parking map.

Perfect for a golf outing or baby shower!

Great Platform for Event Planning

Opmerkingen: I am very pleased with the ease of the product and the ability to customize it with your brand logo.

Pluspunten:

The ease of using the application, from uploading the list, to the ability to customize the invitation. I also liked the feature of sending out reminder emails and having those customized.

Minpunten:

I would like to see more options for dinner invitations from a business perspective. A few of the invites did go to spam. Having the feature that allowed me to see who did not open the email gave me the ability to send them the invite link in a personalized email.

Definitely Worth a Try

I loved the automation. The email follow ups, and QR coe were big highlights.

Minpunten:

Nothing! I think it's a great product. The templates are just ok.

Favorite program to use when planning an event

Opmerkingen: My company ran a fundraiser and used Rsvpify to create custom invites, track attendees, sale of tickets, and communicate event updates. All aspects ran seemlessly.

Pluspunten:

I was very satisfied with Rsvpify. It was super simple to create the invitations and details of the event. The program tracks the number of attendees and declines. You can easily make changes to the event and send updates/communications to participants. It is also simple to generate tickets and process payments.

Minpunten:

I loved everything about Rsvpify except the payment processing fee. However, that is expected with any program, and the fee is still inexpensive.

RSVPify is the Perfect Solution!

Pluspunten:

We used RSVPify to collect and manage RSVPs for a multiple-day event. We needed something simple for guests to use and easy for us to manage and share updates with others leading up to the events. RSPVify surpassed our expectations in all of the areas. Additionally, their customer service was EXCELLENT. Their staff quickly responded to any questions I had throughout the setup process.

Minpunten:

The only thing I would have liked was another package to choose from in between the top two. We ended up purchasing the top package, but since we can cancel at any time we think it was worth the investment.

Review of RSVPify software

Opmerkingen: I’m very happy with the RSVPify software. Each completed product looks very professional, with clear layout and attractive artwork. My members have praised this new format.

Pluspunten:

What I like most about this software is the ease of all age groups to open the invitation and navigate to each section and fill in responses. It continuously guides the user to each section. Not a single respondant had difficulty using the software, and the average age of the group is around 70-72.

Minpunten:

When I generated a new invitation I had some difficulty sending it because it wasn’t clear how to cancel the previous invitation. However, the virtual assistant quickly relayed step by step instructions on how to clear the previous document, and I was successful.

Excellent Option for Party Planning!

Opmerkingen: RSVPify has made it effortless in organizing large company events, we can post all information in one link sent to the entire office and the software does the rest. No more mailing invitations and managing a spreadsheet of attendees.

Pluspunten:

This program organizes all event details including tracking number of attendees, names and contact info, down to meal choices. There is even an option to allow your guests to write a note to the event coordinator. Additional options are available we haven't required yet, but are available if the need arises. I love the flexibility of the set up allowing any artwork we choose along with the ability to choose our color scheme to match our company branding standards. Once the setup is complete, all you need to do is wait until the RSVP date has arrived and you can easily export the information to an Excel spreadsheet.

Minpunten:

No cons at all with the software, it's almost perfect. The only con I have is being forced to purchase a subscription. I utilize RSVPify once or twice a year to organize company events, and in the past I was able to purchase by the month, now I'm forced to purchase a subscription. However, RSVPify has made it simple to cancel the subscription unlike other companies that make you solve complex puzzles to find the cancellation information. All you need to do is set a reminder and cancel once your event is completed.

Perfect for my needs!

Opmerkingen: With RSVPify, it's very easy to check responses using a computer or your phone with the RSVPify app. Uploading the guest list allows you to keep track of who has responded and who hasn't. Downloading the responses in Excel and sorting them or creating a pivot table with them makes the process very easy to compile results. Great product!!

Pluspunten:

I love the ability to set up our RSVP exactly how I need including the design of the RSVP, the questions we can require each respondent to answer, and predetermined responses for the respondent to select from. I also really like being able to upload the quest list to keep track of who has responded and who hasn't which allows me to make sure everyone is included.

Minpunten:

I use this for 2 events a year so I have to sign up when I need it then cancel for the rest of the year. It would be great if there were more options on plans rather than only monthly payment options.

Perfect platform for organizing our events!

Opmerkingen: AWESOME! We no longer have to manage invitations and responses through an excel spreadsheet, nor do we have to sort through emails and phone calls when invitees want to edit their invitation.

Pluspunten:

- invitees can respond to the invitation online - the ability track who has or has not received and/or opened the invitation - managing breakout events within and overall event - invitees can login and edit their responses - ability to send message to invitees who have not responded - adding multiple users so that I am not to only go-to person when event coordinators need updates - features where we can customize the look/design of our invitation to coordinate with the event

Great and simple for your event!

