Pluspunten:

Okendo was easy to install on our website & add to our Google Shopping feed. Customers respond to the review emails, we don't even have to offer them a discount. The review emails are easy for the customers to use & upload their own photos of the products. Love that set-up wasn't complicated - it just works

Minpunten:

Okendo just added reporting, a feature we appreciate now, but wasn't available when we launched. We'd love if Okendo would incorporate directly with Freshdesk - our customer service app

Pluspunten:

I love how easy it was to implement, love the plethora of questions we can ask our customers to get super indepth reviews. I love the image upload option for customers. And I ESPECIALLY love that the price isn't based on how many reviews we get - we switched from Yotpo because we were getting punished for increased order volume.

Minpunten:

I wish we were able to break down the reviews in an easily digestible report for our design team. As is, they have to really drill down into the app to see reviews. Wish there was an ability to toggle reporting options with images, SKU's, etc. so that I could present to our team.

I chose Okendo to replace Yotpo

Opmerkingen: Having qualitative reviews helps a lot to reassure our new customers since we are a young brand ! Okendo is the best app to do so.

Pluspunten:

Okendo was very easy to implement, and the Okendo team was super friendly and helped set up the reviews the way we wanted to. We were able to customize very much the reviews, and the team understood perfectly what we wanted from the start. The commercial offer was very good and the value for money is great. I also like the fact that you can group products to maximize the number of reviews under one item. For me it is the best app for reviews !

Minpunten:

There are not many things that I don't like, maybe it would be nice to be able to customize a little bit more the emails but that is it !

Fantastic product

Opmerkingen: Easy to use and the team made our integration seamless. Very helpful throughout the merge of our current review data.

Pluspunten:

We upgraded to Okendo to make it easier to capture and share reviews using our email system and displaying them online on our homepage and at a product level. It has been a game changer with the details it captures and customer photos/videos. An added bonus that it now integrates with Klaviyo our email marketing tool! Highly recommend!

Minpunten:

We have two websites and it would be great to have the functionality to share reviews across both sites without duplication.

Great for Startups

Opmerkingen: We are really hoping to improve conversions with the addition of reviews!
We want to share the wonderful feedback that our customers send to us publicly so that prospective buyers can learn from their opinions and make informed purchases.
We are seeing a direct impact through the integration of star reviews to our ad-sets, as well as our SEO.

Pluspunten:

Love that the support staff was able to aid in the customization of the widget and review capture forms beyond the standard interface - this was a huge plus! The cost is unbeatable compared to other options out there, as we are an early stage company that is too big for most starter packs, but not big enough where the enterprise offering would appeal to us at this stage. We really feel like we can grow with Okendo, and that they will grow with our needs as well!

Minpunten:

Small UI experiences on the backend such as total quantity of reviews in the moderation portal. Would love to be able to access / update the blacklist on our own.

Best review platform I've used and continually improving

Opmerkingen: I have been extremely satisfied with Okendo thus far and have no intentions to switch or even look for another solution. I can't say enough good things about this product and team.

Pluspunten:

Pricing, clean simple user interface, offers powerful features, and they are constantly adding new features

Minpunten:

No cons, but we're not using the software to its full potential yet. It works flawlessly for basic review gathering and moderation.

Pretty good app but in order to sync with Klaviyo you have to get the $299/month plan!

Opmerkingen: I'd like to integrate with Klaviyo but I am. not at the stage that I can afford the power plan.

Pluspunten:

It's pretty easy to use and to navigate and overall works well.

Minpunten:

You have to access it from Shopify and not from a website, so I cant get my social media manager to upload reveiws to Facebook unless i give her access to Shoipify. Unlike Yotpo, you have to manually share on FB page. The klaviyo integration is only on the $299/month power plan which is too pricey for me.

Reviews and Posting Made Easy

Opmerkingen: One stop shop for all of our reviews. Also the syndication of reviews across all of our sites is also extreamly helpful!

Social validation is key so the Okendo system really helps us grab reviews from our committed clients

The system doesnt have a free option so you need to have some level of business before you want to get started

Simple to use, great value for money and amazing support

Opmerkingen: Previously we had little control over reviews, everything was manually being assessed. When looking at alternatives our budget left us with very cheap and cheerful solutions or if we added in a lot more money we had a worthy tool but too expensive for us. Okendo is a perfect fit and at a brilliant price, it has driven value for us and we get more reviews in two weeks than we did all of last year!

Pluspunten:

I love how simple to use the system it, I started by looking at competitors and Okendo were under 1/4 of the cost. The system is so powerful and I am always finding tweaks to be made. My concern with a simple plugin would be that we compromise on the look and feel of the reviews, but it fits in with our brand perfectly. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the implementation team were a dream to work with and are an amazing help. I would recommend Okendo over all competitors, no question!

Minpunten:

I feel that it would be good to have this system better integrated with other solutions such as Klaviyo, as at the second it was clunky to set up and edit. Test sends were not the easiest.

Integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Gorgias Customer Support

Pluspunten:

Easy to use, the widget to have rotating reviews is a nice bonus. I also like how quickly the support gets back, especially with technical / coding questions. I was trying to implement asynchronous ("lazy") loading on to the site and this was done relatively easily.

