Amazing software

Easy to use and user friendly. We like that we can test it on one screen for free. Support is also great.

Minpunten:

I think it would be great if they added more plugins.

Scheduling is a must have in digital signage now, also you to be able to customize the view Remote access and control/ configure needed

Scheduling and multi platform use needs to be improved.

Opmerkingen: When we emailed technical support with a very clear complaint about the scheduling, the response was a link to a YouTube video that we had already watched and did not answer our question. Technical support is lacking and it took two days to even get a response that did not answer our questions.

Pluspunten:

Displays nicely and clearly. There is the ability to rotate images in the app, but it is not an easy thing to find.

Minpunten:

Scheduling is difficult and only available on the Windows app. Functionality on Android is much less. The free overlay feature for time/temp and weather is also difficult to set up.

Great device for my needs

A Solid Option for Campus-wide Digital Signage

Opmerkingen: I'm glad we have XOGO, and it's a definite improvement over the last digital signage system we had. I look forward to more feature updates in the future.

Pluspunten:

XOGO provides a clean, simple interface that multiple people around campus can use to display messages.

Minpunten:

XOGO needs to add stronger scheduling features. Not being able to set a start and end date beyond just the day of the week is very limiting, and it's something many other digital signage companies offer. We have to update every week to accommodate this weakness.

Great signage for the customers

Pluspunten:

How easy it it to add content and good way to let the customers know what services are available. And great way to promote business and charity events.

Minpunten:

The limit of content slides not able to add music to slides.

Best investment

Opmerkingen: My XOGO Mini Digital Signage Player has proven itself to be one of the best investments I have made for my company. I tried others, but this unit works right out of the box. Their customer service is amazing and if I have any questions, they are right there to help me through the process. The system is server based and it works anywhere. I own a plaza with restaurants in the Caribbean and I can update my screen quickly and easily from the States. I highly recommend this system and support team if you are interested in boosting your image and your sales.

Great Product, Easy Setup

Bike shop owner . We use XOGO on a 60" screen in our entryway to advertise bikes, our hours, etc.

Pluspunten:

Super easy to use! Setup only took a few minutes and we can change content whenever we want. We end up cranking out new graphics in photoshop every few weeks in order to advertise new custom-built bikes, seasonal items etc. The screen also draws more people into our shop (we're in a corner of a train station and hard to find).

Minpunten:

Looking forward to the Apple iOS version of XOGO Manager but in the meantime Windows works just fine.

Love it so far

Opmerkingen: We're loving this so far. We initially went with a large competitor that is based on a Freemium model. Downloaded their software to design the signage and it was so complicated we move to XOGO in about 5 minutes.

Pluspunten:

Very easy to use and deploy. Designing the first playlist had a very easy learning curve. Getting it to work on remote devices was a easy as it could get - download the app from the PlayStore or Microsoft App Store, get the device code, enter the code on your main device and boom, you're in business.

Minpunten:

Wish we could create photo slideshows with motion natively in the app instead of loading a video. Need to be able to force websites to "View As Desktop" on android. We have 1 device that is on Chrome and the websites show up as mobile versions which don't work on large screens.

Communication About Your Device's Requirements Needs Improvement

Can provide a new review once our XOGO Mini is fully functioning.

Pluspunten:

Adding photos is easy. Tutorial video needs improvement (slow down, go step by step, etc.). I am hoping it will offer graphics, but won't know until I get it connected.

Minpunten:

XOGO did not list the items needed to get connected to the XOGO Mini. We purchased the Mini on Amazon.com. After installing the XOGO Mini and the new TV screen, I discovered that I needed Windows 10, so had to upgrade my computer. Once that was installed, I spent quite a bit of time trying to connect to the XOGO Mini. After a few emails to XOGO tech support, I learned that I needed Bluetooth, which I don't have, and have since ordered. I hope that will be everything, but won't know until the Bluetooth gets here. At this point, unfortunately, my XOGO digital signage setup has been delayed about two weeks, and I cannot give a complete review. Online video tutorial needs more step by step instructions. As it is, it glosses over many of the main points (e.g. how to install the XOGO program, device requirements, what to click on to get to the same screen as in the video, etc.)

Easy, effective display for your office or business

Pluspunten:

Easy to display what you want on TV screens in our office and customize to what we like. Very easy to use. Like the clean design of the software.

Minpunten:

Still figuring out how to put a live website up there. Would be neat if there was a tool to add things to a Library and Playlist at the same time but not really a big issue.

Easy to operate

We use the free version for one video display that promotes programs and events at our library.

Minpunten:

Haven't really found any negatives. It's very easy to use.

Had high hopes, but was let down

Pluspunten:

Was relatively inexpensive, and the videos show ease of use.

Minpunten:

Zero customer support, had to email since no one answers the phone, and wait a day or two for a response, and the response was watch this video, even though their software was failing to do what it promised.

Product presentation

Pluspunten:

I like the fact that I don’t have to go out and buy additional hardware to complete a simple task. My only concern is that for equipment I already own, I have to spend extra per monitor. I’d understand if I had to on multiple locations but a single location using different slides, it gets a little pricy each month.

Minpunten:

I’m not a big fan of having to use only my phone to upload images or videos, some projects I would prefer to use just the PC for simplicity.

Getting Started With Xogo

I do not like the integration with MAC and the player does not display full screen.

Not Just for Menus

Opmerkingen: Easy to use is important for us. Training users is simple.

Pluspunten:

Easy to install, deploy, and use. Small footprint and easy to mount.

Minpunten:

The subscription cost seems a bit much, but we swallowed the pill and will give it a year. I expect cheaper will hit the market.

Real Estate Advertisment

I like that i can show realtime houses, and i can update my advertisment daily

Great Solution, Great Price

I needed to setup digital signage and XOGO is very simple and inexpensive. Other products don't compare.

Minpunten:

I did find it a little difficult to setup at first, however they have excellent instructions and videos on their website.

Display quality

Pluspunten:

It's fairly easy to set up and use. Adding images and creating and enabling them for display works well, although I'd like to be able to upload multiple images at once.

Minpunten:

The quality of the images is extremely pixelated even though we're using hi-res images and an HD TV.

Great for any food business

I wish there was an ability to resize the images on the software.

Solid product. Works well for our application

Reasonably priced product. Once we figured out image sizing it was very easy to use. We swap out images every week. Makes for a striking display in our store.

Minpunten:

Somewhat limited number of images but works okay for our needs. Would like the ability to add a second device without having to subscribe for pro service.
