ADDA stroomlijnt het beheer van VVE's met functies zoals helpdesk, communicatie en bezoekersbeheer. Gemakkelijk en prettig te gebruiken voor bewoners.
Ease of operation and simplicity facilitates usage.
I used to dislike the UI of the App but with the latest update, they have rolled in a new extremely user-friendly UI.

Gated Security
Opmerkingen: This system is ideal for a senior apartment community with a well known security service to operate the gate,and protect the community.

this is a good program,but too advanced.
Help out to manage operational tasks
Opmerkingen: It was nice experience using adda, with the help of user feedbacks we together can make it a great product overall.
Pluspunten:
1. Ease of using different functions as admin 2. Customer or product support for solving the implementation/customisation issues 3. Workflows are designed well in advance
Minpunten:
1. Need some corrections into workflows 2. As admin, still some access are missing in some functioning that can be done by support team only 3. Hard delete of some entities are necessary to avoid garbage data being accumulated (users, units etc.) 4. Tenant management need some more advancements as its most frequently used and have maximum challenges faced by Apartments or societies.

The software is User-friendly, easily accessible, and transparent. the most likable part of this software is the minimal error with Mollak integration.
Minpunten:
The system hangs quite often during the regular use of the software and automatically logs out. The software shows an error in browsing while pulling the receipts from the Mollak system.
ADDA is a Great Software for Society Management
Opmerkingen: I am using ADDA as user and as Community Manager for last 8 years. It is an excelent product for Society management. This is helping us to have transperent accounting and helping us with easy auditing and tracking dues and payments.
Pluspunten:
1. Easy to use 2. Gives an easy way to manage the society accounts 3. Mobile apps is helpful for the residents to view their dues and make payment. 4. Lots of reports to help Society management team to manage the accounts and auditing
Minpunten:
1. Need to add more latest communication like WhatsApp 2. Need to have functionality to integrate with thrid pary payment providers like Paytm or PhonePe etc 3. Gatekeeper is not as good as other product in market
HELP FOR RUNNING YEAR END PROCESS
Opmerkingen: It has been good so far. The customer service has been reasonably good.

Minpunten:
Some of the general ledger accounts are not accessible for journal entries. This is a disadvantage compared to Tally. Also, the receivables and payables are broken down into individual elements including GST. Sometime this may be advantageous. Many a times, this seems to be disadvantageous.

Opmerkingen: Over all it is good, can be used for small and larger residential apartments and gated communities

Missing Notification

ADDA is advertisement-free and has a clean, neat layout.

Please note ADDA main functionality should be visitor approval, rest like expense and other can be replaceable by a excel sheet with its Pros and cons . In recent times ADDA notifications are inconsistent 1. Notifications not being received at all. for approval 2. Delayed notifications 3. Inconsistent notifications, with some being received and others missed. I have reproduced all the issues with the ADDA support team, but they are asking us to wait for a new launch. This is unacceptable, as these issues are crucial for both security and social needs. Residence cannot afford to miss a Swiggy delivery, nor can resident make a visitor wait at the entry just because the app fails to send a notification on time. Imagine the visitor’s reaction—among others they might suggest using other apps. Please address these issues as soon as possible.

Adda is a easy to use and simple ERP system available in market at a economical price. Easy tracking of payments and receipts with all the reports required for Audits.