Opmerkingen: Overall I really liked this product, it gave us exactly what we needed for our event. We were able to tag VIPs, speakers, etc. as well as use QR code for check-in. Getting all the guests to do what they were supposed to do was another story - but that's not on RSVPify! I look forward to using RSVPify for future events.

Pluspunten:

Interface was easy to use, just wish there were more features that could be paid for as add-ons. We bought the professional tier for a single event, but would not have made financial sense to pay for enterprise although we would have liked some of the branding and custom URL/email features.

Minpunten:

The RSVPify invites got caught in a lot of people's spam filters, so people said they didn't receive the invites or the QR codes if they were sent the direct link. It took up a lot of my time responding to attendees one at a time.

Good

Opmerkingen: Overall is been good. It serves the purpose.

Pluspunten:

The Design Templates are very beautiful and professional. It is also very easy to set up the event and adding all of the entree options etc.

Minpunten:

The design Options. As a graphic designer, it was a little outdated the options and software you have to design invitations. That Is why I choose the template. Also I dont like the fact that I have to go to Guest List first to add a person or a party then go to Invite then click invite via email then add a new invitation then send it. This process can be much easier like addidng a button that says send email invitation right when you are adding the person to the guest list.

RSVPify - Manages Parties with ease

Opmerkingen: Using RSVPify saves me so much time. I use to do all of our party invites manually. Needing an excel spreadsheet to keep track of everything. We hand out nameplates and it is nice that they now write the name, so I can't spell something incorrectly.

Pluspunten:

Pros: export the data in excel formating, drop-down list to choose items (we use it for meals) and you can also have them decline, customization of the invite and options for delivery.

Minpunten:

I don't have any cons for the purpose that I use the software. The one item I can think of is the max limit of invites per person is 10. That seems like a lot but depending on what you may be using it for it may come a little short.

Used for local prom, hundreds of students were happy

Opmerkingen: I was super happy with everything.

Pluspunten:

I liked being able to clone these events. I like the RSVP list and the options available to me. I was very happy with support as well. I had questions and what wasn't covered in the FAQ or guides -- wasn't a problem. Support was able to answer my questions.

Minpunten:

I had a cap on 250 attendees due to covid. I needed to create a backup/overflow event of the same people to register to if the first one was full. This was time consuming and also caused us to need a higher subscription rate. After the events were over I was still charged another monthly fee (even though events were expired) -- I guess that makes sense as I didn't cancel, but if no events are live why is event software charging you? Either way it was my responsibility to cancel the service.

Peace of mind

Opmerkingen: The experience was very good for the attendees and the organizer.

Pluspunten:

The software was the perfect go-to for internal events that only take place once a year. Many features from customizing the image to menu selections, made it a polished presentation to our staff for our Service Awards Dinner. Loved the link and QR code to make responses to the event effortless.

Minpunten:

The challenge is having more than one event at a time, you need to delete an event and can not save the information on the site. The site does not work on some web browsers (Internet Explore).

An awesome software for organizations

Opmerkingen: I found this program in a Google Search. It seemed to be the perfect fir for what we needed. The fees seemed to be low and the ease of set seemed to be good for a novice. We found all that to be true. We only wished, that the STRIPE fee had been disclosed before we did all the work. We had to detect several statements about a low 1.9% fee and add the STRIPE fees. Class mates still found to be cheaper, but, we believe in being factual and transparent. That was the only problem we found. I also want to state that this was done for a Class Reunion Committee, not an organization. I had to choose Educational Mgmt and I had to put a number, so that info is not totally correct. We are a college reunion class committee that used this product. Please remember it is not always companies with employees who use this product.

Pluspunten:

First and foremost, the customer service was top notch. I worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] mostly, and they were always very helpful and professional. Secondly, the ease of adding our information, editing, customizing and the dashboard. It was a great experience fir our committee.

Minpunten:

We did not like that reports did not work well from cell phones. Also, we wished that we were able to easily filter and create reports from the program and not have to do exports each time.

Impressive product + best customer support

Really nice invite layouts, lots of customization, and nice invite-only feature. Looks super professional for our business.

The only thing missing is a calendar view to show members the full month events. Would love to have this added.

Ease of use and great product!

COVID19 use of RSVPify

Opmerkingen: Great experience with RSVPify! It significantly streamlined our check-in process for our church campuses during COVID19.

Pluspunten:

The government restrictions around public gatherings in COVID19 were the catalyst for us adopting RSVPify. We had to collect check-in data for every person attending our services while also being mindful of social distancing. Using RSVPify we were easily able to send out invitations, gather RSVPs, and manage check-in to our weekly church services with as little contact as possible.

Minpunten:

I liked everything about it! I can't think of anything that was a struggle or created difficulties.
