It's been great working with CallSquad
Pluspunten: It's really quick and straightforward to set up our call campaigns and programme the various elements. It's especially useful being able to edit things like the sales script and change the number of dial attempts we make to each prospect. This means we can quickly adjust things in line with our requirements, rather than having to create a new campaign from scratch.
Minpunten: It could be easier to edit campaigns on a mobile device but as we use our laptops to access the software the majority of the time, this is not a real issue for us.

Easy to use, helped us to be more efficient
Really easy to use. We had been managing outbound calls manually, via various systems, which had become complex and time-wasting to manage. This was massively improved and simplified with CallSquad.
Also, as as a regulated business, it was very important that we had ability (i) restrict the data that is shared with the team to only "essential" + non-sensitive information, and (ii) to monitor call recordings.
Minpunten: No specific dislikes so far and the team who are using day-to-day have been very happy, able to pick it up super quickly.

An ideal resource for outbound calling
Pluspunten: CallSquad is really simple to implement as no special equipment is needed and there's nothing to download or install. When creating campaigns, there are numerous customizable options which you can edit whenever you need to. The customer support team are also great and quick to respond to questions or queries.
Minpunten: When uploading data via a spreadsheet, you have to follow the data template exactly otherwise records do not format correctly