Minpunten:

The email that is sent for customer reviews is not as brand aligned as we would like it to be. Needs to be more customizable with the potential to integrate into Klaviyo.

Worth the $$$

Any initial issues were easy qualmed and resolved by the CX team. Even the higher price point is absolutely justified in every regard.

Hands down the best review app out there!

Pluspunten:

I can't explain how perfect this review app is! It helped us collect over 10,000 reviews in the last 2 months and it's been the easiest app to set up! I love the sentiment functionality as it helps us assess our reviews in bulk, and you can also group-specific products together so all of the reviews are displayed in both product pages! Also, giving specific incentives for specific review types (with image, with video, etc) is incredibly easy!

Minpunten:

The only change I would recommend is to be able to give a specific incentive based on the review character count. For example, reviews with less than 120 characters would receive $3 and over 120 would receive $5.

We're really happy with our experience with Okendo!

What we like the most about this software is the ability to create quality reviews and reward customers for their efforts. We find that by offering an incentive, we usually receive a number of reviews from the same customers and also encourage them to buy more which is great. We are also enjoying the new Q & A feature which allows us to answer customer questions and offer more clarity about our products and ingredients.

Minpunten:

It would be great if there was more control over how it looked design wise, different templates to choose from along with more robust analytics. It would also be great if there was a way to add in links without hardcoding.

Phenomenal Review Platform

Pluspunten:

We care a lot about brand and being able to customize things according to our look and feel as well as customer needs. Okendo provided an extremely easy solution for us to customize according to our needs as well as implement. We are always lean on engineering time and the Okendo team very seamlessly helped us with the implementation. Since we've been a customer, they have released new features regularly for use to gather additional customer feedback and utilize it on the product page. Our products refresh annually so we have a limited time to capitalize on reviews for a limited period of time to lift conversion of the product. Okendo was a solution with the right features at the right price to make it a no brainer. Their client support is also phenomenal. They are easy to work with and always happy to help whenever we reach out with a request.

We are getting so many reviews that we would like to have a better way of understanding our data of what we've gathered so far.

Amazing customer service

Pluspunten:

We really love the level of customer service Okendo provides every single time. Along with that we like the ability to customize the emails, the pre-populated suggestions and automate the reward process.

Minpunten:

Seems like our reviews come in waves throughout the week. This could be due to Okendo optimizing the best time to gather them. If that’s the case then keep going! If not, we’d like to see it smoothed out or be able to change it on the backend.

A very good review software that

Opmerkingen: Between the integrations, ease of use, customer adoption rates, and customer support, overall I think it's the best review software out there.

Pluspunten:

There are a lot of great features to Okendo. My customers are also leaving reviews at a higher rate. I think it is from the wonderful email solution that is deployed. I had a really good onboarding experience with an agent who walked me through the process. There are also a ton of integrations that is useful such as loyalty lion and Klaviyo.

Minpunten:

Pay walls to cross platfrom integrations are frustrating. For example, I already pay for a premium subscription to Klaviyo but the get Okendo to integrate I have to pay Okendo for a higher tier subscription that is nessesrty for my business. So I have to pay an extra premium just to get them to sync. I already pay you both monthly why am I paying more?

Increased our review rate substantially

Pluspunten:

Easy to use, feature-rich, easy integration and customization to match the look and feel of site. Constantly improving with new features.

Minpunten:

Like everything in life, I wish it cost less. But you get what you pay for. The reward process for writing a review is a bit cumbersome since the two apps can't talk to each other, but that is more an issue with the rewards program than Okendo.

Great value for money

Opmerkingen: Okendo was our first foray into customer reviews, and we're really pleased with the results. The support from the Okendo team has been fantastic, and the platform is evolving all the time which is great to see. Whilst some of the features are more limited than other platforms, it is much more cost-effective and the easy onboarding process means that you quickly see results.

Pluspunten:

Okendo is quick and easy to install, with great pro-active customer support.

Minpunten:

There are a few things which are fiddly to do, particularly if you have a larger product catalogue, but it's improving all the time.

Reviews mean sales!

Opmerkingen: Having Okendo Reviews live on our website has meant an increase in sales as people are trusting the products more after reading peer reviews. We actually have feedback from customers stating that they 'read the reviews' and how helpful they were in terms of choosing sizing etc.
The reviews also give us extra content to use in our marketing.

Pluspunten:

It's so simple to use and so effective, and the customer service is superb!

Minpunten:

Nothing bad to say! A little bit of time setting up initially, but it wasn't difficult.

The best thing about Okendo is the support and human element. Something doesn't look right? They're on it. Something goes wrong? They are on it. You just can't find that kind of support from other apps.

The pricing model could probably use a third middle tier.

Efficient & Innovative! Fantastic review app!

Opmerkingen: Okendo are absolute legends!! The service provided has been exceptional and I cannot highly recommend them. They are helpful, efficient, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The integration process was seamless as they have a great team to help facilitate this. If we ever need assistance they are quick to respond and will go the extra mile to help. Best third party app/partner I have worked with.

It is extremely user friendly, customisable and collates useful data. It has a high conversion rate for customers that interact with this section of the website
